Description: The user concentrates and places a fair amount of chakra into a Main Weapon, specifically into the handle (or wherever the user grips if the weapon does not have a traditional handle). They are now capable of throwing the weapon in a boomerang-like fashion, end-over-end, as the weapon flies towards a target. By signaling with a secondary flare of their own energies, the user is able to 'pull' the chakra in the handle (or wherever the user grips if the weapon does not have a traditional handle) back towards themselves at any point in the weapons flight, and can even pull the weapon back towards themselves after it has been lodged into another object/creature. It does not retrace its flight through the air, instead, it is pulled straight back into the opponents grasp, and moves at approximately the speed of a thrown kunai, before impacting gently with the users hand through the buffer of chakra previously created. This technique also works as a precaution to being disarmed. The chakra placed in the weapon also acts as a buffer to it being handled by others, who may try to catch it on its return flight. Enemies who come into contact with the blade will find themselves unable to hold onto it, the users chakra expanding a protective shell around it that forces anyone elses hand open. Chakra originally placed into the weapon remains for 5 turns, plus one more each time learned. Distance over which the technique is effective increases by 2 meters each time learned.

So, this technique has two abilities? You are able to throw your weapon, with chakra embedded into it, and then "pull" it back because your chakra is implanted into it? And, the other ability is that if someone else grabs your weapon, with the chakra embedded into them, it basically "pushes" them away? More so their grip upon the weapon when they hold it? So, you're using a push and pull thing, sorta like Pain? I don't think that'll fly. Besides, you didn't even add handseals, but, that is only the smallest problem in this jutsu. It has these two abilities, and it only consumes a low amount of chakra, while being C-rank?

Also, that low amount of chakra lasts for five turns? If anything, it should be almost instant that the chakra would be depleted from the weapon if you recall it back to yourself. And, how does that push thing work, anyway? I don't see how it would push them away, unless you had something on it to do so. Cause like, ultimately, you were going for a boomerang type thing, so, what's with this second ability? I can't deny or approve this, since I am not staff. But, I suggest some rewording, and to at least make the repelling thing another technique all together. And, don't forget to add handseals.

Keith, it doesn't push enemies away, it pushes itself away from the enemy, at least, that's how I understood it.

That said though Ai, I have to agree with most of the points he's brought up. This seems... incredibly unbalanced as it is. I mean, if a boomerang style sword is really what you're going for, you're better off just fighting with a rope-dart or something, or making a custom weapon that can return when thrown. That seems a little more appropriate than a whole technique that reminds me a bit too much of Shinra Tensei.

If any other staff care to elaborate or want to work with him on this, feel free, but for right now, I'm going to 1/2 deny, simply because of the nature of the technique. If its power can be limited, and/or more significant drawbacks can be made, I might be willing to overturn, but as of right now, it's just too powerful for what it is.
