ANATOMY, His hair, a startling white, is matched only by his piercing eyes in intensity, so often masked by his eccentric facade. Framing his face haphazardly, in jeopardy of falling into those vivid eyes, the boy makes no effort to keep his hair in check, with the snowy strands flicking out at all angles. His skin, scarcely darker than his hair and eyes, is pale, the combination of such colours giving off an almost ethereal impression. Standing at an above average height, Akuseru has filled his frame with muscle while remaining lean, as befitting of a shinobi, albeit on the slender side.

APPAREL, Akuseru's attire of choice borrows elements from both the samurai and shinobi. Garbed fully in white, Akuseru's clothing is is accented by little color. A hakama that tapers as they reach his shinobi sandles worn over his sleeveless shitagi. Steel blue and gold plates of haidate rests over his thighs. Worn on top of all this is a white, hooded robe with sleeves that extend past his arms and a gold chain that links it together.

Akuseru exemplifies the wild. He can be violent and short-tempered, spontaneous and reckless, but also optimistic and protective of those close to him. Sometimes he lacks the common sense of others and comes off as inconsiderate. But he is vicarious and has a deeper understanding of a soldier--those things that drive them, their desires--and, more importantly, the lengths they will go to to fulfill them.

Akuseru cares more than he likes to admit. In fact, this trait tends to drive most of what he does. He is judgmental regarding what he believes is right and wrong, and is stubborn once he's decided on anything. Lacking in social skills, he comes off as incredibly dense and at times even oblivious of the world around him. Despite this, Akuseru has a talent for finding creative ways to solve the many problems he faces.

His self-confidence supports and is supported by his tenacity, an overflowing source of willpower within him that pushes him far beyond the limits of his psyche and body. RINNEGAN, As the rumors go, the Rinnegan gives its bearer the ability to manipulate all of the five basic elements. Likewise, it also gives the user access to incredibly unique elements (like Gravity), and even says that it gives them the ability to control the aspects of life and death, itself. The true scope of this dojutsu's power is still fairly shrouded in mystery; however, one thing remains uncontested: this eye's ability is fearsome and more powerful than anything even seen before it.

The Rinnegan is reputed as the most exalted eyes amongst the Three Great Doujutsu and is characterized by its ripple-like pattern which spreads over the eyeballs, with light purple irides and sclerae; it was admired as being able to bring forth all ninjutsu. Due to its unbridled power, it was said that in times when the world is in disorder, a person is sent down from the heavens to become either a "God of Creation" who will calm the world, or a "Destroyer" who will reduce everything to nothingness.

From what is known about these eyes, the Rinnegan permits a number of surprisingly simple abilities, all of which are accessibly simply by possessing the eyes and activating them to the extent where the user can freely tap into their bloodline's abilities both consciously and effectively.

At the most basic level, the Rinnegan permits the ability of simple chakra sight. This could be compared to some middle-ground between the Sharingan and Byakugan (it does not quite permit access to the tenketsu, certainly to no useful level like the Byakugan permits). However, unlike the Sharingan, this chakra sight is not impeded by physical constructs -- they can easily see their target's chakra through solid objects, giving them greater clarity of their surroundings.

It is also known that those who possess the Rinnegan, as the founding eyes of all ninjutsu, are capable of mastering all basic elements (sound included) with equal skill and finesse. Unlike most ninja, who seem to have a capacity of three (rarely four), descendants of the Rikudou clan lack these inhibitors.

However, the most profound ability of the Rinnegan is that it allows the user to share their sight with its various realms to which the eyes are passed. Because of this, it permits the user to see nearly countless angles simultaneously, eliminating any possible blind-spots that might be lingering about. By factoring this into their combat behavior, it allows the user to act with unbelievable degrees of finesse and agility, comparable to that seen in Uchiha with their frighteningly effective predictive eye.

Note: Unlike most dojutsu techniques, the Rinnegan does not require any chakra to activate or sustain. Furthermore, once unlocked, these eyes remain activate at all time.

