Appearance ·
Akuseru's appearance may be born of the Youmou clan, but his striking and imposing features are all his own. His hair, a startling white, is matched only by his piercing eyes in intensity, so often masked by his eccentric facade. Framing his face haphazardly, in jeopardy of falling into those vivid eyes, the boy makes no effort to keep his hair in check, with the snowy strands flicking out at all angles. His skin, scarcely darker than his hair and eyes, is pale, the combination of such colours giving off an almost ethereal impression. Standing at an above average height, Akuseru has filled his frame with muscle while remaining lean, as befitting of a shinobi, albeit on the slender side.
Apparel ·
Akuseru's attire of choice borrows elements from both the samurai and shinobi. Garbed fully in white, Akuseru's clothing is is accented by little color. A hakama that tapers as they reach his shinobi sandles worn over his sleeveless shitagi. Steel blue and gold plates of haidate rests over his thighs. Worn on top of all this is a white, hooded robe with sleeves that extend past his arms and a gold chain that links it together.

Akuseru exemplifies the wild. He can be violent and short-tempered, spontaneous and reckless, but also optimistic and protective of those close to him. Sometimes he lacks the common sense of others and comes off as inconsiderate. But he is vicarious and has a deeper understanding of a soldier--those things that drive them, their desires--and, more importantly, the lengths they will go to to fulfill them.
Akuseru cares more than he likes to admit. In fact, this trait tends to drive most of what he does. He is judgmental regarding what he believes is right and wrong, and is stubborn once he's decided on anything. Lacking in social skills, he comes off as incredibly dense and at times even oblivious of the world around him. Despite this, Akuseru has a talent for finding creative ways to solve the many problems he faces.
His self-confidence supports and is supported by his tenacity, an overflowing source of willpower within him that pushes him far beyond the limits of his psyche and body. Due to his sense of devotion, Akuseru's demeanor can shift extremely should his friends or beliefs be threatened in some way. A more serious and no less resolute Akuseru can come to the forefront. Though this is rare, it only serves to strengthen his resolution; the will to protect through the strength of his bonds. No longer carefree or lighthearted, he feels the full weight of the situation and refuses to back down.

Kawarimi no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the user will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object - generally a block of wood, but sometimes even another person - the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosvie tags can be attached to the placement for an added surprise!
Note: Switch is near-instantaneous. The technique can only be used once per turn.

Henge no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user takes on the form of another object, whether it be an animal, plant, or inanimate object. This transformation is exactly like the genuine article, so it is impossible to tell the two apart without special methods.
Note: The user can transform themselves into an object of average, small, or miniature size. This means that one cannot Henge into a Bijuu, summon, or other gigantic object.

Bunshin no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates an intangible copy of themselves. This clone has no substance, so it is not able to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy. It is mainly used in combination with other Ninjutsu. These clones can be easily distinguished by opponents with Doujutsu, but even opponents with normals eyes can tell tell it apart from the original if they are observant, as the clone does not have a shadow and will not disrupt the area around them with their movement. As soon as this clone comes in contact with an opponent or gets attacked, it will disperse.
Note: The clone's movement speed is equal to the user's. Bunshin cannot mold Chakra to perform jutsu, nor can they physically harm an opponent.

Suimen Hokou no Waza is an Academy Ninjutsu technique, and is a variant of Kinobori no Waza. By emitting a constant stream of Chakra from the bottom of their feet and using this repelling force, the user is able to walk across the water's surface. This technique is vastly more difficult than its counterpart because the amount of Chakra that needs to be focused changes constantly, but it helps to build Chakra control in the user. After much practice, it is even possible to 'skate' across the water's surface instead of just walking or running.
Note: The user must know Kinobori no Waza in order to use this technique.

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must combine it with a distraction.
Note: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.

Fuubaku Houjin is a Ninjutsu technique used by shinobi in conjunction with common explosive devices such as exploding notes. With this, the user can choose when their explosives detonate, opposed to being at the mercy of a countdown.
Note: This ability allows the user detonate his or her explosive notes, opposed to allowing them to be "timed" explosives. Without this technique, the user cannot automatically detonate their tags.

