Moeru is probably one of the easiest fellows to spot within a crowd. Due to his blood ties with the Kekkai Family, he inherited his ancestor’s most pivotal trait. Like the rest of his brethren, his hair is a vibrant hue of orange, resembling the sun in many ways. He has it in his own unique style, cut short, yet allowing his eyes to be slightly exposed. They are naturally droopy, even having darkened bags, due to his lack of sleep. The rest of his face had been creamy smooth vanilla.
To match his outfit with his demeanor, it is decorated with the hottest colors, consists of many reds, orange, and yellows. It also has plenty of browns, to even the brightness exhibited. Around his neck is a black square patterned turtleneck with orange lining, coming completely down. Combined with brown cloth, it is stitched to a white robe. A black obi sash worn around his waist ties everything. Orange pants, and cloud-patterned shoes complete his attire.
The most important aspect of his attire is the sword he carries. Those who practice the arts he does are known to wield heavy blades. They have two standard blades, but only one is carried on him at a time. It is strapped to his back, holstered tightly against his body. The location makes it easier to grip. The rest of his weapons, whenever we carry any, are concealed within his garments, only using them when diversionary tactics are required.

Moeru is the epitome of the Will of Fire, unyielding when expressing his faith in the doctrine established by those superior to him. He displays efforts to obtain peace through love, but is willing to die for his village if needed. Nevertheless, he is not perfect in the slightest, and, like most teenagers his age, tends to be rebellious at times. For him, there is nothing better than breaking rules, whether he has purpose or not, as the thrill of being caught keeps him excited.
Moeru thinks outside of the box, doing the most unorthodox things to get attention. He will come up with the most ridiculous pranks to play on people, but in the end, it is all fun and games. None of anything he does is meant to harm. It should not be taken to heart if you become his victim. That will cause him to bash you for being too soft. Of all the individuals that exist, he cannot stand the serious types who complain about his jokes.
Moeru has a DIY mentality, preferring to do things on his own accord. He would rather be respected for his accomplishments than share the spotlight with others. It does not matter how extreme the situation may be, working by himself remains at the top of his list. This does not mean that he will not cooperate with his teammates, but stubbornness to do so is to be expected. Under the circumstance that it is his only choice, he will not hesitate to take the lead.

Breath Mask Rank: C Type: Universal Accessory / Self Special: Rank of mask determines the amount of time a user can spend underwater before needing to resurface and recharge the device. It takes a whole turn/post of being outside of the water in order for the apparatus to recharge. Additionally, mask is designed to keep out aerial objects that may harm the user, such as generic poisons and micro-fragments, equal to one rank lower than the rank of the mask. Kawarimi no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the user will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object - generally a block of wood, but sometimes even another person - the moment an attack lands. Bunshin no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates an intangible copy of themself. This clone has no substance, so it is not able to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy. It is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. These clones can be easily distinguished by opponents with doujutsu, but even opponents with normals eyes can tell tell it apart from the original if they are observant, as the clone does not have a shadow and will not disrupt the area aroun themself with their movement. As soon as this clone comes in contact with an opponent or gets attacked, it will dispurse.

Suimen Hokou no Waza is an Academy Ninjutsu technique, and is a variant of Kinobori no Waza. By emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of their feet and using this repllent force, the user is able to walk across the water's surface. This technique is vastly more difficult than its counterpart because the amount of chakra that needs to be focused changes constantly, but it helps to build chakra control in the user. After much practice, it is even possivle to 'skate' across the water's surface instead of just walking or running.

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.
Note: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you. A powerful jutsu intended to call forth aid when in dire need, Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon a a variety of entities and items meant to assist them in a dire situation. From people to animals, to inanimate objects such as weapons and items, these creations come forth out of thin air near-instantly after the seals are done and into the battlefield. Keep in mind each summoning in question requires a previous contract to be filled out. Finally, signing this contract also allows said summoning to be able to reverse summon the human ninja to their own location.
Note: All summons have their own chakra cost, which the user will need to meet in order to bring them forth. In terms of inanimate objects, the user can summon up to ten secondary weapons for a Low amount of chakra (per summoning); on the other hand, they may summon up to five primary weapons for a Mid amount of chakra (per summoning). By creating a spark of Fire Release chakra from their hands, this jutsu allows the user to throw multiple balls of orange flame from their hands, which are able to cause fiery explosions on impact. The shots can also light the opponent on fire if contact is made.
Note: The explosion created by this technique is slightly less than that of an explosive note. The explosions cover about a 1 meter radius. The four hand seals are good for as long as the chakra is steadily channeled; while this jutsu is activated, no other jutsu may be performed. An effective aerial attack, the user first begins to maneuver to their opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing them, the user will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. First, they will strike as a feint in order to draw their target's attention and defense to one area. Then, a true strike is made towards the most undefended area, preceded by several more until the user violently begins knocking them down and towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, the user will deftly rotate their body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest.