This jutsu effectively involves implanting pseudo-Rinnegan and the user's chakra into a lifeless shinobi body. In doing so, the individual creates "Realms" through which they can effectively separate their unique Rinnegan-based jutsu among other bodies. Furthermore, with the Rinnegan in their grasp, all of these self-proclaimed realm share the same sight; this allows the user to create any variety of angles for them to look upon. Using this ability to its full extent requires that the user pretty much remains stationary and by use of a large conduit channels their chakra from the host body into the individual realms.

Note: This ability is more or less just creating pairs of Rinnegan and reanimating the bodies through which chakra can be channeled.

This technique allows corpses to be reanimated and put to use, no matter how severe or weathered they might be. Lost appendages and the like may be reattached and healed; however, these lost limbs can not be regrown during this process. Each "realm" is capable of possessing one ability of the Rinnegan, for a total of six bodies (excluding the user's). This technique requires three posts to complete, and cannot be used while in combat. Furthermore, each body successfully given the Rinnegan increase the user's chakra reserves by one massive.

This technique is the ability to transmit one's own chakra from the host body to the individual Realms. On a simple level, the individual can manipulate the external bodies at up to a maximum of fifty meters by simply implanting their Rinnegan in the vessel bodies, and thusly having their chakra coursing through the entity. However, using more creative and advanced methods can allow the user to achieve truly impressive distances.

Note: By using large chakra rods (created by the Rinnegan wielder at time, using this technique, for a "Mid" worth of chakra), the user can implant them into both themselves and their realms (similar to Pain and Nagato in the series) to dramatically increase the range the bodies can be away from the host. The maximum distance, however, is roughly ten kilometers. When used offensively, these can be thrust into a target to disrupt their chakra and completely null their ability to perform any type of Ninjutsu or Genjutsu.

This path grants the user manipulation of attractive and repulsive gravitational forces. By simply directing a hand at the target(s) they wish to either pull or push, the user can then channel an incredible amount of force from their body to achieve the desired effect. Being gravity-based, the force of this technique is not to be taken lightly; it has been shown, even on the "smaller" scales, to be able to launch some of the largest summons in history miles into the air. Likewise, it has also been shown to effortlessly snap metal chains and pulverized large chunks of debris.

Note: This technique can be separated into two phases: Shinra Tensei and Banshou Ten'in.

Shinra Tensei (Heavenly Subjugation of the Omnipresent God): This technique allows the user to repel objects at a Close (0m ~ 5m) proximity away from their body with a great, tremendous force for a High worth of chakra. This force is easily capable of breaking bones in close quarters (anything within five feet), and launch objects away a maximum of five meters. However, for a cost of x3 Massive, the user is capable of using the large-scale version of this technique, delivering a 300 meter push of unprecedented force (this technique, in the series, completely decimated the entirety of Konoha).

Banshou Ten'in (Heavenly Attraction of All of Creation): This technique allows the user to attract objects at a Close (0m ~ 5m) or Mid (5m ~ 10m) proximity with a great, tremendous force for a High worth of chakra. It is the counterpart to Shinra Tensei, and is arguably weaker in terms of strength. The victim of the technique can anchor themselves to something to counteract the force, however, for an additional High the user can overwhelm the anchor and continue with the pull.

Both Shinra Tensei and Banshou Ten'in share the same five post cooldown duration, in which neither ability can be used.


Chibaku Tensei (Heavenly Body Bursting from the Earth)

The user creates a dark black sphere of gravity that when thrown into the sky, attracts objects from all directions and pulls them into the sphere compressing them simultaneously. The surrounding earth, including forests and mountains, are collected into a single point, piling on top of one another until it creates a large sphere. A large crater is left where the earth has been collected from.

Note: This technique takes three posts to charge, after the handseals have been performed, if it is used by a Realm instead of the user (the charge time is removed when used by the host). Likewise, this technique takes five posts for the sphere to be completed to its maximum size (equivalent to that of the sphere Pain used to trap Naruto in the series). Furthermore, if used by a realm, the realm using this technique must be within half a kilometer away from the host.

It should also be noted that this technique can only be used by the Host, or the realm implanted with the Deva Path abilities.

The more advanced and complete version of the Summoning Technique, this seemingly allows the user to summon any creature they desire to do their bidding. These creatures are all supplemented with chakra rods and, like the user's realms, the Rinnegan. This allows the user to hide (often times within their creature), and still see the world around them without hindrance. Furthermore, the user of this technique can summon up to a total of two creatures per single Kuchiyose.

