Well a turn of events forced Sato rolling back, fresh blood spilling from his nose. Luckily eh was able to roll back to his feet, raising an arm to his nose to check the bleeding. His Toad summon was able to land and even though the clones dispersed to dodge the incoming Toad dive-bomb, what Sato hadn’t seen coming was some unknown attack form the real Clave.

Thank god he’d summoned the Toad when he did otherwise he’d probably be dead right now. The Toad was able to take the watery hit and send some on of the water of it’s body onto the nearby clones. Hopefully that’d slow them down some at least. But Sato knew he was beat here. He was already tired and as his toad exploded in a cloud of smoke and the clones reassembled to continue forward to him Sato did the only thing he could.

He lowered his head, keeping his eyes up to watch the incoming clones and raised two fingers in a salute of surrender.
’My Lord.. I surrender. I can take no more please…. “

His breathing was labored but he knew he didn’t want to remain in this fight any longer. He was still weak and this only reminded him of his youth in the world of the shinobi. He wished this would be enough and his lord would release him form this beating.

In the briefest of pauses after his moderately long winded description of himself, the eyebrow-less man did something utterly surprising. Causing yet another semi confused and shocked look to lengthen the otherwise solemn face of Sato. His flash of hand signs and then words caught him off guard.

”Earn your stay here…” was I not worthy or welcome? With the appearance of 5 clones, seemingly forming from water before his every eyes, and then charging forward at him with surprising speed, Sato didn’t see much option. In situations where only his ass was on the line and his opponent was clearly superior he’d much rather settle for diplomacy, but that was clearly no option here.

”Dammit, time to roll with the punches I suppose..”
He mumbled to himself as the clones came closer and closer, supposedly the real Pale Rider trailing at a brisk pace behind the others. Hoping he was respectable enough o see what he could do with the clones, that’s where Sato would focus.

But just incase, it never hurt to plan ahead a little. He too preformed hand signs as the clones approached. Given the time it took them to get to him he had just enough time to finish them and engage the clones, dodging he first hit to place his open palm on it’s chest, and then follow through, looking at another clone, within less then punching distance and opening his mouth to fire his tongue at great swiftness in an arc, moving his head as if to add to the swinging tongue. His aim was neck level of the clones nearest him. The impact would be enough to, combined with their momentum, do some damage to their throats should any of them be hit.

He was the most proficient in his Toad jutsu, and up close he’d have to rely on it. It’d actually prove to be his secret weapon, opening all new doors when it came to close range fighting for his attacks would be more unpredictable and fast, striking without forgiveness.

Description: After forming the necessary handseals, a large, over-sized toad takes a destructive dive that takes full advantage of the giant's body mass upon a chosen target before disappearing in a puff of smoke. Best of all, the summon can be performed in an instant right above the target, further adding the great gravitational force of a several hundred metre-high dive to the toad's own weight.

Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique) [50]

Special: Produces an intense stream of fire that can move as long, as far and as fast as one's 'Enkou Shinka' rank, halved. Because the flames are slightly more intense than other katon jutsu, each time this is retrained, the user can stack 'C' ranked burning damage. However, for every fourth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one. Stream can last up to a whole turn, but when using this jutsu, the user must be standing still.
Description: Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a fundamental katon ninjutsu technique which allows the user to freely control fire itself as it leaves their body. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. During this point, they then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Katon Bunshin no Jutsu (Fire Clone Technique) [100]

Special: Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Being elementally based, this clone can use any c-ranked or lower katon techniques the user knows. Can be relearned up to 4 times for a maximum of 5 clones created.
Description: With this technique, the Katon user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of a most intense fire, this clone retains the user movement speed and strength. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, the fire clone is capable of using a hefty amount of the original user's fire-based techniques either for defensive means or offensive.

