- Nenshōkyū stands at a height of six feet and two inches while weighing in at one hundred and fifty four toned pounds. Dark skinned he has a handsome face. Hair wise his hair is black in color and worn at a medium-length and is half of the time worn under a large top hat, both hiding the stigma on his forehead. Though his most stand out feature would be his yellow eyes, something that he doesn't share with anyone in his clan, and has not seen anyone else have. He also seem to give off an unnerving aura. Apparel wise he is rarely seen out side of a tuxedo, having many, though only having two different color schemes, those being one that is red, black, and white, while the other is a classic white and black. All in all if you saw him for the first time you wouldn't exactly think he was a deadly shinobi.

- Personality;
- Cold, secretive, and calculating are words that many people have used to describe Nenshōkyū in the least amount of words possible. Though to elaborate on these personality traits one would some what understand him. Cold in the way that he just doesn't really care, he speaks with honesty, despite it coming off as rude or making him look/sound like a jerk. He's constantly thinking things through, believing even the simplest of tasks need to have a strategy on how to complete them otherwise they are destined for failure. Also he finds it rather dumb to lose one's self-control in battle. Preferring to keep his private life just that, private, as such this has aided into him not going up in shinobi rank. With all of this being said it should be noted that many people in Iwagakure just cross the street when they see him just so they may avoid his harsh honesty.

Special: Allows the storage of various different items either onto a scroll or onto oneself via the generic seal. Can seal items equal to highest rank known. Sealing and unsealing items costs a 'C' ranked amount of chakra per batch time.
Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. Weapons are the most commonly sealed objects, with puppet jutsu also using this by having these hidden inside various compartments as a means of increasing their own killing potential as well as hiding useful weapons from the opponent's sight.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to seal any release chakra, basic or advanced, into a scroll. The user first places the seal on a scroll and then performs the required hand seals. This causes a countering elemental creation to appear from the scroll, enveloping the release chakra one wishes to acquire and sealing it on the scroll. in the end, the result is the scroll possessing the kanji for seal (封).

Description: A highly advanced sealing technique that is capable of absorbing any chakra, regardless of any shape or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra acrosss one's body in the opposite direction in the form of a blue chakra vacuum sphere. As a result, this technique can absorb most chakra based techniques, regardless of power, without harming the user. Finally, should the user get close enough to grab the opponent, the barrier can absorb chakra right out of an individual's body, effectively draining them.

Special: Highest jutsu rank determines deflection. Size matches whatever is being absorbed. Requires an amount of chakra/stamina equal to the reflected attack. Attacks greater in rank than the sealing will pass through and destroy the barrier with ease.
Description: A powerful defensive seal that allows the user to reflect any attack -- A Ninjutsu or Taijutsu -- aimed at them back at/onto its caster. Upon activation, any attack the seal comes into contact with is absorbed and then reflected back at its caster; the required chakra automatically being drained from the user. Ninjutsu are reflected back at the caster while physical attacks have the direct damage applied back onto its caster.

Special: Blocks use of all chakra related techniques equal to highest rank known. Lasts until seal is removed, or until a greater chakra power such as a Bijuu or a Chakra Gates of equal rank break through it.
Description: This jutsu produces a powerful seal that is used to block or disturb the flow of chakra in a target. Once the seal is completed, the target will become unconscious and unable to fight for a short time. Upon waking up, they will find themselves unable to perform certain type of chakra-jutsu until the seal has been removed.
