Looks like his sharigan can't see me.. He peered out from his hiding spot to vaguely see the man possibly forming handseals and quickly Ramui stood trying to move away from his hiding spot as the glare of incoming fireball became clear to him. The ball of ember raced towards Ramui and the wounded Genin began attempting a sprint, but had to settle for a cripple limp jogg as he dove 3 meters out of the range of the blast radius. He felt the waves rush over his back and he had only imagined what would've happened if he had been a second too late.
He rose two meters away from the blast crater and began panting hard, but he found a small amount of joy as his body began to feel slightly better, but he was still in no position for a Tai battle so he would have to keep it ranged for now. He was now able to form handseals as he did so in a quick fashion once completed a 6 meter snake composed of pure lightning emerged on the ground circling around Ramui's feet.
The genin sent the snake on towards the gigantic Uchiha. The snake moved effortlessly across the smoldering crater and then gained momentum across the river as it neared the Uchiha. As it reached land it banked hard to the Uchiha's right left and now attempted to coil around it and electrocute the man. The snake's neck tensed as it began its motion as it prepared for a snapping attack if the man simply tried to leap over its coil attempt. Ramui had disappeared behind another tree that indistinct from the others, he began thinking forming more tactics.

Special: Since the snake is made of raiton essence, it can be cut by blades ‘B’ rank or higher. However, it takes only a ‘C’ ranked extra charge to regrow the lost appendage; the severed part quickly blows up to blind all in an area of 5 meters except the user themselves.
Description: Through their talents in the Raiton release, the user is allowed to use their chakra to manifest a snake that will do their bidding. This snake is made comprised of pure lightning, and has advanced intellect of its own. It can communicate with the user mentally and follow orders well. This snake is useful for quick gashing and shocking attacks, and if one can manage to coil around the user, the equivalent of a strong 'B' ranked worth shock courses through their body whole, constricting and shocking.