暑い Atsui Haigara no Jutsu (Silent Flame Geyser Technique) [50]

Type: Offensive / Katon Ninjutsu

Chakra: Mid
Special: Heat spreads all around the user with them in the center; thus the radius of the heat depends on the user's highest 'Enkou Shinka' rank, halved. Ground cannot be moist or wet in general. Additionally, if the technique is in play and rain is brought upon the area the technique will cease. Although the user is not damaged by the heat, their heat can still set anything nearby ablaze if it's susceptible, which in turn CAN harm the user. Suiton jutsu 'B' ranked and above can automatically cancel the heat. Finally, this technique can produce a small, near invisible geyser of heat 1 meter in diameter randomly around the range of the heat, plus 1 more each time retrained. However, after every fourth retraining, chakra consumption goes up by one.
Description: Once the user performs and finishes a string of handseals, the ground the user stands upon will heat up. The heat is so extreme that anything within a specific radius will slowly melt. Due to this, any caught victim will find their movement's decrease considerably, their footwear stuck due to the fusion of heat and melted material. Even better, if the opponent isn’t wearing any footwear the technique will cause first degree burns upon the soles of their feet and grow into second degree burns if they remain atop the burning ground for too long!

The Toad demons expression became even more shocked at this turn of events, before narrowing. He wasn’t going to get away, not after everything he’d put this girl and Sato through! Looking back at her he held up his finger and spoke through gritted teeth before fighting through the pain in his abdomen to give chase, One more minute…”

Gahh this guy was quick too! He was jumping over things like he was a trained pull vaulter and with the pain in his rib area, Sato was barely keeping up. But then, catching sight of an approaching bar jutting from the ceiling, an idea formed. As Sato came to it, he jumped, grabbing and swinging up to the celling, planting his feet, he launched himself, using his Toad like jumping skills, at the man like a human missile!

Needless to say he hit him, tackling him down, but as they hit the ground and rolled, they both fell though a hole in the incomplete floor and into a river below! Sato had to fight the oddly powerful current to get to the top when he noticed the man had already griped a rafter on the 1st floor for support. Sato was able to work his way to the top of the water and get to the struggling man and haul his soaked ass up, back through he hole and tie him up with some rope he found. Geez this simple patrol duty had become more then it needed to be…

He was able to make it back to the girl, and untie her, but after receiving some praise for her saving a handful of higher ranking shinobi showed up, the storm having given way and the flash floods under control, they came to report a burned and drowned body found on the streets. Low and behold they find Sato and his little mess. “About Damn time...”

After the girls story and Sato’s were compared, and all the men accused were identified as being known criminals in a gang that was trying to start up in the new Taki, Sato was once again dubbed a hero for not only saving the girl, but sending a strong message to the gang that they have no place in Takigakure no Sato! Perfect… just what Sato wanted… more thumbs presented to him for his work… what a terribly strange gesture he thought as he let the medics see to him…

His prey had grown close, but they were starting to avoid obstacles better so he had to move fast, while he still had the advantage. Jumping with the enhanced strength in his legs form his Gamabushi heritage, Sato flung himself down and toward the one of the men. He turned to see in time to let out a strangled gasp as Sato’s feet collided in the man’s chest, the weight and momentum too much for him. A slight give and crack of a bone, possibly a rib or two was heard and his pained sound.
”Agghhh”

As the man fell back, Sato riding him down, both feet planted on his chest as he fell, he looked to the other man who was now charging at him with a pipe he must have found lying around. Sato couldn’t move quick enough and the man swung the pipe like a bat into the genin’s stomach and flung him off the falling man. Sato hit the dry wall, busting through it with his weight mostly. But it hurt all the same and he had a splitting pain in his stomach and side.

Before he could rise, The man was through the hole and about to bring the pipe down with a howl of battle charging his attack!
”AAAHHHHHHHH”

But Sato was thinking quicker now, the threat of more pain driving his instincts and his tongue shot out. IN this close distance it easily hit the mans and s and wrapped around the pipe, which form the mouth, was then tugged to the side by Sato, forcing it to fall form the man’s grip. The man’s shock was evident as he looked at the strange tongue around his hand and wrist, in awe and utter disgusting fascination of it not knowing what to really think… He never saw Sato slam his heel right up into his stomach and then grab his collar and side of his head and drive them into and the through a bit of the dry wall.

Four down, two to go.. but as Sato go to his feet, brushing off some rubble form the broken wall, he realized the pain in his stomach and chest wasn’t going away… he might have cracked or sprained a rib.. great! That was going to make this soo much easier.
“Dammit all…”

He got to his feet and adjusted himself, and then head on, making his way in a circle to get a visual on the final two men who stood between that girl and her home and safety, and his peace and quiet. They would go down, even an injured Sato could guarantee that!
