So, I have a question. Are Clan techniques limited by the rule that Secondaries can only learn up to B rank techniques in their type. I ask because, according to that rule, it would be impossible for anyone to ever master the Inuzuka Clan.
Evidence :
A Ranked Ninjutsu.
A Ranked Taijutsu.
A ninjutsu based technique going up to S rank.
Contained within the clan are many other examples. What's the deal on this?

Rather than release their wrath all across a giant area, the user and their canine roll in a buzz-saw like shape along the very ground at high speeds in order to attack the enemy, Although they are sacrificing their ability to turn in place, the buzz-saw shape allows the user to increase their speed significantly, thus resulting in a deadly collision should the Inuzuka find their target.

Special: Effectiveness of the howl depends on the user's highest Shikyaku no Jutsu rank, and it affects friends and foe alike, including the user. The howl induces momentarily impaired hearing. While howling, the user remains in place. The effect of the technique affects those within ten meters of the user when first learned, plus ten more meters for each new rank attained. Highest rank known determines how long the effects of the user's howl can last upon its victims.

C - Half of a turn
B - Whole turn
A - 2 turns
S - 3 turns

The user simply breathes in, then exhales with a vigorous howl, the strength of the howl depending on the user's Four-Legged Technique. The noise created ascends to such heightened levels that it physically influences the targeted's hearing greatly.
