Body Appearance: Kaye's build can best be described as compact, and athletic. She is skinny and very light, an indication of many hours spent conditioning herself for the stresses of combat, and also as a result of being built to rely on speed and agility rather than strength and durability. Kaye is not very tall, in fact she's pretty short even by womens' standards, topping off at an approximate 5'8. Her short stature is possibly a reason for her equally short, temper.

Blemishes & Scars: Kaye has a thin white scar that runs completely around the base of her neck.

Description: No one knows the power of Fuuton more than a Fuuton specialist, and this technique was designed by those that met reality sooner than most. Varying by skill and rank, this technique allows the user to take hold of any offensive jutsu used upon them, as along as the attack’s nature allows for whatever is thrown to be controlled. With a great burst of chakra at either their hands or weapons, the user quickly returns the technique back at the opponent, in full effect.

Special: Produces a 180 degree cone of wind that disrupts all loose footing. Wind blasts can travel 10 meters, plus 10 more each time relearned.
Description: With the user’s weapon in hand or their limb extended, they will channel chakra across it so that when the weapon or limb is swung, a strong wind current comes forth. This current, although not heavy enough to do any threatening damage, can in fact knock opponents over, as well as severe loose sediment across the ground, bring up dust and whatever else lies on the floor. Useful for creating vision inhibiting storms, knocking people off balance, covering one’s tracks, escaping, and many, many more!

Description: This jutsu was brought to fame by a legendary Suna shinobi from long ago, and was named after a mythical creature able to command the winds on a whim. After channeling wind chakra at either their weapon or limb, the user swings it around and brings forth a most intense tornado, coming out from the weapon/arm. Once it strikes the user, the tornado tips upward and takes the user up, keeping them imprisoned by the strong currents, and delivering multiple waves of cutting/slicing damage onto their bodies, as well as dropping them hard onto the ground afterward.

This mix can then be removed from the body. Depending on the deadliness of the poison, further treatment with an antidote or medicine may be required.

This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Description: Basic yet lethal, an immense amount of chakra is kneaded inside the body, and a moment later all of it it is gathered into the fist. That chakra is then released into the target, which does a great amount of damage. With the damage done dependent on the amount of chakra used, it is also possible for a skilled shinobi to amass it in their fingertip. When the ground is hit it is pulverized into minute pieces by the excess shock, which are then scattered like flower petals, giving rise to the name "Cherry Blossom Impact".

Special:Amount of strength gained and distance objects can be
thrown depends on ranking of Chakura no Iko (Chakra Strength Gathering)
attained. At D-Rank, the user is able to lift up to 500 pounds and toss
said object up to approximately 10 meters away in a vacuum. With each
additional rank in Chakura no Iko learned, the amount of weight the user
is able to lift doubles, and he can toss lighter objects farther (by
ten meters). What this means is that a user with S-Rank Chakura no Iko
can throw an 8000 pound object approximately ten meters at the most,
however he could also throw a 500 pound object approximately 50 meters.
This technique is not a passive buff. The user must utilize Chakura no
Iko first, and the strength increase lasts only just long enough for a
single turn per chakra "charge" from Chakura no Iko.
Description: Sengen-Sama was created by a powerful medical shinobi not long after the medic strength fighting style was created. Her proficiency with the technique was so masterful that it was said that she possessed the strength to move mountains, thus providing the origin for the technique’s name. By focusing chakra through one’s body, a user of this technique can briefly amp their physical strength to epic proportions. While simple heavy lifting has won few fights by itself, many an ally has been grateful for the presence of a near-by medic who possessed the strength to save them from being crushed by a falling object or buried under a mountain of rubble, and offensively there are few things more intimidating than the sight of a two-ton boulder being thrown your way.

History:
What they’ll tell you, by “they” I am of course referring to the system, is that I am a privileged child. I would be a liar if I were to disagree, I suppose. Comparing myself to the average bum on the street, yes, yes I am indeed of a “privileged” upbringing. You see, the Meteora clan, the family of which I am a member, has always been one of the more… “prestigious”, families in Amegakure. You see, way back when, when Amegakure was still a young nation, not long after it was founded in fact, my great-great Grandfather Azuya Meteora built a bank. That bank has been doing good business for almost a hundred years, and it;s been in my family’s position the whole time. In fact, banking is our trade. My Pa works In that bank to the this day, as does my Ma. I myself am quite learned in the ways of money managing.

So why, pray-tell, am I a Ninja?

Well, to be frank, I enjoy the action, and the glory, and action and glory lead to women, which I also have a liking for. But don’t get me wrong, the life of a Ninja was not my first choice; hell, I didn’t even consider the field until about seven years ago, when I was ten years old. Yeah, I’m a late starter. So what? I can run mental laps around all the brats that I had to put up with in that academy. While I was learning and absorbing knowledge some of those kids were still shitting on themselves. So yeah, I signed up for the Shinobi game late. Sue me. HahahaIn any case, I’m going off on a tangent. Were was I? Right, the first choice.

