Apparel: Shizuka is garbed in a short sleeved blue dress with a lighter blue scarf. Along her legs are leg weights with the Kanji for Speed. These training weights are covered by blue knee high socks. Along the feet, the socks feature an open toe/heel concept. Her sandals are a lighter blue with thinner straps and no heel. A simple dark blue weapons pouch is worn along the hips, connected by a black belt at the waist. Along the arms are light blue arm warmers, which help to conceal the senbon wrist launcher and the butterfly knive wrist sheath. The wrist sheath which contains the two butterfly knives, holds them together via magnets. A quickflick of the wrist releases them, as they slide along the arm warmer. The straps for the arm warmer are flexible, allowing for quick adjustment to reveal the concealed weapons.
Body Appearance: Shizuka's body is rather slender, with her legs being thicker due to continued training with her leg weights.
Blemishes & Scars: Along the back of her neck is a branding, though it's usually covered by her scarf. It is etched in the form of a lightning bolt.

Personality:
Shizuka is...never serious. No really, Shizuka is a fun loving, prank playing girl, who just can't stop giggling. There'd be a funeral and she'd be cracking jokes often considered "Too Soon", at least...that's what she wants you to believe. Shizuka is a false comedian, her true nature as she feels it, is that of an opressed spirit. Her air of lightheartedness and laughter could be considered a facade, but truthfully it is the person she wishes to become. She wants to be free and values freedom. However there is more to this as well. She doesn't like things to be stagnant or depressing. Thus at heart she really is a good girl and while she hasn't realized it yet, is really the fun loving person she portrays.

As for how her sense of self has become so distorted, the state of the world factors into her being. The world is war torn and the only way to heal it is freedom and happiness. After all, everybody wants freedom and happiness, in this way she is quite a simple minded character. Shizuka aims to shake up the usual with pranks. These pranks are her way of preventing stagnation, it's also a way for her to take out any "anger" she may have, without diving into another aspect of her personality, dubbed "Serious Mode". Serious Mode is described by her peers in a horrifying way, because it's the polar opposite of her normal self. During this moment in time, Shizuka becomes apathetic and thinks strictly with logic. This reveals her true nature, which is that of a genius.

The problem with her genius is that it sacrifices her humanity, thus she tries to suppress it, even to the point of acting airheaded or silly. In this state of genius, which is activated by the feelings of revenge. Thus because of those feelings, she becomes a sadist. The feelings of revenge rejected just for the joy of "torturing" her victims. It's not a state of mind which lasts for long. Once danger is gone, her mind quickly reverts to her fun loving, happy self. This happens through subconcious rejection of that state of being, as well as the fact that she genuinely wants to be a happy go lucky person. Reality is a harsh mistress indeed.

Due to Shizuka's intelligence, it enables her to be a very versed comedian. She will leverage satire, methaphors, similies, as well as information from the world at large. Information from the world at large is usually used for political based jokes though with Shizuka, anything is fair play. That isn't to say she makes these jokes maliciously either, rather she uses comedy/humour to express her feelings. She may actually provide useful advice in the form of a joke, for example. In the end she believes "Ignorance is Bliss" and it's because of her intelligence that she's not ignorant.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Range: 0 - 10 meters
Special: Flickering is forward-moving, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Special: Gives the user the option to side-step, curve, shimmy or even shimmer on a whim during a Shunshin, rather than remaining moving forward. Sidestep distance takes away from the Shunshin's total traveling distance.
Description: Although Shunshin is normally executed in a linear fashion, with enough training, the ninja can learn to limit their forward travel speed in exchange for a near-instantaneous sideways move. Useful when evading tricky attacks, or when wishing to confuse opponents.

Description: Although Shunshin is normally executed in a linear fashion towards the direction the user is facing, with enough training, the user is able to move perfectly opposite to wherever it is they are looking - that is, a backwards Body Flicker. Its usefulness is limitless, and carry the same rules as the parent technique.

Description: Nearing their Shunshin mastery, the user has nearly mastered all the aspects behind the high-speed movement. Not only can they now move about freely at such impressive speeds with little restrictions, but they are now able to move so fast that copies of themselves are left behind, perfectly resembling their master for a brief moment in order to provide confusion for the enemy. Only chakra sensing methods will be able to discern the faux presentation, but everything moves so fast the opponent is often left without time to react, turning them quickly into a victim.

Special: When first learned, the Sensor can extend their Mind's Eye up to 10 meters in any direction. Each new rank extends the range by 10 more meters, for a maximum of 50 meters. Upon learing the 'S' ranked version, the user will no longer have to close their eyes nor form handseals to activate.
Description: Kagura Shingan is an advanced Sensory Ninjutsu technique used by all sensors, and serves as the root to the entire sensory tree. After a series of handseals, the sensor closes their eyes and uses their inate ability to detect chakra in order to determine the location of their opponent by the faintest of chakra trails, as well as discerning the size of an approaching unseen force, and even their chakra capacity.

Description: With this technique, the Raiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of lightning, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, many solid attacks pass through the clone, shocking instead whatever was used to strike them. Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes into a storm of lightning that aims to take over the nearest opponent available, taking over their body whole as it is shocked.
