PHYSICALITY[/U]

- Appearance and Apparel-> SiH's eyes are bright orange, and has a tan skin colour. His face is covered in red bandages, save for his right eye and mouth, and he tied two intersecting belts around his head, one passing over where his left eye should be. He wears a long, red cape with an odd, angular cut taken out at the chest, the edges of which are yellow. This cut exposes a similarly oblong white symbol on a pitch-black shirt.
Overtop this shirt, SiH wears what seems to be grey, segmented armor over his sides and abdomen. His legs are covered by a long, black cloth lined with yellow, which itself has several brown straps pinned onto the front, seemingly for no purpose other than to create yet another angular pattern. On a yellow sash that hangs around SiH's waist are three brown pouches, descending downward diagonally on his left hip. These pouches are all identical, all sporting the same design on the top flap, and all closed by a darker brown strap that attaches to a silver button on the right ride, a grey tassel hanging from each button. SiH wears a dark colored scarf around his neck, that has Kiri's symbol on it, he also supports his gourd on his back. He also has light colored sleeves. - none
COGNITION[/U]
- When hanging out with his friends,SiH usually has a rather light sense of humor. He is, however rather sarcastic once he gets to know people and will always try to make the best of things. His usual disposition gets displaced once conversations turn to battle. Then, he quickly becomes a calculating general. Even in his planning, though, he always considers individuals. People and friends are the most important things to SiH and he would sacrifice anything for anybody.SiH readily takes orders from those with experience, but will be just as quick to give them if others won’t. SiH, studied many academic subjects , loves to have a good, intelligent conversation with those that'll allow it . SiH is a person that will give something to you if you ask, but if you try to force it from him, he won’t let you have it.

Description: Suijinheki is one of the most impressive Suiton jutsu, and one of the few actually able to defend the user indefinitely from danger. The user will first do a string of hand seals, length varying by rank, and then they proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth. This stream moves at high speeds, and after five meters or so from the user, begins to form itself to a size equal and greater to that of the incoming attack, allowing it to act as a water barrier.

Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)

Chakra: Low to cast and sustain.
Special: Fills a large, 10 meter area with mist as long as the user keep the technique flowing. Each time retrained, area of mist expands by 10 more meters to a maximum of 50 meters. Mist blocks out all doujutsu requiring clear visibility, but does not hinder the ability to see chakra.
Description: Though very basic, the Hidden Mist Technique allows for the stealthier side of combat to rule. After forming a few simple handseals, the user causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target, as they can move unseen, and if careful, unheard. The mist can be unsettled by a very strong wind based technique (for one post), though it will eventually return.

Black Clouds Technique (Kokuun no Jutsu)

Special: Oil automatically raises offensive Katon and Raiton jutsu by a single rank. Highly combustible, it rains down upon the general area of the target, making it easy to create large fires.
Description: One of the many advantages of Suiton is its ability to assist other elements in their power. In this case, the user summons forth flammable oil so that they can use this in conjunction with other jutsu. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the user’s body and will rise into the sky. In the next turn, black clouds will form, releasing an intense, heavy flammable rain of oil onto one’s targets.

Mizuame Nabara (Starch Syrup Capture Field)

Special: Glue freezes opponent in place for 1/2 a turn, plus 1/2 more each time retrained. Victims can only break free by providing a chakra burst equal to double that of the syrup cost, including retraining for extra turns. If the user does not coat their feet in special chakra, they can be stuck by this as well.
Description: Mizuame Nabara is a ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will quickly expel a sticky liquid from their mouths. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the user focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows the caster or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well, as long as they keep the chakra to their feet steady.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Techqniue)

Special: Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Being elementally based, this clone can use any c-ranked or lower suiton techniques the user knows. Can be relearned up to 4 times for a maximum of 5 clones created.
Description: With this technique, the Suiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of water, this clone retains the user movement speed and strength. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, the water clone is capable of using a hefty amount of the original user's suiton-based techniques either for defensive means or offensive.

Special: If the user possesses the Raiton release, they can send a ‘B’ ranked current through the whip with a simple thought, able to shock, stun and paralyze opponent’s should they be caught/ensnared by the whip.
Description: Mizu no Muchi is a ninjutsu technique that utilizes nearby water to create a whip that will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip their targets, ensnare them, or defend against weapons. As a bonus, the ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent, should they possess the Raiton release of course.

Description: Mizurappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a strong jet of water at their opponent from their mouths. This stream moves frighteningly fast, and carried enough force to knock over even strong boulders.

Special: Bullets are fired from the mouth, all at once in the form of straight lined stream–like fashion. By default, 5 bullets can be fired at once, plus 5 more each time retrained. Must hold seals while firing. Bullets pierces 'C' ranked barriers and below, and move at the speed of a kunai.
Description: A simple yet effective suiton technique, after forming the necessary hand seals, the user manifests bullet sized water projectiles in their mouth, which can then spit at their opponent at fast speeds for a quick attack. As the user’s knowledge of the this technique increases, so does the amount of bullets they can fire off.

Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)

Special: The user must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. While in prison, victims cannot perform handseals. Requires a water source.
Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. After the shinobi forms the necessary hand seals, the water around the victim comes together in order to form a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby, or even have the bunshin be the one’s holding the target hostage.