Senchineru Taidenkougeki (Charged Attack Sentinel) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Low, Mid, or 2x High
The most basic principal of all Ju Kenshi techniques, and the reason their enormous blades seem so easily wielded in the hands of a master. One who has learned this technique charges their hands with chakra to lighten the physical strain of wielding such cumbersome weapons, then loads that charge directly into the blade at the moment of attack, drastically increasing its apparent weight, as well as its destructive potential, and lending credence to the title "Heavy" Blade Skill. Due to their sheer power, the user sacrifices speed in order to deliver attacks that are incredibly difficult to adequately defend against. Senchineru Taidenkōgeki must always be used first if the user wishes to perform specific Ju Kenshi techniques, but is sufficient on its own to create intensely powerful basic attacks. Any form of Senchineru Taidenkōgeki known to the practitioner can be used in conjunction with the fighting style techniques, so long as it is equal to or greater than the technique used.
Note: The charging process is disrupted when physical contact by anything other than the user is made with their weapon (the user cannot Charge while in the middle of defending/attacking with the blade). While charging, the user cannot also utilize the Taijutsu Primary movement speed perk.
The cost of Ju Kenshi techniques is added onto the cost offered for this charge ability.
Charging a weapon with a Low increment of chakra doubles its weight; charging a weapon with a Mid increment of chakra triples its weight; and charging a weapon with a 2x High increment of chakra quadruples its weight. However, it should be noted that the user does not feel this change and wield the blade as if it were its relatively light (as effectively as one can wield a traditional sword, like a katana). The user charges their weapon before intentionally striking their opponents blade, using the sudden increase in weight to redirect the force of blocking/parrying maneuvers and cause a target to damage themselves with their own weapon. The purpose of this technique is quite literally to overpower an opponent into harming themselves, and can only be used to that end, meaning simple deflection in a direction that would not result in the opponents blade coming in contact with their own body cannot be achieved. After a brief charge, the user allows the flat side of their massive blade to be loaded with chakra, and pushes back against attacks targeting any vital focal point with great force in order to defend against them. The added weight of the Ju Kenshi practitioners strike is used in this manner specifically to break an opponents grip on the hilt of their sword, to break their hand/leg, etc. and can cause a moderate amount of damage due to the strength of the recoil.
Note: This technique can only be used against piercing/stabbing/blunt taijutsu attacks attempting to concentrate damage into a single point against the Ju Kenshi practitioner. An upward sweeping slash, where the enhanced weight behind the strike is directed to knock an opponent into the air on contact, as well as setting them up for the next attack. If this attack successfully connects, its effects take place whether the opponent blocks or not, though successfully blocking reduces the 'knock-up' distance by 50%.
Note: By default, the user can launch a victim one meter into the air. However, for a Mid increment of chakra, the user can increase this distance to three meters. [50EXP]
Hearing the voice echo throughout the crowd, like the other people they surrounded him, he headed in the direction it came from. He had been eager to find out more information about the festival. If it were something he could participate in, he would not give the chance up. For the sake of Konohagakure, he would stand on his own two feet like shinobi do. Besides, the thrill to get into some trouble riled him up.
He pushed each of these individuals to the side as he continued onward, eventually reaching a remote location covered by cherry blossoms. They were all beautiful to him. Not once had he seen something this gorgeous. Shortly left appalled, once he came to, he noticed an empty arena, about sixty meters all around. With there being nothing more to do than gather with the others, he moved up front to see the outcome.
Konohagakure had been one of the most beautiful places to him, second to his original home, Amegakure. He never vacated its borders unless given missions by his superiors, but today, his situation would be quite different. Moeru would be heading to Harusaki Town to a festival taking place. This was his chance to have some fun, so he would not let it pass him up. Each of his steps had been hasty as he slipped through the immense crowd.
The vibrant orange hair would be the only thing to signify who he was. His headband was concealed this time to prevent from causing suspicion, as well as stop others from coming up to him. As a shinobi, the civilians surrounding him had asked him many questions. This had been especially true for those not hailing from his village. Although this village had been within Hi no Kuni, this did not mean its people knew of the shinobi world.
He could feel the winds, smell the sambas, see the crowds, and hear the hymns. All were transferred synchronously to him as he stepped forward. His eyes had shifted backward and forth, intently analyzing the contents spread apart upon each table. They were all nice little trinkets, but that was all they were. Nothing of any value to him, at the least. Perhaps the deeper he went, the better it would be. He got lost within the people.
It had already turned into an interesting affair. Not one, but two Uchiha had been at Mr. Dononoki’s service, aside from himself. He did not know much about the clan, but the ocular powers they shared had been notorious throughout the world. He, himself, had not been a part of any particular clan or inherited anything significant. He had been from the Kekkai Family of Amegakure, but that was it. Seemingly shrugging the whole situation off, he spoke.

