Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)(150)

Special: Flickering is near-instantaneous forward movement, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing as chakra pushes their legs to inhumane levels. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunshin.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Special: When first learned, the user can control up to 5 projectiles/secondary weapons and send them flying up to 10 meters. However, each time re-trained, their control number goes up by 5. For every 20 projectiles the user can control, consumption goes up one rank.
Description: Soushuuha is a ninjutsu technique used in order to give aerial projectiles a slight edge in combat. After the needed handseals, this technique allows the user to hover multiple projectiles, like kunai, in the air while they approach a target. With only a single handseal, they can then unleash a torrent of projectiles much faster than if each was thrown individually.

Fukumi Hari (Hidden Needles)(50)

Special: When first learned, the user can spit out up to 5 chakra senbon in a straight manner, shooting twice as fast as a kunai. Re-training this jutsu adds 1 additional needle each time. For every 10 needles the user can make, consumption goes up one rank.
Description: Though basic, Fukumi Hari is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by novice and expert shinobi alike due to its practicality. After briefly and quickly molding chakra to one's mouth, the user is able to call forth chakra needles in order to spit them out at their opponent with great accuracy, as well as with the element of surprise in their favor.

Description: Though powerful, Raiton can become uncontrollable even in the hands of the experienced, forcing its users to focus first on controlling their power in small areas, and then, over time, expanding. Description: Meant more as a reactionary technique than a main avenue of offense, this jutsu allows the user to essentially shoot out small lightning bolts from a free hand to anyone within a small range. This requires no seals to conjure, and can be shot out from one’s appendage during the most heated of combat. The damage is light and the bolts shoot off in a relatively straight line, at rapid speeds.

Description: With this technique, the Raiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of lightning, this clone retains the user movement speed and strength. While easily capable of being use for offensive means, the raiton bunshin also makes for an equally solid defense due to its ability to harness raiton-based techniques.

Description: The root behind Shoton's unbridled power comes from the ability to crystallize anything, as well as manipulate already-existing crystals and crystalline structures. Sekisuisho can crystallize any solid substance, so releases such as Earth, Water, and Wood techniques are virtually useless against it. Using crystal ninjutsu, the user can crystallize any physical material and even the moisture in the air around them, turning them into a weapon. The only apparent weakness of the crystallization process is that it cannot crystallize either raw energy or Chakra as they have no physical mass to crystallize, allowing a person with either energy-based jutsu, such as Lightning, Fire, or Wind, or even someone simply with good chakra control to properly counter it. Finally, all Shoton creations are also susceptible to a specific sound wave frequency; because crystal requires a very precise build-up of molecules, the proper sound waves can break down the build-up before the crystal can properly form.

Blades can be formed on one or both arms if needed.

Description: As its name implies, the Shuriken Wild Dance is a projectile raining of pure crystal, aimed and controlled wherever it is the user desires. After crystallizing a fixated amount of crystal shuriken, they float the user's side until deemed necessary for use. It is at this time that the shuriken are shot forward and blinding speeds, twice that of a kunai, streaking across thin air and towards their unfortunate target.

Description: Although basic, the Needle Restraint technique is nonetheless effective. After forming a few simple seals, the Shoton user summons a flurry of fast moving crystal pillars from underneath their target's feet. The aim is not to injure them, but to overwhelm their body in staffs of crystal that prevent movement and best of all, drain the user of chakra slowly in order to power and reinforce the prison.

Shuisho Katatwa (Crystal Wheel) (25)

Special: A single crystal arc wheel allows the user to move 10% above their maximum; that is, 110%. Each time relearned, a new wheel is added in a geometrically sound way, increases the user's speed even more. It is, however, hard to corner when going at such speeds, making this a very linear technique when in battle, ideal mostly for travel.
Description: Simple, quick, and effective, this Shouton technique, allows the user to transverse any rough terrain otherwise deemed uncrossable by the user. After a few simple seals, the user creates a disk-shaped wheel made of crystal around them, encasing their figure so that they are in the middle. This arc allows them to keep above substances such as water, lave, or other rough retain, and race towards the enemy at high speed.