Note: While this technique does not implant the Rinnegan into traditional summons, the user is capable of creating an unlimited amount of miscellaneous summons that possess the Rinnegan. These creatures can only be summoned by the Rinnegan user, and when they die (the user or summon) are lost forever.


Shuradou (Asura Path)

Chakra Consumption: Mid per transformation
This technique grants the user the ability to augment their body with mechanized weapons and armor. The majority of these additions are heavily industrialized, and being comprised of chakra-forged metal, possess incredible strength and durability (these arms can effortlessly tear limbs from a human body, and withstand full assaults from super-sized Akimichi attacks). Offensively speaking, the majority of these modifications deal with high-impact explosives and or dangerous bladed weaponry. However, the more destructive abilities are centered around the various chakra canons which grant the user long-ranged destructive power. Defensively, additional limbs are obviously the most significant mentions. Regardless, this ability is without a doubt the most versatile and-- if used right --useful at the Rinnegan's disposal, next to the Deva Path.

Note: When used by either a realm or the host, the user only has access to one transformation per post, until all have been revealed and unlocked (see image). These are:

Two Additional Pair of Arms: The user can instantly create any amount of the two additional pairs of arms, which are anchored at the shoulder. Each arm has a single modification (type them here).

Chakra Canon: With the body modifications of the Asura Path, the user can open parts of their body to reveal a cannon that fires a massive blast of chakra with explosive power strong enough to devastate an entire area. This can be from places such as the mouth (like techniques such as bijuu dama), or from one of the augmented arms of the Asura's path. Each blast requires one High worth of chakra, and is can be accurately fired up to a maximum of ten meters away and is one three meters wide.

Two Additional Faces: The user is capable of creating two faces, one on each side of the user's head, both of which have Rinnegan eyes. This only further increase's the user's field of vision, as well as increases the angles of which the host and the other realms can see.

Blade Tail: This is a folded, serrated blade-like sash around the user's waist. The tail is roughly three meters long, and can be controlled by the user as they see fit, used as another appendage to anchor themselves to a surface or to assist in eliminating their target(s).

Projectile Fist: With an explosion of chakra, the user is capable of ejecting one fist from their person at truly terrifying speeds; a thin layer of chakra protects the fist from whatever objects it might encounter. When connecting with the desired target, the a large portion of chakra used to propel it funnels out and through the knuckles, creating a potent explosion equivalent to roughly five explosive notes. After impact, the fist will then fly back and reattach itself to the user's wrist.

Flaming Arrow Missiles: The user can detach their hand from their arm, at the wrist, revealing a long tendril coated in multiple (20) missiles. These projectiles can be scatter-fired across a twenty-meter area, creating multiple explosions equivalent to three explosive notes (each).

Chakra Propulsion: This simply allows the user to move themselves with faster than average speeds, by producing a constantly explosion of chakra along the soles of their feet (Mid per post). With this, the user is capable of moving at x2 the speed of your average shinobi. This constant burst requires a Low increment of chakra per post.


Nigendou (Human Path)

This technique grants the user the ability to remove the soul of any target they touched as well as read their mind.With this ability the user is able to read the minds of their target simply by placing their hand on the target's head, and could extract any information or secret being hidden by the victim against their will. However, using the technique will inevitably pull the soul out of the target's body, causing instant death.

Note: This technique requires a full post to complete (the soul extraction), and should the user remove their hand before it can be finished, only the information will be harvested from the victim. It should also be noted that once the user makes contact, they can continue to remove the user's chakra so long as they remain within one meter of the target (even if they are no longer grabbing them).


Gakidou (Preta Path)

The technique grants the user the ability to absorb any ninjutsu that they touch, or comes into contact with the "invisible" barrier they can summon up to a maximum of one meter surrounding their body. This technique can absorb any level of ninjutsu, from ferocious techniques like Kirin to the unpredictable and volatile nature of the bijuu cloak. The energy absorbed is then transported temporarily transported into the user for their use, which only increase's this terrifying defense's utility. Unfortunately, things like Genjutsu and Taijutsu are unaffected by this barrier (i.e it can't stop an illusion from being cast nor does the barrier protect the user from blunt force). This domain simply interacts with Ninjutsu on all levels, basic and advanced.

