"Where am I?" Hikaru gasped as her eyes fluttered open. She was in a room that was pure white. Or rather, white was the only color she could see. Thinking the worst, she started breathing heavily, not daring to move. Was she still in the training grounds? Was she in the hospital? Was she… dead? At that last thought, she sat up as suddenly as she could, only to feel that she couldn't. Her arms and legs were bound by thick ropes and her mouth was unable to move for some reason. The only thing she could do was force her head from side to side and up a few inches with considerable effort.

She had only one emotion; fear. This was not normal by any means. She had seen critical care patients in hospitals before, and this was definitely standard procedure. So what was going on?

As her vision adjusted to the extremely bright lighting of the room, she decided that the room was indeed, just as white as she had expected. However, finer details were easier to pick up. It looked like she was indeed in some kind of operating room with medical tools hung neatly beside her bed. Lifting her head as much as she could, she looked at her stomach where her primary injury was, and noticed that it was clean, and free of any scars. She had been healed, obviously.

That was when the door creaked open, and a cart with several large containers was rolled into the room. In one of the containers, Hikaru could make out a long bony structure that looked like a spine if she had to associate it with anything. She didn't immediately make the connection between the bone girl and the spine extract that she was staring at. It was only apparent when the cloaked surgeon approached her with tools meant to keep one's eyes open that she realized what was going on.

However the girl did end up landing on her back and using the momentum to roll back to her feet in a defensive stance as Hikaru starred at her. Her actions made her want to run away but if she could she would've but outwardly her face didn't change at all. She kept a close eye on the bone girl as she got up. her speed was pretty much shot since she put that armor on, however she would probably have a bigger punch too.

Hikaru decided to rush forwards and was still thinking about how she was going to do this when she noticed The girl was gone and all that remained was an exoskeleton of bones. Replacement jutsu?. A split second later she felt pain as multiple strikes seemed to hit her at once. This time she was unable to feign nothing this time as her right side was stuck in two places and three of her ribs were on the verge of cracking another two bruising. She couldn't ever handle standing after the blows and fell, landing on her back from where she watched the bone girl. She tasted blood, she couldn't tell if it was from the attack or from over exertion.

Hikaru took the lieu in action to launch herself off the ground and planted her foot right in the chest of the bone girl who's skeletal structure had changed once again. She felt definite cracking due to the attack, probably since the girl was off guard. The girl flew away a few meter then both women fell to the ground, injured. As Hikaru lay in pain there were sharp cracks as the other girls broken bones began painfully mending themselves and after a moment Hikaru stared of to her yet again. What she looked like made the bone girl laugh, but there was no joy in it.

What was this ridiculous speed? She had seen her fair share of taijutsu enthusiasts in her days as a Jounin, but none of them seemed to move quite as fast as this girl. And it wasn't as if she was using the gates either, since that was a whole nother level of speed. It wasn't until Hikaru jumped back and landed that she realized that her stomach was bleeding from the impact.

"What the hell," Hikaru gasped as she formed handseals, creating three chidori attacks that swirled around her person. That would hopefully be enough to deter an attack if not prevent it entirely. She had lost sight of the bone girl for a split second, and turned her head just in time to see her speeding towards her again. Her eyes were simply not used to perceiving this level of movement. However, she could make out a few white spikes protruding from the girl's fists. Those would probably explain why her stomach was bleeding at least.

The uchiha jumped and focused an attack downwards. Immediately, a moderately loud explosion took place as the teen soared into the air. She couldn't see anything since a torrent of debris and smoke pretty much smothered the air below her. If all went according to plan, the bone girl would have gotten caught in the blast, thus ending the fight neatly and cleanly. She didn't think it would go that well so she pulled out a kunai. Seeing no motion below, Hikaru reached the peak of her jump and started to fall to the ground.

It was time for Hikaru to try activating her Sharingan once more. She had failed the last time, but today she would be pushing herself to the max. She only hoped that this time she would push herself hard enough since she had no particular mission plans to make money off of. Basically, it was either she activate it soon, or waste pretty much all of her time. Well, it was time to get started anyways so she headed off towards the training grounds. What better place to get some hardcore training in right?

The Uchiha was busy training her taijutsu against a log when immediately after Hikaru ran past her target, someone leapt off of the ground. The woman jumped to her feet and spun to face the Uchiha, an audible crack from her rib as it popped back into place. This girl was probably part of the clan that could manipulate their bone structure. As the woman wondered her what she want her face turned expressionless. "What's the big deal? I'm trying to get some shut eye around here!"

Hikaru sighed with just a tinge of regret in her voice as she heard the woman's rib finally finish doing what it was doing. Had she accidentally stepped on her?

Tier One - A Euphoric Relapse: Although Genjutsu is a very powerful art, its fervor is very much so dampened by the fact that once it's been revealed to be nothing more than illusion, combating the art is relatively easy. However, illusionists are known for their trickery -- not their brawn. For a single increment of one High worth of chakra, the user may immediately recast their last genjutsu (so long as it was either broken via pain or kai) free of handseals. This can lead victims to believing that they are stuck in the genjutsu, regardless of what they do.