Special: Mirrors can be created on any preexisting Shoton creation, or made new. While this jutsu is active, only one mirror can be made at a time, plus one more each time relearned.
Description: One of the most dangerous aspects of Shoton is that the very crystal creations made can serve as birthing points for new variations. In this case, the crystal user can now alter their creations so as to include a large, crystal mirror in the shape of a snowflake - whether the mirror is made on the spot or comes from another jutsu is irrelevant - in order to provide a pathway for its master. Crystal mirrors, once created, serve as portals for the Shoton user to travel to freely. As long as there is at least one mirror in place to enter, the user may alter space and time in order to hide; with more in place, the possibilities are endless. However, there is one flaw - if the creation of crystal that houses the mirror is destroyed all at once while the Shoton user is phased out, they remain trapped in the alternate space-time forever.

• Kilik sticks to a visage that he refers to commonly as sexy. A grey sweater with a hood and a pocket in the stomach that reaches across the stomach so both hands can fit with ease. He's screwed around enough so that the pockets are loose enough to fit another set of hands. The sweatshirt itself is baggy, able to slip off with ease, and runs down past his groin. Beneath it is a black t-shirt with thin white stripes. In contrast to the sweater, this undershirt is more of a snug fit.
  
  His pants run down to his ankles and drift to cover his Achilles tendon. The pants have a camouflage pattern and match his sweatshirt in looseness. Deep pockets are in front in back, and a few down the thighs, all having straps connected with Velcro which have been specially tailored to hold sharp ninja tools. Lastly, are his sneakers. They are a dark black sneakers, with red laces, that fit comfortably enough so that he can run efficiently without any pressure.

• Kilik has a lean body. Due to all the loose clothing, it isn't very clear, but it is also quite fit. Nothing bulges, though he is quite toned in all muscles. His skin is smooth, lacking hair for the most part other than his head, and is lightly tanned.
  
  His facial features are on the average despite a pointed chin and tiny curved nose. Eyes dark brown. His fiery hair is the real stand out . Never a fan of a comb or salons, it's always grown out rather randomly, running down to his neck, bangs reaching his eyebrows, and ears only slightly poking through their cover.

How He Acts: Kilik is quite the optimist, always convincing himself and others only the best can happen. His belief is anything can happen if you have the utmost confidence and effort in what you want. This often makes him sympathize and respect others who show this sort of valor. His one pessimistic point is his idea that he has constant bad luck. Although, this only causes him to gain more bad luck on top of that.

Acting with energy and benevolence is also something he tends to go with. Once again this relates to what he believes will get his goals done, and also make friends. Social is more like an ideal, as he'll give any person a chance when he talks to them, trying to be humorous and friendly. Though when it comes to people he doesn't get along with, he can quickly gain a temper, trying to speak in any way that will get him to appear the superior one.

He is a man of his word, always obliging to what he promised in a form of contract(though this doesn't mean he won't search for loopholes). This honesty follows over into his actions, also trying to be quite responsible in terms of everything he does with his day. A curious person though, impulsive and quickly takes any offers/opportunities presented to him. Regardless, he is rather narrow-minded, believing he is correct in basically anything.

He's one who can easily lose his cool, and normally resorts to trying isolate himself/escape from the current situation. Often he prefers some sort of animal watching, mainly birds, finding them serene and simple enough to calm him down.

A small bit of self-conscious seems to loom, as he always gets defensive when insulted about looks or personality. His main reaction is saying how it's 'awesome' or 'sexy.'

How He Works: Kilik treats his job as a shinobi not only with the utmost seriousness, but he also acts like it is a blessing. To be able to serve his country for the greater good he views it as. When assigned a mission, he does it without thought, like a real shinobi. His exceptions are missions or tasks that involve emotion, in which case he tends to act more relaxed, more as himself, normally because it's not a matter of importance to act like a killing machine.

How He Battles: Kilik battles strategically. While he is rather headstrong and will easily rush into battle, he prefers to do so with an essence of trickery or cleverness. This is mainly due to the fact that he treats his chakra, and even his weapons, as a precious/scarce resource. He wishes to use it as little as possible, or stick to techniques that due little to tire him out. In the perspective of weapons he'd like to use weapons that aren't a one use only, or any one shot attacks that he doesn't have to shell out a lot of money for.

Being a ninja, he is more then ready to kill someone, though he normally saves that as a last resort. He prefers to allow the person to escape, meet his demands, or take prisoner, before striking a finishing blow. Another thing he does to convince himself he's a good person, is allow 'final wishes.'