Well, my first choice was, obviously, to work in the bank, however I also showed godly talent at another trade, if you could call it that. It was discovered while I was still a very, very young woman, that I had talent with Medic, exceptional talent in fact. Prodigal even. Incomparable. Well, you get the idea. Point is, I was pretty damn good, still am. My Ma and me Pa really supported that, supported it a little too much some people say, especially with me Pa. The man used to hit me, berate me, humiliate me, if I didn’t play well. Back then I really hated my old man, I still do, but at least now I can understand and appreciate what he did for me. I’m the greatest Medic fighter in all of Amegakure. Some people’d disagree, but what the hell do they know eh? Most of ‘em are jealous, jealous little pricks with chips on their shoulders. I’m on a tangent again though aren’t I? Sorry, I tend to do that a lot.

So, I’m really good at being a Medic, I’m an ace at handling cash. My future seemed already laid out, huh? Well, no. Not really. Ya see, I was bored. There really wasn’t no challenge in doing what I did. As I grew up and I just felt this need, to do stupid shit that would put my life on the line, give me the kind of thrill I was craving. Being a Ninja supplied that feeling, and I love it. I loved it so much in fact that I paid as much attention to every lesson as possible, always eager to learn, always eager to be the best. That’s what I really want. I’m the greatest Medic-nin in Amegakure and I’m only 17-years old. I’m a damn good Banker, and now I want to be the greatest Ninja there is. I want bragging rights, really. That’s just the truth. That right to look at someone and say, “I’m better then you”. You know what I mean? ‘Course you do. Everyone wants to have that right, the difference between them and me is that I’ve got the brain and the real want to make it happen. I’ve already graduated from the Academy, and I’m well on my way to making it happen. Just you watch.

To the first question, it only applies to the user, since he/she is the one casting the technique. To the second, I put it as limited because the chakra drain is enormous and it will most likely eventually get destroyed or willingly ended. I can make that clearer in the effect, if you'd like.

And, for the the third question, the second jutsu was originally apart of the technique. Fina specifically requested that it be made its own technique, so my hands were kind of tied in that respect. -shrug-

Talked with Fina briefly in the c-box, and he's outlined some changes for me to make. Give me a few days to handle that.

Regarding the first and last technique, it's because I want medics to not suck? haha.

If I had to throw out some kind of IC reason, I could add in to the descriptions that due to to the heavy chakra usage they require the pristine chakra control of a medic, or something, if you'd like. It's kind of a difficult question to aanswer because all techniques that are medical should technically just be universal ninjutsu, since at the end of they day you don't need a release or a BL or a clan ritual to use them, just chakra. I created these for medics because I want medics to not be useless in a fight and have some active defensive options, not just reactive like healing, and also for them to be able to create some breathing room to heal people int he middle of a fight.

In regards to the third one, Earth Shaker, it's medical only because 1. It's a branch-off of the 2nd technique, and 2. It's a canon medical technique that I just kind of modified. Painful sky leg.

Name: Guardian Sphere

Special: By forming handseals, the user can create a chakra shield that has a radius of 3 meters and provides a limited protection from chakra related techniques. Guardian Sphere will protect the user from techniques that are of equal rank to the rank of Guardian Sphere learned, and below. Any technique that is higher than the maximum rank learned will shatter the shield, causing a chakra backlash that will stun the user with a searing headache for a full post. The shield does not protect against taijutsu regardless of the rank. Any taijutsu attack will pass through the shield without destroying it. The user as well as anyone else may freely use techniques inside the bubble, once initially cast the shield acts as a passive technique, however in addition to the initial chakra cost to perform the technique and the required upkeep chakra cost per turn, all ninjutsu used while the shield is still up costs twice as much chakra. The user cannot leave the shield, doing so causes it to dissipitate, but anyone else can freely enter or exit the shield at their own volition.

Description: A technique designed to protect others, the Guardian Sphere is a major crux of many medical ninja’s arsenal due to its life saving abilities. By forming the required handseals, the user of this jutsu will emit a light blue, semi-transparent sphere of chakra from their body, with themselves as the epicenter. This sphere will protect the user and anyone inside its radius from a certain amount of harm, for a limited time. Once the sphere is cast, the user can freely move around within it and even perform techniques, however, Guardian Sphere is one of the most taxing techniques within the medical profession. Due to its nature, it plays havoc on a shinobi’s chakra molding abilities, and in addition it is useless against all attacks that are not imbued with chakra.
