- Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Range: 0 - 5 meters
Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. When first learned, Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. Can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining.. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Description: Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a universal sight Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw projectiles such as kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.

Description: After performing the needed seals, the user then targets a person with in range of the technique. The person targeted first shows signs on the technique immediately. From their point of view, the world that they’re looking at is twisting and turning rapidly in different directions, making it very hard to see. After a while disorientation kicks in and the person may feel nauseous and dizzy.

Special: Water barrier blocks attacks of equal rank.
Description: Suijinheki is one of the most impressive Suiton jutsu, and one of the few actually able to defend the user indefinitely from danger. The user will first do a string of hand seals, length varying by rank, and then they proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth. This stream moves at high speeds, and after five meters or so from the user, begins to form itself to a size equal and greater to that of the incoming attack, allowing it to act as a water barrier.

- Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique) x3

Type: Supplementary / Suiton Ninjutsu
Range: 0 -10 meters
Special: Fills a large, 10 meter area with mist as long as the user keep the technique flowing. Each time retrained, area of mist expands by 10 more meters. Mist blocks out all doujutsu requiring clear visibility.
Description: Though very basic, the Hidden Mist Technique allows for the stealthier side of combat to rule. After forming a few simple handseals, the user causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target, as they can move unseen, and if careful, unheard.
Domain: Suiton.

- Chakra Kyuuin no Jutsu (Chakra Absoprtion Technique)

Range: Hand's reach.
Special: Highest jutsu rank determines amount of chakra transfered per use. Chakra leeching can occur on any surface, living or non-living, as long as it contains chakra. In order for leeching to succeed, contact with the victim must be established for at least a few seconds. Keep in mind that while Akadou can absorb chakra from anything, they can still be overwhelmed by it, as well as receive its side-effects (for example, you can't put your hands to a Raiton shield-type jutsu and expect to absorb anything without getting shocked.)
Description: The root of all Akadou jutsu, Chakra Kyuuin no Jutsu is a special ninjutsu techinque used to quickly extract a victim's chakra for the purpose of using it for oneself . After activitating the technique, the user's hands will glow a neon-blue color, the sign of reverse-flow chakra. As they place their palm on their opponent's body, or any chakra surface for that matter, they can proceed ti withdraw the physical and spiritual energy out of them. By reducing the opponents chakra, it greatly increases their overall advantage in battle.

Special: Paralysis lasts as long as the user's hands are on the opponent.
Description: With this variation of 'Chakra Kyuuin', the Akadou finally learns to enhance the potency of their special chakra, to the point it renders their victim's useless midst leeching. Rather than just provide discomfort through absorption, the victim will now be forcefully paralyzed while being touched unless they can provide a chakra surge larger than the one overtaking them.

Description: Once the Akadou is comfortable with their chakra suctioning abilities, they will then learn to focus the power of Chakura Kyuin all around their body, creating a fiery glow that wraps all around their form. Whenever the user is touched on any part of their body, the chakra of their assailants will begin to be drained. Effective when outnumbered, or under the assault of Taijutsu.

Fû prefers to wear clothing similar to a Chūnin, even wearing something similar to a flak jacket. And over this he wears a long dark trench coat, keepingi it's collar up. Though when lounigng about he is known for only wearing shorts and a fitting t-shirt as well as sandals.
Tall and slightly athletic his fraim looks frail, which explains why he does not use many physical attacks. Despite his small frame he can take a bit of damage. His medium length hair finds colour in blue, while his eyes are two tone, his right being red, his left being blue.

Eyes drifting from merchant stalls and the like he couldn't help, but shake his head and smile. It was all really pathetic. Why had he been born in such a village? Running a hand through his hair he paused, turning to his left as he made sure his gloves were on tight. Popping his neck to the side he glanced over his shoulder before continuing on. Hmmm, perhaps he'd run into a familiar face...or possibly a rival, either one would be sufficent, he was looking for a little spar.

Knuckles popping he looked about, looking bored and uncaring he sat back on the bench that was on his apartment's outlook. Shooting a glance to the sky he yawned, dull. Sitting up he walked forward, leaning over the railing slightly he turned sharply on his heal, his housing was marked with safety, what if he was to make the rest of the village "safe".

Though it'd only be "safe" for him and who ever else he chose, which would be no one, but himself. Smirking at the idea he nodded. The next place he would have to work to make "safe" would have to be the Kage's place, smirking he laughed as he threw himself over his railing. Landing on the ground below softly before standing up, hands in his pockets as he began walking around.

Special: Flickering is forward-moving, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Nenshōkyū stands at a height of six feet and two inches while weighing in at one hundred and fifty four toned pounds. Dark skinned he has a handsome face. Hair wise his hair is black in color and worn at a medium-length and is half of the time worn under a large top hat, both hiding the stigma on his forehead. Though his most stand out feature would be his yellow eyes, something that he doesn't share with anyone in his clan, and has not seen anyone else have. He also seem to give off an unnerving aura. Apparel wise he is rarely seen out side of a tuxedo, having many, though only having two different color schemes, those being one that is red, black, and white, while the other is a classic white and black. All in all if you saw him for the first time you wouldn't exactly think he was a deadly shinobi.

Personality;
Cold, secretive, and calculating are words that many people have used to describe Nenshōkyū in the least amount of words possible. Though to elaborate on these personality traits one would some what understand him. Cold in the way that he just doesn't really care, he speaks with honesty, despite it coming off as rude or making him look/sound like a jerk. He's constantly thinking things through, believing even the simplest of tasks need to have a strategy on how to complete them otherwise they are destined for failure. Also he finds it rather dumb to lose one's self-control in battle. Preferring to keep his private life just that, private, as such this has aided into him not going up in shinobi rank. With all of this being said it should be noted that many people in Iwagakure just cross the street when they see him just so they may avoid his harsh honesty.

Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. Weapons are the most commonly sealed objects, with puppet jutsu also using this by having these hidden inside various compartments as a means of increasing their own killing potential as well as hiding useful weapons from the opponent's sight.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to seal any release chakra, basic or advanced, into a scroll. The user first places the seal on a scroll and then performs the required hand seals. This causes a countering elemental creation to appear from the scroll, enveloping the release chakra one wishes to acquire and sealing it on the scroll. in the end, the result is the scroll possessing the kanji for seal (封).

Description: A highly advanced sealing technique that is capable of absorbing any chakra, regardless of any shape or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra acrosss one's body in the opposite direction in the form of a blue chakra vacuum sphere. As a result, this technique can absorb most chakra based techniques, regardless of power, without harming the user. Finally, should the user get close enough to grab the opponent, the barrier can absorb chakra right out of an individual's body, effectively draining them.

Special: Highest jutsu rank determines deflection. Size matches whatever is being absorbed. Requires an amount of chakra/stamina equal to the reflected attack. Attacks greater in rank than the sealing will pass through and destroy the barrier with ease.
Description: A powerful defensive seal that allows the user to reflect any attack -- A Ninjutsu or Taijutsu -- aimed at them back at/onto its caster. Upon activation, any attack the seal comes into contact with is absorbed and then reflected back at its caster; the required chakra automatically being drained from the user. Ninjutsu are reflected back at the caster while physical attacks have the direct damage applied back onto its caster.

- Gogyou Fuuin (Five Elements Seal)