Note: When used offensively, in the sense of draining chakra from a target via physical contact, the user can steal up to two Highs worth of chakra per post.


Jigokudou (Naraka Path)

This technique grants the user two main abilities: interrogation and restoration, by using the King of Hell. The King of Hell is a large head which sprouts out of the ground surrounded by purple flames. It also possesses the Rinnegan as well as the shared field of vision along with the other summons. The King of Hell can fulfill two purposes: interrogation and restoration.

To interrogate, the Naraka Path need only catch hold of a person, causing the King of Hell to appear before them. With the victim seemingly paralyzed, the Naraka Path begins questioning them. After answers are given, the King of Hell will unzip its mouth to release tendril-like arms and will draw out an apparition of the victim's life force energy in the form of an enlarged tongue. The King of Hell will then proceed to pass its judgement. If the person was lying or refused to answer the questions, the King of Hell will remove their tongue and consume it, apparently killing them. However, if they told the truth, they will be spared, although left extremely exhausted.

The second ability the Naraka Path possesses is the ability to repair any damage. To do so the Naraka Path has the King of Hell ingest the damaged body with its tendril-like arms into its mouth, then, after some time, the destroyed body will emerge from its mouth, completely rejuvenated.

Note: For interrogating, the user will need to find some way of restraining their target or immobilizing them. Otherwise, they may be able to form a viable escape. For the rejuvenation of a deceased, the process takes a total of five posts to complete. This only works on those who have been killed in the same thread that this technique is used, otherwise the user will be unable to harvest their soul and implant them back into the desired body.


Gedou (The Outer Path)

On a most basic level, this technique essentially gives the user control over the forces of life and death, itself. A more refined version of the Naraka Path abilities, this allows the user to actually steal and store souls inside of the King of Hell. With this, they can then revive the slain whenever they wish (effectively removing the "same thread" limitation). However, on a more advanced level, the Outer Path's abilities become more prominent.

Moreover, this technique allows the user to revive multiple victims simultaneously, regardless of if the King of Hell has ingested the souls of the deceased. Instead, the phantasmal creature simply siphons the lingering spirits and then funnels them out of their mouths and into the body. This process effectively rejuvenates the bodies of all injuries as the soul is being implanted, giving the spirits viable vessels once more (it should be noted that the King of Hell does not need to chew on these bodies).

Offensively speaking, the user is capable of generating "chakra chains" from their person which possess innumerable power. These chains have been seen restraining and subduing multiple tailed beasts simultaneously (three), enslaving the creatures to the user's will. Likewise, these chains heavily disrupt the creature's flow of chakra, restricting their ability to perform bijuu-based techniques and all but immobilizing them.

The most impressive ability, however, is being able to summon the Gedou Mazou (Demonic Statue of the Outer Path). This monstrous entity possesses unparalleled strength and durability-- far greater than any of the bijuu, even multiples combined. By ejecting iron chakra rods from its chest and feeding on the user's chakra, the user can summon a spectral dragon from the creature's mouth which will devour the souls of any creature it touches.

Note: The mass resurrection ability of this technique requires one Massive worth of chakra, and five posts in total to complete. The chakra chains, however, require simply a High per chain. Summoning the Gedou Mazou requires a 2x Massive worth of chakra. Accessing the spectral dragon then requires another Massive worth of chakra to generate. It should be noted that the mass resurrection technique absorbs 10% of the user's life-force, and thusly can only be performed ten times before the user will die.

SUITON, suiton, or 'water element', takes the form of chakra-imbued, water-based jutsu. whether they are created by the user themselves, or obtained from a source nearby, all suiton attacks aim to overwhelm their victims in traitorous waters. at the same time, giant walls of water can be summoned as a defensive measure against incoming attacks, making it suitable for a variety of uses.

Suiun Suishi no Jutsu (Water Transport Dispatch Formation Technique)

Suiun Suishi no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Water Element. The user will first perform a series of handseals, and then cause a large column of water to rise from a nearby water source. Due to the moderate volume of liquid controlled by this technique, it is the preferred method of fighting nearby fires.


