I so wanted to finish this mission and resign myself to my cool quarters where I could without interruption sleep peacefully, but with the rate at which I was going, such was gonna be impossible. I spent a great deal of time randomly wandering about asking complete strangers questions about the three children, but I never got any information that'd help.

"Fighto!"

I reminded myself as I clenched my first. Searching about the streets I passed various children, some fitting the descriptions, but lacking a crucial feature or item of clothing. It was aggravating at the overwhelming amount of children that pervaded the village of Kumogakure.

About two hours into my search I heard from a walking couple that they'd spotted some children supposedly fitting what I'd been asking, partaking in vandalism. Bowing I ran as fast I could, only to turn the corner and witness our youth spray painting the walls in various deformed faces.

"Stop that now!"

I said aloud in a voice that I was hoping was deep. They look at me for a moment surprised that I found them, than they hightailed it out, trying to run. Sadly they wouldn't get far nor escape! Sprinting off behind them the first was easy to catch as I caught up with the large boy. Jumping on him I tied his hands and chained him to a light post as i went after the others.

The next two were much trickier, and faster, but they wouldn't escape my eyes. Mustering all my speed we were locked in a game of cat an mouse before I soon apprehended them. They pouted and fought, but alas their fate was not mind, but their own, and they'd live it!

"Its time to take you guys in!"

I said as I held the bound children together, proceeding back to the candy store.

My mind entered a blank mind, and so the search for my body had begun. I was over confident and forgot to prepare for a mishap so I was forced to take the long way back. And to think this could have all been avoided had I taken into calculation a failure on my part. Our jounin was very cleaver, escaping our attacks with ease.

Luckily I had increased the speed at which my mind moved, so I wouldn't be stuck a dead husk. I felt my face be scratched and my body taken into the air, which caused me to mentally wince. 'Dammit...' I thought, we were in a tough bind, but hopefully we could maybe pull together.

Finally I established a connection with my body and thus entered it, my conscious taking over I found myself in the arms of the raven head boy, and a murder of crows cascaded the skies above. In front of us, the boy who had helped me earlier had

"Sorry!"

I muttered quickly as I fumbled from out of his arms, an onto the ground where I hid my blushing cheeks. From what I could tell she had gone from view, but I was sure she hadn't moved far.

"I didn't notice any weaknesses persay, but she didn't immediately release herself from my genjutsu, so I figure she's weak against it."

I spoke in a low tone so that our plans wouldn't possibly be compromised. We needed a strategy and we needed it fast. Ideas quickly raced through my mind within the heat of battle, it seemed harder to think. Was this how real combat was?

"I'm a Yamanaka, so If we can keep her still I can end this. We should try to surprise her, and keep her still. Just long enough so I can enter her mind. If you guys agree I think we should work towards that, and also I'm a medic so if your hurt tell me now. "

Concluding my speech I took a small breath of reprieve. I was nervous, the fact she could at any moment pop out caused my heart to knock angrily upon its walls. I awaited their responses, however they had better be quick about it, I doubted she allot us much time.

Washing my paint brush free of the white oil based paint that pervaded it's thistles I took extra care to be sure it was free of any excess paint. Moving on to the wall I knew I could play around much more now that U had to work with a much wider space. A smile touched my lips as I dipped the brush in the crimson paint.

"Yosh!"

I first just went all over the place, drawing random shapes which consisted of geometrical squares, circles, to drawings of various animals. I did that first to simply get the paint onto the wall. Once that was finished I stepped back, looking at the wall with delight at my depictions. I wasn't excellent at art, but it felt nostalgic to draw, something I hadn't done in so long.

"Now to actually paint!"

Taking a sip of water, I dipped my brush back into the medium in which I was using. This time I focused on making coats of paint, applying it upon the latter layer, so that it'd stick to the wall. Soon enough I found that I'd completed the entire wall, and to my dismay It was only midday, so I had much more time to burn. Onto the rest of this place I thought popping the top back on and carrying my paint to the new location.

"I'm almost done...."

Finally ready we spent the remaining hours playing Charades. Surprisingly I only had to explain the rules to the children once, and they had an great understanding of how the game was played. They seemed to be enjoying themselves as they mimed various things from a flying kunai, to an walking old lady. The time was passed by with laughter and fun.

I didn't really try to much at guess, but even when I did I found myself completely wrong. Was I really such an airhead I thought laughing. Not only that but whatever I acted as was guessed really quick. I could have sworn those children cheated, how could they be so good I though with my cheeks expanded.

Eagerly I awaited and tried my own hand at guessing what the children were acting as towards the end of days. The day was finally over, and it came much to quick for my tastes. Sadly I had to return to the actual duties of a genin, and the children would go back to a normal school day tomorrow.

