Description:
Fabled to once be the preferred cleaner of the Thunder God's mouth, this weapon is much more than just a splinter of wood used to clean a deity's mouth. It has proven to be a deadly tool of destruction passed from some of the most revered masters of Raiton.
The weapon takes on the form of a elegantly crafted sword, with intruiging decals and razor sharp blades, a beautiful murderer it is. The length of the weapon is about 3 feet and 10 inches from blade to hilt, with the blade being about 3 feet. The blade is foldable, and can fold from the 1 foot 10 inches mark to make the total length 1 foor 10 inches. In this state, however easier to carry, the weapon no longer serves as a sword due to the lack of a blade. The weapon, although appearing to be a normal sword, is much more, for it possesses the ability to store reserves of raiton chakra within it to be used to sharpen the blade, deliver long ranged attacks, and even stimulate the users nervous system for a short time. The blade collects the Raiton chakra from the user's own raiton jutsu.
The weapon has two modes, offensive mode; this mode is apparent by the blade unfolded at full length, and defensive mode; this is signified by the folding of the blade. Each one possess a different set of abilities that the other doesn't possess, and both have their situational advantages.

Allows the user to absorb Raiton chakra and store it in the Ikazuchi Nushi Youj for a charge. Charges are necessary for usage of the techniques useable alongside the weapon It also gives them the ability to use all of the technique's possible with the weapon. Lethality of technique's preformable with the Ikazuchi Nushi Youji depend on the user's highest Ikazuchi Nushi Atae rank.
To gain a charge, the user must preform a C rank Raiton jutsu while the weapon is within 5 meters of them. C rank jutsu give one charge, B Rank give two, A rank give 3 and S Rank give 5. The user can hold a finite amount of charges before the weapon will automatically discharge all charges. This number is determined by the highest ranking of Ikazuchi Nushi Atae

The basis for all techniques under the domain of Ikazuchi Nushi Youji, this jutsu allows the user to collect electricity in the sword for usage at a latter time or date. The sword can hold huge reserves of Raiton chakra for any given amount of time. The electricity is expelled in discharges by way of abilities, or the overcharging of the sword.

Chakra: 25 Ikazuchi Nushi Atae charges must be attained to activate. Drains 2-10 charge per turn, see special. High to maintain.
Special:
User gains a shocking layer of Raiton chakra up the extent of the arm holding the Ikazuchi Nushi Youji, causing severe and sometimes fatal shocking and cracking at anything coming in contact with the blade. Jutsu ends if weapon is dislodged from the user's hand. If the weapon is dislodged during, all remaining charges will be discharged in a violent electrical light show. User gains a 75% movement speed increase during the jutsu, and 200% movement speed and strength increase in the arm using the weapon. Sword will be capable peircing A Rank or below barriers. Raiton jutsu cannot be preformed during this jutsu, or else you will lose all charges. Can only be used in conjuction with other Ikazuchi Nushi Youji techniques. If sword is put into defensive mode, half the charges are lost, however jutsu will still be in effect .
Amount of charges used per turn is based on the highest level of Ikazuchi Nushi Netsui you possess.

Stimulating muscle movement in the arm using the weapon, the user enjoys thrice the slight of hand they used to possess, along with an increased fleeting of foot. Not only that, but the user will find themselves pleasured to know that the electrical stimulation of the nervous system grants them a significant boost in reaction time

Amount of bolts made is dependent on the amount of charges used. Each bolt cost 4 charges. Bolts can peirce up to B Rank barriers. Bolts can be targeted at individual targets for a cost of one more charge, if not, then the bolts will spread in fanlike motion and strike whatever is closest to it. Bolts cause B rank damage, but move a S rank speeds.

A deadly attack created to generate a deadly torrent of lightning. These bolts move at unparalled speeds, rivalling that of a natrual bolt in both deadliness and velocity. Only trained eyes and adept doujutsu can see and track these bolts, dodging is another thing.

A defensive manuveaur rendering Raiton jutsu inferior to that of the weilder of the Ikazuchi Nushi Youji. This jutsu allows one to absorb a Raiton jutsu in it's entirety and convert it into charges for the wielder to have at their disposal