Suishuu Gorugon (Water Attack Strong Current Torrential Rain)

Kokuun no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will then form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto his\her targets.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it cannot travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Note: This clone can have a maximum of one High worth of chakra. These clones are limited to water-based jutsu and elementary chakra channeling. This includes simple abilities like water walking and tree climbing but not more advances channeling techniques such as Hien.


Mizurappa (Water Trumpet)

Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids.

Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)

Suirou no jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary handseals which causes water to form around the target, shaping into a spherical prison which only allows for severely limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Note: This jutsu will be treated as seen in the Kakashi vs. Zabuza fight. Once captured by the water prison, the character inside is almost completely immobilized, making escaping from within the water prison very difficult. Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must combine it with a distraction.

Note: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.

Kage Bunshin is an advanced Ninjutsu technique which grants the user the ability to create a tangible clone. Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's Chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance, to the point the clone can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows, and spawns with any primary and secondary basic weapons the original had. When the clone finally disperses, any knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

Note: This technique is only capable of being learned by Jounin or above. Up to a maximum of five clones can be created total. Please note that the user’s Chakra is divided evenly among however many clones they create. Upon being destroyed, whatever remaining Chakra the clone has is given back to the user. Despite having an extended range (virtually limitless), these clones must be created within five meters of the user. Specifically, the clones spawn only with primary, special primary, and basic throwable weapons. Specifically, this includes things like Zankuuha, Swords, and Shuriken, but not items like explosive tags, explosive pouches, light bombs, or Relics. This can only be used three times per thread in any combination (one clone, two clones, etc).

ACADEMY, before becoming full-fledged genin, each aspiring shinobi must first graduate from the shinobi academy. in addition to receiving essential knowledge in disciplines such as reading, writing, philosophy, science, geography, etc., an array of basic and effective jutsu are taught. the academy jutsu, while as simple as they come, have long proven useful even to the most veteran shinobi.

Kawarimi no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the user will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object - generally a block of wood, but sometimes even another person - the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosvie tags can be attached to the placement for an added surprise!

Note: Switch is near-instantaneous. This technique can only be used once per three turn. While one can switch with a variety of things it needs to be within reason, switching with a chair, log, fallen tree is acceptable, but switching with a dust particle is obviously not.

Bunshin no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates an intangible copy of themselves. This clone has no substance, so it is not able to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy. It is mainly used in combination with other Ninjutsu. These clones can be easily distinguished by opponents with Doujutsu, but even opponents with normals eyes can tell tell it apart from the original if they are observant, as the clone does not have a shadow and will not disrupt the area around them with their movement. As soon as this clone comes in contact with an opponent or gets attacked, it will disperse.

Note: The clone's movement speed is equal to the user's. Bunshin cannot mold Chakra to perform jutsu, nor can they physically harm an opponent.

Suimen Hokou no Waza is an Academy Ninjutsu technique, and is a variant of Kinobori no Waza. By emitting a constant stream of Chakra from the bottom of their feet and using this repelling force, the user is able to walk across the water's surface. This technique is vastly more difficult than its counterpart because the amount of Chakra that needs to be focused changes constantly, but it helps to build Chakra control in the user. After much practice, it is even possible to 'skate' across the water's surface instead of just walking or running.

As they stomp, the earth around them begins to quake, disrupting balance of anyone nearby. This technique is ideal when faced with waves of opponents, or for taking down weakened edifices.

Note: The earthquake extends 5 meters in every direction of the user. and will continue so long as they continue to supply chakra and stomp. Any person within range of the earthquake will suffer serious balance and orientation disruption.

When the user chooses, they can emerge suddenly from the ground, grabbing the opponent and pulling them down into the pit where they once were buried. The opponent is buried up to their neck, robbing them of the ability to move.

Note: Concealment is near-instantaneous. User cannot move while underground, except to perform the second part of this technique. To remain underground without suffocating, the user will need to continually expend chakra.

Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Iwa Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it cannot travel very far from the original body. If the Iwa Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural rock state.

