His initial look of confusion was a reminder that my blunt mannerisms tended to come off socially awkward, still he had so much energy; quite an enthusiastic fellow; to say the least. I could tell he comprehended after awhile but suddenly requested that I not move. Instinct kicked in and so I went still, though I kept all my senses on red alert. Two Akimichi had utilized their clans signature jutsu and enlarged in size. It seems that the man whom held my head was the head of a construction group or at least one of the main people in charge. In fact, that was confirmed when they called him Boss. "That settles that." my thoughts coinciding with the paused speech from the craftsman. He was about to give his name, in traditional fashion of last name first perhaps? It was hard to make assumptions, some of us prefered to go by our given name first. Instead he gave his earned name, a proud alias which any person of a trade profession or warrior would give.
It turned out his name was Shishitaros, so the U must have been the last name. Well I'd put aside that little mystery for now, the roof received the necessary reconstruction. As for me, my request was accepted though it wouldn't be cheap. I simply looked towards Konoha's Raging Lion. "Whatever the price, I'm willing to pay it." Though in my mind I added "for quality." Once everything was set, I'd take my leave from the pet store and head over to a house which needed some minor repairs. The door was busted and so I'd once more find myself restoring a door. I'd gather up some assistance and we'd cut out the door, making sure to measure it to the frame. This time I'd be the one to work on melding the molten metal to the hinges mould. Once the hinges were in place, we'd connect them with the door and admire our work.
I'd then head out onto the street once more and allow myself to gather the damage done to the streets. A duo and their dogs were digging up the road and filling it with new material in its place. My last bit of work would involve taking inventory and mapping out the areas which had been restored. We were in the north western quadrant, I'd make a mark on the chart with a black marker. I'd then begin to traverse the streets, walking in the wake of the repair job. I'd be marking lots of streets with this black marker. Going left, then right, then left again, on the chart it seemed like we were doing a lot of zigzagging. Then there was the fact I needed to mark off which buildings received repairs. My eyes consistently wandered around my surroundings, taking note of the completed jobs and the ones pending completition. It was safe to say we'd be finished with this quadrant soon and the route they followed would eventually lead us back to the Pet Shop where we were prior.
I'd need to make a copy of this chart so that the crew could continue their work while I checked in with village secretary. "Alright here's the updated chart, my portion of the mission is done." I'd say to the crew I had worked with earlier. They were already working on the adjacent building and I'd leave a copy with them. As I prepared to leave, I took one last look to Konoha's Raging Lion. I'd never seen such a confident young man, perhaps I was just paired in the wrong groups or more than likely, not quite aware of the people whom went to the Academy with me. Regardless I'd need some tools to enhance my arsenal, thus I'd desire some custom made tools. The missions I had been running would help me, along with the missions I'd done prior.
[End for Arashi]
