I searched around everywhere, and my first instinct was to try to help the girl. I mean yeah some would call me a coward, but I'm not the type to leave someone to die. Ha -- what's that in the distance? It looked like a smoke signal of some sort. This meant I was lucky enough to find some help. I guess my luck was turning over a new lead, finally. I increased my speed into an all out sprint towards that direction. My legs felt like they were on freaking fire. This chick weighted a freaking ton.

I mean if it wasn't for the hero factor, and percentile of getting some of that I wouldn't of even bothered at all. Ahh, finally. It took like three maybe four minutes of running to make it to the front door of the giant place. And when I say giant place I fucking meant huge. It looked like an old style mansion of some sorts with a chimney on the side.

That was an odd structural design, but I guess I have no say in the matter since that absolutely has nothing to do with the situation. There was silence as I skid closer to the door, and kicked in it with a nice forward stomping motion.

The noise of my leg slamming into the door multiple times, was aggravating, but then again I didn't give a fuck. I had something in my hands more like a kami damn present, and I needed to unwrap this present once she is all better. I was gonna slam my leg into the door one last time, but the door actually opened up.

I tightened the grip on the headband in my left hands clutches. This was a special prize which I wouldn't give up so easily since it might save me with a bluff later on.

My butterfly net was still in my right hand, and as I ran I looked back several times. It was like some invisible force was after my ass, and I wasn't fast enough. I continued to speed up, to my maximum a full on sprint. I didn't notice them until it was too late. All I noticed was red hair before me, and whoever began to tumble together on the ground to a full stop.

Everything went black as the impact went through. When I woke up I tried to shake my head but I wouldn't somethings weight was all over me from the side.

The stranger was on top of me by the time the tumble was done. I wanted to scream, but they seemed to be knocked out completely. Shit! I didn't mean to hurt someone at all. I got from under them, and gripped there body by there back, and the back of there knees ( bridal style ).

Wow, she is really beautiful when you look at the face. Shit -- what is the nearest settlement or village? Damn, I don't know what to do so I need to find someone quickly. Hmm, her kimono, and stuff are all ripped up. I didn't look any further down then the chest as I began to get a nosebleed.

I was fast enough to get to a wall, and begin to hug it. The alleyway seemed to be a combination of two ruined houses. It was odd that the light even worked, but then again this entire sector was so new to me. Why is that? I had my back to the wall by stealing glaces every other second before returning back to the darkness of nothing.

What I could catch glimpses of seemed to be some sort of gathering. I mean they were in an alleyway the worst sort of deal if someone with a considerable (AOE) ninjutsu just decided to ruin there day. I'm thinking about smashing them right now. Especially the leader in the midd-- h-his headband.

Argh, I need to keep quiet. I tried to silence the quick intake of breath that I had done. That headband . . . my head hurts whenever I look at it. Why - Why does it looks so familiar to me as if I'm looking at something I've always seen. The symbol gives me a feeling, no a memory? Ta. . Taki. What the hell is Waterfall?

I turned my head again, and the goons seemed to bow. I missed the bastards speech in this little bit of hysteria. Well that isn't completely true. My ears heard bits, and pieces, but what I heard was enough to push me over the edge. I needed to know who he was, and what that headband meant, and he would tell me or die horribly.

I needed his answer now, so my eye's watched slowly taking in the entire scenery. The goons seemed proficient in ninjutsu to flicker away so suddenly. This must also be the shirudo bastards, but death would come after the questions. I moved myself forward off of the wall, and pushed forwards down the alley silently.

I allowed the shadows become my backdrop as I moved closer, and closer with the same creeping walk until I stopped just before the end of the alley, and where he stood. No doubt he would have noticed my figure appearing from nowhere. I looked up at his face, and the familiarity of it started me.

I knew him. I definitely knew this guy, but from where I didn't know at all. " I see you're one of the troublemakers. It's sad to say, but I'll need to question you for a bit. Oblige, and Live. I mean just to get a zigadonious herb of the waterfallicus plantaneou. This is exactly what the fuck I had to listen to all day from my old man.

He is like a freaking omg like why does he even exist like that. I mean he taught me these awesome skills but seriously that stuff about this flower then the description, song to remember it, and then all the other bull.

Hmm, this day seemed to be a bullshit day. I looked up at the sky with literally no aspirations of doing shit for the rest of the day. Yet, NO. Papa has to send me out from the village to find some piece of shit flower. I swear if he wasn't a herbalist or my papa I'd tell him to shove it up his -- what the hell.

What I saw before me was surreal it was the Jūbun'na river. I guess this wasn't a complete, and utter waste of time to search around. Hmm, my eye's spied something flowing inside of the stream. It seemed to be a piece of something.

I leaped into the river out of pure curiosity. I stabbed my net into it with a wide stretching arch. It scooped it up so fast thanks to the awesomeness of my superion skills. I flicked the handle spinning it enough to allow the nets top to throw the heavy thing onto land.

I leaped once again out of the river, and onto land. I rushed over with a quick sprint making sure to slide, and pick it up. When I bent over I tumble rolled to a stop. I unfurled the cloth, and there seemed to be some blood on it. Yet that didn't surprise me at all it was what was in the middle of it.

The symbol of a shinobi village on it, and it wasn't kusa. I began to freak out a little bit being in a new land, and all plus being all alone in the time of shinobi. Those bastards are ruthless, and murderous monsters if one is in the area killing others I gotta get the hell out of here.