Tier Two - Joined in a Dream, forever One: Along with the duration, the number of those effected by the user's genjutsu also presents a decent problem. A true genjutsu master can ensnare the minds of many with a single cast of their art, whereas others simply cannot. Genjutsu practitioners of this level have learned to push the limits of their abilities even further, increasing the number of victims they may entrap via their genjutsu by 2 (for a maximum of three people).

Tier Three - A Gate to Pain through the Mind: Pain is one of the three greatest interference with a genjutsu user's craft. And while the techniques themselves render the majority of them obsolete (i.e kai), the true masters of the art have learned to eliminate yet another of their nemesis. Genjutsu masters' techniques of this level no longer break under any amount of pain caused, allowing the full duration of their technique(s) to play out unless the victim's chakra signature is disrupted (or, when applicable, kai is used).



Yanagi (Willow)

The user waves their weapon back and forth which, when seen by the target, locks them in an illusion that causes them to see multiple waving arms. The movement resembles that of a willow tree blowing in the wind. With the enemy off guard, the user is free to cut them down.

Note: A maximum of five additional arms can be created.

Tsuchi no Ouchi no Jutsu (Spoil Pit Technique)

The user performs the necessary hand seals, designating their target within their range. Immediately, the target will perceive the surface beneath their feet to be soft and giving, so much so that they begin to sink into it. The target will sink up to their knees and perceive that they are unable to free themselves from the earth, which has hardened around their legs until the technique is complete.

Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu (False Surroundings Technique)

Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu is a simple sight Genjutsu technique which changes the appearance of a nearby object. This technique can be sustained over an area, potentially affecting everyone that enters the designated zone. The objects transformed can only be non-organic.

Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu is a simple yet effective Genjutsu technique which allows the user to play a nasty visual truck on their opponents, causing them to travel around an area lost, in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically when they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over. Most effective in enclosed areas such as forests or jungle.

A highly useful genjutsu with many variations. The user forms the hand seals, designating their target within their range. Immediately, the target will feel as though their arms are bound to their sides and completely unmovable. The user can determine how they want their binding to appear; for example, one user might cause the binding to appear to be punji stakes pinning the target's arms to their torso, while another might make it appear as though a snake is constricting the target. The user will perceive this as though it is reality; for example, they will hear the hissing of the snake. However, they will not feel pain unless the user has a means to do so.

Manugareru (Escape)

If the user comes under attack, they can use this technique to cover their escape. After forming the needed hand seals, their body will disperse into a "shower" of whatever they have an affinity for. This shower will confuse and distract their opponent while they escapes or hide.

Note: Those outside of the immediate range of this technique will still be able to see the caster attempting to escape, and can thusly counter.


Jubaku Satsu (Tree Binding Death)

Jubaku Satsu is a more advanced Genjutsu technique utilized by illusion experts. After forming the needed handseals, the user will disappear from sight in the form of a mist. This allows the user to creep up to the target unnoticed as a sudden tree rises up from the ground behind them. The tree immediately binds them into place, immobilising the target on the spot. The user will then reappear from the trunk of the tree itself.


Jigoku Gouka no Jutsu (Hell Fire Technique)

Jigoku Gouka no Jutsu is a visual genjutsu technique that causes the user's target to see a vision of fire. After forming the needed handseals, a huge ball of fire will descend from the sky to envelope the user's chosen target. The victims of the genjutsu will believe they are being engulfed by a torrent of fire and will most likely feel compelled to flee their location for safety, in fear of their lives.


Haku no Jutsu (Fade Technique)

An illusion which makes it seem that the user is scattering into the air in the shape of a personalized theme of their liking (small animals - spiders / snakes / crows, objects, paper, flower petals, etc). Commonly used with slithering and crawling animal or object although each person usually has their own use mark. After forming the required handseals this technique will make one's presence truly hidden, allowing for a strategic retreat or for a stealth attack. The structure behind it is alike that of Kawarimi no Jutsu, which will have the user previously disappeared from their place, leaving one's image behind to disperse after an attack or at will and the user will reappear when the "pieces" get back together at a location, which will make it easier for a target to follow.

Note: Essentially, this technique must be initiative via combining it with Kawarimi no Jutsu. After this activation, the user will become shrouded with their Inton chakra so long as they remained within ten meters of where the technique was activated. This reforming “clone” will then piece itself back together anywhere within this ten meter area, and recycle the process as long as the user continues funneling chakra into the technique.

This technique affects all those within range of the activation point. Stepping outside of this range, however, will “break” the Genjutsu. This technique was created by Vegapunk.


Kyousei Yasuragi no Jutsu (Enforced Tranquility Technique)

The user forms the hand seals, designating their target within their range. Immediately, the target will begin to slow, perceiving everything around them as occurring at an incredibly fast speed. In reality, this Genjutsu has slowed their perceptions, and in doing so reduced their reflexes and physical abilities to match the new, slower speed of their mind. From the outside, it might appear as though the target is moving through molasses, as their body slows with their mind.