The Ideals: Kilik believes in spreading peace after the devastation of this war and realization of how imperfect the world is. He also believes only he knows the correct way of creating peace, so he longs to become a leader, over all the lands.

Still mystified by this creature and it's capabilities, he watched in amazement. It was rapidly looking around, as if frightened, or maybe curious? Something had caught his attention. Right away though the beast set focus on Yuki. Beady little eyes glaring at him sent a spike of fear through him. Looking at it eye for eye, he could understand why the Rokubi said not to be afraid. But instead of moving, or saying anything, it froze. Confused at first, then realizing it was preparing something internally. The bulge of it's stomach stood out with ease.

Considering the past experience as he watched the tree eviscerate with one simple attack from it's intense chakra, he quickly assumed no good was being created from that growing tumor. It could be anything. The intimidation of the bijuu, a towering height and displays of power overwhelming, finally sunk into his mind. Now, just the monstrosity looking it in the eye made him shudder. Mentally paralyzed, he instinctively began to pace backwards, a common reaction when the death feels unavoidable. "Wh-What are you doing?!" He desperately asked, as if expecting an answer.

Finally his movement stopped, back meeting the hard bark of a tree interrupting his path. He thought of moving away, though it was too late. The monster looked into the sky, as it's attack shot out. Eyes closed, only able to put his buckler in the way of the massive power shooting towards him. He awaited death, only to realize he was still alive. Eyes reopening, he saw the strange mass of power, just the wind it created feeling like a strong breeze. For some reason, it hadn't connected. Unaware of the fact that the tumor like creation would only reach out 10 meters, his reactive movement that pushed him back 3 meters saved him, though he did not realize this, treating it like mere luck.

Yuki looked to the Rokubi, though it would not return the gaze, head still in the sky. I have to keep my cool, it's not looking and I can respond now! He quickly thought. While he had an uncomfortable chill to the thought of fighting and attempting to kill another human, he did not share that feeling for animals, always hunting them as a child. This was just another animal he was hunting. Thrown off focus for only a second as he confirmed how to prepare himself, as a piercing scream was unleashed through the vicinity. It was distracting, but only for that second, and quickly weaved the required hand seals for his jutsu.

Using the jutsu that was of his family heritage, twenty crows would spontaneously appear in front of the rokubi's face, creating a nebulous presence as it's vision was blocked off. Another ten were created, remaining in a cluster to the side of the non-ninja. A mental connection to the birds were established, and using this he instructed five of the birds to begin pecking at the monster. A safety precaution he always uses to test if an animal's had any abnormalities of it, such as a poisonous skin. Three aimed for the skin on the face of the beast, while two went for an individual eye. Damaging the eyes would be useful.

As he gave this instruction he simultaneously formed more handseals for another jutsu. Upon finishing, the cluster of ten crows to his side would turn into an exact duplicate of the teen, an effective bunshin. Ready for battle now, he convinced himself, watched the scene, awaiting the Rokubi's response and gathering important details of the monster and the environment around it.

Everything was quite confusing, allowing the meager responses that the two made soak into his mind. He didn't perceive them as joy, nor grievance. Just neutrality. Like this was just a thing. For some person to randomly ambush you only to get brutally and thoughtlessly murdered. His father warned him of the kind of world he was stepping into, though this was not the kind of thing he had expected.

Each statement came at him in a different mannerism. The females, which felt more supportive, as if lifting the shock off of Yuki, had a very blunt feel to it. Despite the bitter truthfulness to it, he couldn't do anything more than to acknowledge it as truth. What has happened can't be changed. A corpse lay before his feet, and his murder cannot be changed.

Though the male's was more sickening a statement. His first idea was to question his idea of the word 'intent,' making it sound like such an innocent phrase. But it was rude, and regardless of the following actions, he wouldn't slip up on his basic morals. One idea was on his head, the thing that created all this controversy. He was sore thumb of the group, the only person involved, who didn't bear a forehead protector. The thing that signified their allegiance to a village, could that really create such a difference in views as major as homicide?

Against all his mental attempts to repress his questions, he wouldn't stay silent. He glanced in the direction of the male, and spoke clearly, "So... Is this how shinobi live?" Even with the question he felt massive slander, and quickly reiterated himself. "Is getting attacked and killing each other..." The next few words were somewhat painful to say. "A natural way?" He had said it, no taking it back. What he has said cannot be changed.