Note: This clone has High cap of chakra. These clones are limited to Earth-based jutsu and elementary chakra channeling. This includes simple abilities like water walking and tree climbing but not more advances channeling techniques such as Hien.

The user creates a solid wall of earth as a form of defense. Chakra is either converted to earth within the body and then spat out to form the wall or the user can manipulate pre-existing earth to form the wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water.

Their skin becomes noticeably darker as earth is infused with it, granting them a higher defensive power. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique. Not many techniques can breech the areas hardened by Domu, excluding its undeniable weak point: Lightning Element ninjutsu.

Note: Domu cannot be penetrated by techniques that are of equal or lower rank, but will be penetrated by techniques that are of higher ranks. All physical attacks (punches, kicks) will have an increased damage potential because of the hardness of the user's skin.

Doryuu Taiga is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After forming the needed handseals, the user transforms the ground underneath their opponent into a river of mud. This river materializes suddenly and flows quickly, completely in the opposite direction that the opponent was originally moving. This technique is excellent for slowing people down and facilitating escapes, as the mud itself is highly constricting.

Note: The river flows in a straight line in whichever direction the user chooses; the direction cannot be altered afterward. The river can be no longer than 5 meters and no wider than 3 meters. The mud created by this technique can be used to facilitate other techniques that require mud.

Doton Kekkai - Dorou Doumu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user strikes the ground with their hands. The earth overturns, rising up and around the opponent, trapping them in a dome made of earth with no apparent way out. By placing their hands against the dome, the user is able to suck out the chakra from the people trapped inside and bring it into their own body. At the same time, the user can use their own chakra to spread throughout the dome, repairing any damage their opponents manage to inflict on the inside. However, the chakra flow is not evenly spread out and becomes more weak the further away from the user it moves, allowing the dome to be broken on the far side if hit by a hard enough force.

Note: The dome is 6 meters in diameter. The user drains Mid chakra from each opponent inside the dome per turn while absorbing a Low amount of chakra each turn. By sacrificing a High amount of chakra per turn, the user reinforces the side of the dome closest to them, making it impossible to break from the inside with any technique because of the quick rate of repairs. The side closest to the user can be broken through by any attack of S rank. The wall farthest from the user requires an attack of A rank or higher to break or a strong piercing jutsu of B rank or higher. If the user decides not to pay the upkeep at all, then the dome can be broken on any side by an attack of B rank or above. The user must keep their hand on the dome at all times for all these effects.


Keijuugan no Jutsu (Light Rock Technique)

Note: Must know Kajuugan no Jutsu (Weighted Rock Technique). Must be in contact with target for 1 turn before this technique takes effect. The decreased effect of gravity causes targeted objects or people to weigh 1/5th of its normal weight. By using an additional Miniscule amount of chakra per turn, the user is able to sustain flight but their maneuverability is not as good as natural flight. The user can also sustain flight for others at the expense of more chakra.

Shousen Jutsu is one of the most fundamental yet vital Medical Ninjutsu techniques utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands, creating a special chakra designed to speed up the body's natural healing process exponentially. The chakra is represented by a faint glow around each of the user's hands, a perfect circle formed around the appendage, with the glow itself letting off a faint, blue hue.

Note: This technique is capable of healing a small or moderate amount quickly, such as a single injured appendage, (in the time of one post) after damage has been received. However, larger scales of damage require more extensive periods of time (for a maximum of three posts). The level of “damage” sustained should be judged to the best of your capabilities, and if needed, confirmed by a Moderator.

It should also be noted that the healing effect of this technique can only be facilitated through the hands.

When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. Developed for surgery, it has since taken a unique aspect in battle.

Note: The damage inflicted by this technique is enough to severely injure internal organs and slice muscles for 50% reduction in functionality. Internal bleeding is somewhat steep near the more primary organs, and will result in the death of the victim in ten posts if no treated.

Chakra Exhaustion is a dangerous thing for shinobi to have to face. Medical Ninja developed a way to fix that problem. By touching the center of the patient's chest with both hands, the user is capable of sending chakra directly into the patient's chakra circulatory system, allowing the system to process the chakra and receive it as if the chakra were the person's own. While the user maintains their touch on the patient's body, the amount of chakra per turn varies on the user’s will.