Raikōchū (Flash of Lightning Pillar)

Raikouchuu is a Genjutsu technique that generates a large flash of light from behind the caster which blinds the enemy. After performing a string of hand seals, they will generate a large blast of light which hinders their target's eyesight.


Bukishisseki no Jutsu (Weapon Disappearance Technique)

The user forms the hand seals, designating their target within their range. Immediately, the target will perceive their weapon quickly dissolving into nothing. Once the weapon has completely dissolved, which takes roughly three seconds, the user will lose the ability to perceive the weapon in any way, likely dropping it as they can no longer perceive themselves holding it. The user can determine how they want the dissolution to occur; for example, one user might make it appear as though the weapon is coming apart into a cloud of flower petals.

Kuroi Tensa no Jutsu (Black Chains Technique)

The user forms the hand seals, designating their target within their range. Immediately, the target will perceive all four of their limbs being bound to the ground. The user is free to chose how the technique appears; one user might make it appear as though the target is being bound by chains, while another might make it appear as though roots have grown out of the ground and bound the target. The target will feel as though these bonds are unbreakable.

Kokuangyou no Jutsu (Journey into Black Darkness Technique)

This technique exerts an hallucinatory effect upon the eyesight, effectively blinding the opponent. No matter how skilled an opponent may be, they are forced to wait helpless in this world of darkness, as this technique allows the user to attack unseen. Although it negates sight, it does not stop the other senses.


Joku no Kamira (Kamira’s Hell)

Once inside the black space, the target will see grotesque figures said to be tortured criminals, the previous victims of the technique. These grotesqueries will reach out and grab a hold of the target. They will then be thrown into a void (the ground below them) to the mercy of a spectral demon. The horrifying oni can even extend from the targets own body to attack them. The technique aims to transfix the victim with fear while they kill/apprehend the target.

Shinteki Heisa no Jutsu (Mental Shutdown Technique)

The user forms the hand seals, designating their target within their range. The user then reaches out and touches the target, making physical contact with their skin. Immediately, the target will feel their mind shutting down, as though they are falling into a deep, inevitable sleep. Within three seconds, the target will fall unconscious, and remain in this state until the user removes their hand or the technique is complete.

This genjutsu brings out the victim's subconscious negative or hateful emotions. The caster can take advantage of these feelings and use them to force allies against one another. Those under its hold haveseveral strange marks under their eyes and on their foreheads, signaling they've changed.


Nehan Shouja no Jutsu (Temple of Nirvana Technique)

One of the most advanced visual Genjutsu techniques, Nehan Shouja no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that allows the caster to place a large body of people into a unconscious state. Although anyone can avoid the spell by forming and using the Kai technique, using this while undetected ensures a large success rate, as its unexpected nature is what catches most victims off guard.

Hikaru could see that something odd was happening at the house. Some figures looked out of sync and her body still incorporating worthless combinations of punches and kicks. A shirt looked as if she had spent the good part of the afternoon chopping at the tree. The It was kind of disgusting to see the beatings happen herself, and she would put a stop to it or her name wasn't Hikaru Uchiha, Jounin of Konoha. Silly man, he would pay one way or another. The Uchiha yawned, which pushed oxygen back between her teeth. It made a less-than-attractive hissing sound, which calmed her down enough to proceed.

Hikaru jumped through the open doorway and kicked the man aside right as he was about to beat a screaming women. In the corner of the main room, he had apparently drug up three other women who were chained to each other and various places along the wall. The woman standing up was bloody, as if she had been cut intentionally multiple times over the past few days. Hikaru couldn't stand looking at her but pointed outside,

"You need to leave now! paramedics should arrive at the guard post within the next few minutes. You ladies," Hikaru said pointing to the other three women, "will have to wait for me to free you. You don't look like you're able to go anywhere on your own anyways."

Hikaru could probably be granted counsel of her thoughts as she meditated on the subject. Maybe she could even figure out how to use the house to her advantage just like she had seen in the movies. It was such a shame that the women were being kept in here like this. But now with her new power of chidori and the other jutsu Hikaru had, the women were pretty much safe. Unless the man started to kill them. That would be really bad actually.

As she progressed up a flight of stairs, she dodged a few barrels that were rugged to spill oil all over the stairs and light them on fire. Well that was a close call, she thought as she walked along side the wall. She actually started walking on the wall because it was pretty much impossible to rig. She made her way up some stairs and looked through every room that there was. Before entering a room she was sure to cut her way through the walls.

This was important because as usual, there was no way anybody was going to booby-trap stuff like this. Hikaru eventually found a room with a woman staying in it. She was lying on the bed naked and chained to various places around the room. It was kind of sexy, or rather she would find it sexy if she was a dude. But she wasn't, so she was content with just seeing this as blatant abuse. The Uchiha approached and beckoned to her,

"Hey girl, are you okay?"