A powerful jutsu intended to call forth aid when in dire need. Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon a a variety of entities and items meant to assist them. From people to animals to inanimate objects, these creations come forth out of thin air near-instantly after the seals are done and into the battlefield. Keep in mind each summoning in question requires a previous contract to be filled out. Finally, signing this contract also allows said summoning to be able to reverse summon the human ninja to their own location.
Note: All summons have their own Chakra cost, which the user will need to meet in order to bring them forth. This attack is both potent and weak, an invisible tether of one meter connecting the spirit and user. No part of the body of the spirit may cross this boundary, and should it that body part will simply dissipate. One should note that in this case any weapons the spirit may manifest with are considered part of it's 'body'. Also although the casting of handseals takes time the manifestation of the spirit is instant thereafter, allowing it to react immediately - it's travel speed limited by the speed of it's own master. It is summoned directly in front of it's master.

By channeling their Chakra into the great beyond the user can force their spiritual servant to manifest briefly to defend against a single attack. This defense - though only limited by one's imagination, is weak and subject to restrict. Mundane attacks like that of a sword, senbon, or kunai (assuming no special properties) are easily deflected by this, but chakra manifestations aren't. That is, jutsu of a higher rank will instantly blow through this defense. Additionally, if the Youmou had summoned their spirit with an elemental nature opposite of that of the incoming attack even attacks of the same caliber will break it. Finally, this defense is limited to the direction the user is facing, with the same range limit as Chuumonwo Kougekishimasu.
Chuumonwo Gisei Ni (Command, Sacrifice)

Often used as a last resort this technique forces a spirit forward in a mad dash toward an enemy or predetermined spot. Once the spirit reaches it's destination it will immediately detonate, causing a small explosion of force. This explosion is enough to kill someone with the assumption they were at the epicenter but quickly dissipates further from it one gets, completely dissipating at ten meters. If an elemental nature had been attached to the spirit the effects of such nature occur as well (setting things on fire, blowing wind about, etc). The spirit's tether will sever beyond five meters and it travels at it's master's own speed.

Functionally an extension of Chuumonwo Kougekishimasu, this technique strengthens the link between the spirit and caster, allowing the spirit to act as a conduit for one Ninjutsu attack. However, there are limits to this. Only techniques which can functionally be cast through the spirit may be used. In other words, you cannot use a technique from which in it's description does not read as if it's emanating from the user (or in this case spirit). Additionally, the spirit's nature must be preserved. If the spirit has taken on the nature of fire, it cannot use water techniques (but can use universals and other such techniques) and so on.
It goes without saying that the cost of this jutsu is added upon the other technique. The handseals of this jutsu are also added upon the other technique unless one is using "Master's Orders" in which case only the handseals of the other jutsu are required.{Spoiler}50 exp

By consciously feeding their chakra into their palms, the user will quickly rush forward, driving the charged appendage forward and into their opponent. The result is devastating, with all the accumulated power of the palm being unloaded onto the user's victim. Finally, with all the chakra released, the opponent's body is knocked back several feet, left to rag-doll and wither.

The electric influence that exists over the human body and its muscles allows one to control the later through unconventional methods, including through the means of chakra. After charging a small electric shock in the user’s hands, one can approach their victim and place the charged hand onto a limb or muscle on their body, unleashing the pent up shock and rendering the aforementioned target useless for the rest of the turn. Although simple, it’s highly effective when the user is faster than the victim, and can outmaneuver them as they strike. Also highly effective for keeping captives in place!
Note: If used on a person’s head, they will be knocked out for a single post. Limbs are numbed for a whole turn. Stunning effect cannot be stacked. The user must touch the victim with their hand to achieve the desired effects.
Purazuma Booru (Plasma Ball Technique)

A highly strategic raiton jutsu, the Plasma Ball allows the user to create a thick sphere of Raiton around their body, able to shock anyone that comes in contact with it immediately. Though no other jutsu can be cast while sustaining the shield, it makes up for it by becoming an ‘ultimate’ shield of sorts from regular, simple techniques and attacks.

Named after the fabled imaginary leader of the sky and thunder, this technique allows the user to feel like Zeus himself as they summon a tight bolt of electricity in their hand, similar to a javelin, so that they could throw it with appeasing accuracy. The bolt will move through the sky quite fast, and carries deadly accuracy in the right hands. Upon making contact with the target, it immediately bursts into a vertical cylinder storm that surrounds the victim and delivers a plethora of constant shock damage.