He did not really understand the prestige nor did he respect it like the rest of his peers. They may have been from the same village, but he had something to prove today. Getting this mission done would be the only thing needed to do, and he would not let them get in the way of that. He would hasten his steps to reach next to where Mr. Dononoki stood. He raised his left hand, leaning a tad bit closer to whisper in his ear.
“Don’t worry, old man.”

Moeru meant what he said. The pivotal part of the mission had been protecting Mr. Dononoki. If he died, they failed, shame would be brought to their village, and everybody would hate him. It was the complete opposite of what he wanted to accomplish. Besides, this was a C-Rank mission. The chance they would encounter anybody strong had been slim, so much of his worry had subsided. Still, there lied an eerie feeling within his heart as he silently analyzed his surrounding location.
It had all been beautiful; the country; the village. Every single bit of it had a distinctive magnificence that one hailing could bask upon. Moeru had been one of these individuals, though his features resembled that of his “new” home. Ever since the destruction of Amegakure, he has had to take refuge in Konohagakure. He did not mind it. As long as he stayed out of everybody’s way, he would be all right. That was the mind state he had, every single day.
You cannot really call him shy. It would be hard for him to hide the orange hair that stuck out. It did not matter how thick the crowd, he would not be able to transverse through them without getting some eyes. With all the attention given over the years, he got used to it. Staying focused had been his main concern today, as he made his way to the group he would be assisting. Two Konoha Genin, but the mission had been to protect the customer.
Mr. Dononoki, a tea fanatic they say, is whom they were escorting. He had never drunk tea. Perhaps he would be able to get his chance once they gathered some of them up. There had been little excitement in a dull day, but with a sharp eye, he could sever through it. Everything he wanted to do was possible. They would have to get used to him very quick. He had already been late. Gradually approaching the rest of his group, he saluted.
It had felt like an eternity since his eyes soaked in the rays of the sun, Moeru reaching exterior of the chamber where his two comrades and enemy had been. They had saved him, and now it was time to return the favor. His hands danced together six times to the ballet of his next three songs, him diving from the grater with an inhale, and landing upon a building below. Following this, an exhale, him releasing fire from his gullet at the wall where the confine had been located.
It should be enough to tear down the crying wall, it already having cracks of various sorts surrounding it due to the intense vibrations from earlier. There would not be a moment to surpass this one. He would not let his cousin, or the other person, die. Both of their lives were on the line, and he could not put them on hold. Looking up, the four fireballs spit had not really done much, although progress had been made. At least he managed to crack it some more.
Moeru had to keep going. He could not let his determination falter because of something like this. Even if he had to exhaust himself, they would come out alive. He could not let them die. He could not fail his family. To a different song, his digits danced six again. Another inhale and exhale, he spit forth fire once more from his gullet. Using it, he waited for the results of his actions, and still, nothing.
He could feel the chakra halting against the danger provided by their opponent. He had never fought Goryou, the Tenzou clan leader, before, but this would be a match to remember. Unbeknownst to Moeru, they only had a few minutes until detonation. Each of the shuriken now soaring airborne had been prepared to explode, and if they did not find a way out, they would all die. He could not let that happen, especially after coming this far.
As his cousin finished healing his wounds, he began to look around the room. Emiya had been great when it came to these kinds of things. They had not met before, but he appreciated the assistance provided by his brethren. The other person was taken note of, and thanked, as well. Both of them were offered him cover he could not refuse to take. He had to take advantage of this situation, and get them out of that room.
Clocking ticking, with the light illuminating their confine, Moeru could clearly see the entire room. Finding what he did next would not be the problem. It was the challenge that came with it. Rushing to the southwest, avoiding whatever paper shuriken were left, after inspecting that area, he stopped at what he noticed to be an opening, about a meter or two from the ground. Surging chakra throughout his feet, he scaled the wall, peaking in.
Already, he took notice of the hazardous surface, their only exit outside of the chamber being a grater that could potentially kill him. This was the risk he would take for his allies. Moeru, wrist blades still flung forward, jabbed them into the out walls of the opening. He would have to do this tactically. He would use the weapons to keep himself propelled airborne. His feet touched the walls, clinging to them like the tools, and he gradually squirmed down it.
Moeru, for the first time in his life, had been placed in a do or die situation. None of the missions ever taken been him had been this difficult. Although he did love serving his village, both Konohagakure and Amegakure, he wondered if it was really worth it. Being a shinobi came with plenty of trials and tribulations. In his back and legs were shrapnel from the tagged kunai detonated by his opponent, Goryou. His cousin came to his aide, healing him.
It was during this that the man, impaled through the head by his own maneuver, began to speak technologically, utter those same words from before. Whatever they meant had been important, but now was not the time to ponder that. He had hoped that his next move would finish this skirmish. The seals required were substantial, but if their latest adherent aided them, there would not been any problem. Watching his opponent multiply, the countdown started.
