Lets Do this! (Ramui vs Sand_God)

Seigen stood there within the arena with his full front facing his foe's. His arms were folded as his emotionless, solemn eyes surveyed everything his eyes could. His feet were planted shoulder width apart, manifesting perfect balance throughout his body despite the huge gourd that rested upon his back like a carcass. His brown robe whipped violently with the passing winds as he patiently waited for an opponent of any kind to present themselves.

He snapped his fingers calmly as he stared blanky at his foe, his hazel eyes analyzing the anatomy of his opponent. He was a tad bit shorter, but of the same build as Ramui so physical Ramui didn't see any clear advtanages except maybe his reach with his hook swords. The rules of combat always required you to know as much as possible about one's opponent, but unfortunately Ramui was virtually going into this battle blind.

Before engaging in Ninjutsu he would decide to test the boy's ability in Taijutsu as he slowly pulled his twin hook swords from their sheaths. He twirled them and adjusted his wrists, popping them getting a feel for his instruments of doom. Slowly he began to walk forward the maroon cloth of his Kumo head band dangling, similiar to his shaggy white hair. He carried no other weapons besides his hook hook swords and as he approached he awaited for the boy's next move.

Of course I do.

Then prepare for battle.

Seigen's foe stepped forth, and as he did he fell victim to his observatory skills, his hair, his apparel, weapons, skin tone, it all came to him, well all except what he was capable of. He moved, removing two hook swords from their sheathe; had he planned to approach Seigen with taijutsu, yes, it appeared so, however, Seigen would not stand for it. You see, Seigen has no skill in taijutsu whatsoever, well, other than a simple punch and a kick. He was trained in Ninjutsu and Ninjutsu will be his approach, nothing else. Seigen would take the offensive role between the two just as his opponent did. The heat of battle would finally spark, but, would it last long enough is the true question. Arms folded, he gave no sign of movement, and suddenly, torrents of sand burst forth from his gourd indiscriminately, whipping about with enough mass to allow it to expand outwardly in all directions before attempting to forgather on a single focal of his foe's emplacement.

So its that type of party..

Ramui quickly began sprinting towards his right throwing the sand off he hoped as it began gathering itself, prepping for the iminate attack on his person. He banked hard to his right and awaited for the sand to begin its downpour on him as he continued nearing the user of the sand. He slid 2 meters until was completely adjacent from where the user was standing and now stood facing him.

Within a moment's notice he used a body flicker to cover the distance between them hearing the impact of the sand against the ground where he had just stood almost made him look back, but he knew better. He continued rushing forward and with 2 meters to go he lunged towards the boy for simple strike across his chest.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Special: Flickering is forward-moving, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Is he stupid?

I cannot say...

I think he is.

Yes the man would have to be, to think he could dodge the sands might from all directions just by simply jumping to his right, which ironically, was a factor of the sands flowing ambit. He watched on with a keen gaze at the sand uprooted him from the earth and ensnared his entire frame slamming him into the earth like the tip of a whip. At Seigen's own whim he withdrew his mass of sand, having it slowly linger around him aimlessly. He watched his opponent with uncaring and uninterested eyes, waiting to see what he would do next, however, he would wait with caution. A clod of sand conglomerated beneath his feet, lifting him fifteen meters into the air, keeping him safe from any impending ground attacks whilst being granted with a vantage point.

Special: Range of sand island flotation depends on the user's 'Sand Dominion' rank. Up to one body can be suspended per clump of sand at once, plus once more each time retrained.
Description: With this ninjutsu, the user will bring together sand into cloud shaped clumps, the size of these ‘islands’ depending on the size of the user. These clumps are dense enough for the user or another ninja to rest on. During quick, dangerous attacks, this can allow the user to rise above any threat from below.
Domain: Saton. Must know Sand Dominion 'D'.

[Ramui Tojo]

Ramui quicly arose from his slamming and backed up from the location of his beatdown. He sheathed his swords knowing it would be awhile before he got in range for an up and close attack, but he would have to find a way to close the distance and make this a hand to hand battle or else the sand would be his doom. He looked up and wiped the blood from his mouth and began forming handseals.

He completed the seals and a clone of him appeared right beside him. Ramui inspected the clone and was satisifed with the protect and decided to move. Ramui grabbed onto the clone and they both began a sprint towards the floating enemy with momentum building up, the clone prepared to be propelled towards the enemy as they finally neared the perfect the angle.

With perfect coordination on both of their parts the sprint became a spin as Ramui rotated twice building up more energy and eventually helped the clone fly towards the sand wielder with malicious intent. Once within a range of 5 meters the clone would detonate and ensnare the sand weilder in a cocoon of lightning and electrcity and leave him vulnerable for a follow up attack.

Denkou Bunshin no Jutsu (Shocking Clone Technique)

Special: Clone speed matches that of the user, and can go anywhere the user can. Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Explosion range covers 5 meters.
Description: With this technique, the Raiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of lightning, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, many solid attacks pass through the clone, shocking instead whatever was used to strike them. Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes into a storm of lightning that aims to take over the nearest opponent available, taking over their body whole as it is shocked.
