• personality Shizuka is a very silent fellow who has little to say to those he encounters. Though he enjoys meeting new people he would rather keep on walking if they have no natural importance to him or the situation(s) he encounters. He is lawful evil – meaning he follows the rules of any place he is in so long as he can get what he needs without breaking those limitations. This gives shizuka the smooth-criminal sort of style when it comes to being his usual bad-news self. Though he is evil he does not go out looking for trouble like the rebellious vigilante. He is more the type who stays within the shadows until his true moment to strike – in and out – without anyone noticing or hinting of his actual presence.
  
  He has no actual family he knows of because his memory was erased when he was but 15 years old after his village had been burned down. It is the only memory he holds dear to his heart and is the motive for why he acts the way he does; rash towards others considering the amount of hurt he feels from his country being abandoned by everyone, even himself. Any memories he had left of his family seemingly died during the day of the great fire in kusa. Though he could not remember why this fire started he knew it had something to do with him… and that he must have been a bad person and so he acts upon this thought transcending even further into the crevices of his own evil mind.
  
  Shizuka is not the type to hate you through first glance. He just hates people who are fake and don’t own up to their own mistakes like real men and women should do. Those who talk behind others backs and plot to kill with the intent to put on false images beforehand are the true people in this world who he truly wishes to rid the world of. Being evil only means evil intent… it does not mean that he doesn’t have feeling towards the opposite sex whenever near although he does tend to rush off whenever he feels inclined to moving closer to a female. Those he calls friends do not last and so he tries to keep talking to a minimal so that he does not suffer much heart ache.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. However, the technique itself can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Special: Numbs the parts of the body that is hit, effectively disabling it from being used until numbness wears off. Numbness lasts for 1 turn. Each time the technique is retrained, the numbness extends by 1 more turn. After numbness wears off, there is a 2-turn cooldown rate before the effect can be used again, and during the 2-turn cooldown, even if the jutsu is used there is only damage and nothing else. Numbness forces any actions to require more stamina and jutsu to require more chakra. When numbed, it will require an additional 20% more chakra/stamina to use a jutsu since it will weaken the opponent's focus.
Description: After forming the handseals, the user stores a large amount of electricity into their attacking limb and unleashes a powerful charge of electricity into the opponent upon contact. The amount of electricity discharged is capable of numbing the opponent which would hamper their fighting capabilities depending on the area hit. If used with extreme precision, it is even possible to paralyze the victim for a short period. Yellow lightning arcs through the entire arm as the technique is executed, with a minor explosion of light when contact is made.

Special: Can be used on any projectile or throwing weapon like Senbon or Kunai, or anything that isn’t as big as a main weapon, such as a broadsword or shield.
Description: Considered supplementary because the user can rely on this technique anytime they have a projectile in hand without worrying about handseals, the user concentrates a small amount of Raiton chakra into the metallic weapon, set to disperse whenever said weapon comes in contact with its target. When stuck by an enhanced projectile, the user will receive extra damage, as well as many small shocks. Highly effective against opponents susceptible to lightning in general.

Description: A mostly supplementary technique, this allows the user to create an invisible sphere thirty meters all around that will serve to jam and interfere with any radio signals attempting to pass through. Effectively, a target’s communicator can be knocked off, stopping them from calling for back-up as long as you’re around.

Special: Clone speed matches that of the user, and can go anywhere the user can. Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Explosion range covers 5 meters.
Description: With this technique, the Raiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of lightning, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, many solid attacks pass through the clone, shocking instead whatever was used to strike them. Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes into a storm of lightning that aims to take over the nearest opponent available, taking over their body whole as it is shocked.

Danpen Inazuma (Shooting Thunder)

Description: Meant more as a reactionary technique than a main avenue of offense, this jutsu allows the user to essentially shoot out small lightning bolts from a free hand to anyone within five meters. This requires no seals to conjure, and can be shot out from one’s appendage during the most heated of combat. The damage is light, less than a Raikyuu, and the bolts shoot off in a relatively straight line, at rapid speeds.

Special: Stuns multiple targets at once. User must stay immobile with their fist on the ground for jutsu to stay active. Everytime retrained range grows 5 meters for a total of 30 meters.
Description: After the required hand seals the user will withdraw enough chakra into either of his/her arm(s) and will feel a burning sensation along the rim of their skin but not an unbearable amount. Sparks of lightning lash out from the users arm after activated and if contained within the post-limitation (see special) the user will end up stunning themselves and depleting their chakra if it is not used immediately. Just after gathering up the needed amount of chakra the user will then slam their fist upon the ground sending a vibrating pulse through the ground which can stun multiple enemies at once.

Description: After performing the requires seals the user takes a deep breath and spins while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area; roughly 10 meters around the user, due to their circular motion. Each blade of wind is exhaled a fraction of a second after the other while turning The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries amongst those hit, which may even prove fatal. Fires a total of three blades of wind able to strike a total of three opponents.

Once it strikes the user, the tornado tips upward and takes the user up, keeping them imprisoned by the strong currents, and delivering multiple waves of cutting/slicing damage onto their bodies, as well as dropping them hard onto the ground afterward.

Special: Shunpo is much like Shunshin, a forward-moving high-speed technique that transports the user across a short space in the blink of an eye. When used, the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing. The user can Shunpo once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunpo.
Description: Shunpo, a Taijutsu master's response to the Body Flicker Technique, relies solely on the user's ability to harness their inner ki and gain enough stamina to withstand the sudden strain imposed on one's legs. However, once properly trained, the Taijutsu Type will find their legs moving at speeds unknown to common man, to the point most would make the foolish mistake of assuming one is using Shunshin. However, unlike that chakra inspired run, Shunpo is pure stamina and movement skill, allowing for tighter, quicker, and more reactionary movements essential for someone that relies on movement. Although Shunpo itself moves in a single line, its many variations is what makes it so lethal.