Meant more as a reactionary technique than a main avenue of offense, this jutsu allows the user to essentially shoot out small lightning bolts from a free hand to anyone within a small range. This requires no seals to conjure, and can be shot out from one’s appendage during the most heated of combat. The damage is light and the bolts shoot off in a relatively straight line, at rapid speeds.
Ichiren Inazuma (Chain Lightning)

An advanced version of ‘Shooting Thunder,' the Chain of Lightning allows the user to pass strong currents of lightning from victim to victim, up to three, within a thirty meter radius. The user outstretches their hands, so that the energy focusing within is displaced rapidly towards their target. Once they are hit, the victims are paralyzed and helpless, and the bolt then proceeds to jump and hit anyone else within range. Excellent when outnumbered, though one must use it with care, for it takes a great toll on the user’s chakra pool.
Karasuhebi no Jutsu (Shocking Snake Technique)

Through their talents in the Raiton release, the user is allowed to use their chakra to manifest a snake that will do their bidding. This snake is made comprised of pure lightning, and has advanced intellect of its own. It can communicate with the user mentally and follow orders well. This snake is useful for quick gashing and shocking attacks, and if one can manage to coil around the user, the equivalent of a strong shock courses through their body whole, constricting and shocking.
Note: Upon latching onto the victim, the snake can deliver shocks rendering the captured area numb for the entire time the snake is caught on. The duration this snake is "usable" is two post.

Chuusijin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user coats their legs and feet in chakra and begins stomping wildly. As they stomp, the earth around them begins to quake, disrupting balance of anyone nearby. This technique is ideal when faced with waves of opponents, or for taking down weakened edifices.
Note: The earthquake extends 5 meters in every direction of the user and will continue so long as they continue to hold chakra in their legs. Any person within range of the earthquake will suffer serious balance and orientation disruption.
Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Double Suicide Decapitation Technique)

Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a single handseal, the user conceals themself beneath the ground. Here they can lie in wait, capable of feeling the vibrations of those who walk above them. When the user chooses, they can emerge suddenly from the ground, grabbing the opponent and pulling them down into the pit where they once were buried. The opponent is buried up to their neck, robbing them of the ability to move.
Note: Concealment is near-instantaneous. User cannot move while underground, except to perform the second part of this technique. To remain underground without suffocating, the user will need to continually expend chakra.
Dochuu Eigyo (Underground Fish Projection)

Dochuu Eigyo is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user conceals themself beneath the earth, much like in Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu. However, now they are capable of moving through the earth like a fish moves through water, allowing them to stage surprise attacks or escape from a potentially deadly onslaught.
Note: To learn this technique the user must know Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu. Concealment is near-instantaneous. The user cannot perform seals beneath the ground and thus cannot use jutsu, but can wield weapons. To remain underground without suffocating, the user will need to continually expend chakra.
Iwa Bunshin no Jutsu (Rock Clone Technique)

Iwa Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates a perfect clone of themself made of stone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Iwa Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it cannot travel very far from the original body. If the Iwa Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural rock state.
Note: This clone has High x2 cap of chakra. These clones are limited to Earth-based jutsu and elementary chakra channeling. This includes simple abilities like water walking and tree climbing but not more advances channeling techniques such as Hien.
Ganban Kyuu (Rock Plate Coffin)

Doro Gaeshi (Mud Overturn)

Doro Gaeshi is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user strikes the ground with their hands, sending a pulse of chakra into it. A wall of earth will rise in front of them to serve as a defense, although it is not perfect.
Note: Doro Gaeshi can defend against techniques C rank and below; any attack above that will destroy it, breaking through. The wall is large enough to conceal the user.
Doryuuheki (Earth-Style Wall)

The user creates a solid wall of earth as a form of defence. Chakra is either converted to earth within the body and then spat out to form the wall or the user can manipulate pre-existing earth to form the wall. The earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water.
Note: This wall is fifteen meters tall, ten meters wide, and nearly five meters thick.

Domu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a single handseal, the user flows chakra through all parts of their body. Their skin becomes noticeably darker as earth is infused with it, granting them a higher defensive power. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique. Not many techniques can breech the areas hardened by Domu, excluding its undeniable weak point: Lightning Element ninjutsu.
Note: Domu cannot be penetrated by techniques that are of equal or lower rank, but will be penetrated by techniques that are of higher ranks. All physical attacks (punches, kicks) will have an increased damage potential because of the hardness of the user's skin.