"I promise, I come back soon and visit!"

Hugging all the children I almost got teary eyed as I walked out, the sounds of their voices faded once I hit the bustling streets of Kumogakure. That mission was fun, but now I supposed it was time to get back to my duties. It was a fun mission at least, I thought heading back to the compound.

This is my kind of mission, I thought as I walked into the classroom filled with wandering eyes, and adorable faces of Kumogakure's youth. It warmed my heart to gaze upon their kindred, innocent smiles. Today was gonna be all about fun, and I knew I could make this a pleasurable day for the darlings that sat, wondering why a shinobi was in their classroom.

"Hey there! Todays gonna be fun, because I, Saori was given the mission of playing with all of yous today. So there will be no work today, just fun!"

My voice was laced with excitement, as I spoke and from the reactions of yays and happy laughter I was ready to get this play time under way. I already knew what we'd do first so moving from behind the desk I informed the teacher of my plans very briefly before turning back towards the children.

"So who wants to go outside and play some tag first?"

The children jumped to their feet, lining up single file behind me shouting their approval of my first plan for them. Walking out the door, we headed to the playground area, where a large field of grass was.

"I'll be it, so you better run!"

Teasing I began to close my eyes and count down, as I heard their giggles fade, and the sound of their footsteps fall quieter.

"8, 9, 10, ready or not hear I come!"

Shouting aloud I turned around, and I was surprised to see how far they'd gotten, and even more so they scattered. I wasn't much of a runner, but I was already having fun as I sprinted towards the closest, a little girl with badge hair.

During most of the game I usually tripped up, fumbling over my two left feet, so the little rascal alluded me every time, so I was it the entire game. But it was so much fun playing with them.

I watched haplessly as she caught my kunai with little to no effort, I had to be more smart I thought. Privy to the positions of my comrades as the younger looking boy slipped underneath the ground and the blacked haired one had been flushed from his hiding spot.

'So our Jounin has the famed Byakugan. If only I could get a hold of her body...'

While thinking, my thoughts were cut short as both my partners actions came to light. As they executed their attacks I would regardless of sucess or failure allow my hands to clasp together. I'd use whichever attack succeded or even both as a simple distraction.

"Shintenshin no Jutsu!"

My spirit would travel forth at speeds rivaling that of my running speed, and although it wasn't fast it was defintetly faster than what Shintenshin alone was cpable of. This was thanks to Gôruden Yajirushi. My training in the Yamanaka secret techniques was well worth the arudous hours of training I put myself through.

Soul and mind projected from my mortal coil, I sought the body and mind of our Jounin. The distraction would be hopefully enough, mostly because my body fell to the earth with a loud thump, like a dead log. If this could just work erveything would go just right, if not, I hoped my teammates could protect my body.

My soul would be emmited the moment any attacks my teammates had come to do was done an finish. This was so that I was not inadvertedly hurt by mistake. It kinda sucked that they didn't my abilities and them mines, but it couldn't be helped. Hopefully I'd find sanctuary.

Shintenshin no Jutsu (Mind Body Change Technique)

Type: Supplementary / Secret Technique
Range: 0 - 10 meters
Special: Spirit moves slightly slower than user's top-speed, in a straight line. Mind body change can only target victims within 10 meters for up to 1 turn, plus 2 more meters and 1 extra turn each time retrained. Control can only be broke by opponent's with greater chakra capacities (bijuu, samehada, or by simply having more jutsu).
Description: Shintenshin no Jutsu is a specialized secret ninjutsu technique originally used for spying, and serves as the base for all Yamanka related capture. The ninja forms the needed handseals and then projects their spirit out of their body into another ninja or an animal. Unfortunately, the spirit flies in a straight line at a slow speeds; if the target moves and avoids the incoming spirit, the ninjas body falls lifeless until the spirit can find its way back to the body several minutes later. Because of the risk involved, the ninja must be very careful. While inhabiting the body of their opponent, the target still remains in their mind but their mental processes are forced aside as the ninja takes control. However if the target has strong mental fortitude, they can overpower the intruder and force them out of their body. Finally, while in the body of their target, if the ninja takes sudden physical damage, their original body will be hurt as well.

Gôruden Yajirushi(Golden Arrow)

Type: Supplementary / Secret Ninjutsu
Range: See special!
Special: Range of jutsu is dependant on the number of times the Shintenshin no Jutsu has been retrained. When first learned, Gôruden Yajirushi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Considering the speed of the Shintenshin no Jutsu, there is the constant exposure to failure that the Yamanaka faces with its every use. In order to prevent this, there is the possibility of increasing its speed so that it will have a better chance to at hit the enemy. This increases the speed of the Shintenshin jutsu to be as fast at the user's top speed when casting.
