Chakra Reduction I, II, III, IV & V

The Chakra Reduction mastery allows the user excellent control over the chakra they use, how it's molded, and ultimately, how much is used, so much so that they can lower the chakra consumption of all mastery jutsu. When first learned, the user can cast jutsu of the Mastery class for one chakra consumption tier less than normal. Each time re-acquired, cost continues to drop by one less tier each time.

Shousen no Jutsu (Mystical Hand Technique) (325)

Special: Heals and counters damage equal to highest rank known. If healing is stronger than the damage taken, remaining 'Shousen' chakra will course through the target's body until more damage is suffered, essentially helping the medic prevent future injury. Cannot be used on a target with perfect health. Highest rank known also determines the amount of time a medic must spend over their target in order for the healing chakra to be passed on correctly.

Description: Shousen Jutsu is one of the most fundamental yet vital Medical Ninjutsu techniques utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands, creating a special chakra designed to speed up the body's natural healing process exponentially. The chakra is represented by a faint glow around each of the user's hands, a perfect circle formed around the appendage, with the glow itself letting off a faint, blue hue. The higher the Medic's skill, the stronger the healing process will be. As such, master medics can use their techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible.

Description: By anticipating damage, the user is capable of filling an area with healing chakra before taking a hit; in other words, they can begin the healing process for a wound before actually receiving it. When the wound finally does occur, the advanced healing process rapidly regenerates the flesh of the wounded area, healing it before the eyes of the user and the opponent; this results in an almost instant-healing of wounds. The larger and more complex the wound is, however, the more chakra is needed to heal it.

Description: Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the medic will focus chakra to their hands, creating a distinct, colored hue of chakra. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. Developed for surgery, it has since taken a unique aspect in battle.

• Apparel: Fang often wears a ‘commando’ sort of outfit complete with boots, cargo jeans, and a long thick coat. His coat is solid black leather with the Iwagakure symbol in the center and drapes over his wide shoulders before falling down to the back of his knees, though the sleeves are full length down his arms, they are torn at about elbow length and the same is true for the tattered bottom of the wide jacket.
  
  Further down his arms he wears black gloves to assist his grip that have had half the fingers cut off to better improve sensitivity and reactions. Under his coat he wears a deep red shirt with a torn collar similar to the way his coat is torn up, he also tucks his red shirt into his deep black cargo pants that are secured to his hips by a simple leather belt. His black pants end at his grey and black commando boots where the pant legs are tucked into the boots before being laced tightly to ensure maneuverability.
  
  
• Body Appearance: Fang is a large man standing at six foot, five inches and weighing two-hundred and twenty pounds of pure muscle. This combined build has given him a brutish attitude, his muscle is firm but not bursting like a bodybuilders. His blonde neck-length hair is very feathery and light and while he usually lays back his bangs, the rest of his hair has a natural forward curve down towards his chin. Though slight he usually has a 5 o’ clock shadow of blond stubble. His pupils are elongated into slits while his iris’ are a deep striking aquatic blue that light up to sapphire when he’s excited and under his eyes and blonde hair he bares the signature Inuzuka fangs upon his cheeks.
  
  
• Blemishes & Scars: The only scar Fang has is one across his chest, a massive burn in a single stroke across his chest from a Youton strike, partially visible from his tattered shirt.

COGNITION[/u]

• Personality: Basic Fang has the typical Inuzuka attitude, he's the alpha and he believes that he can take on and take down anyone that he fights. Though known to get in random brawls Fang fights mainly to protect the people he cares for. Among those ideals are the right to one’s own opinion and right to stand up to others. Though these are common traits among the proud Inuzuka they've been hammered firmly into Fang he himself still drives towards his own goals.
  
  :Depth Though it may not be apparent at first Fang is a very gentle person though he doesn't show for the chance of other people thinking it would be a weakness. His compassion and softer side is most noticeable through animals or women that he has a soft spot for such as Rey. Aside from this gentleness he is also much calmer and quieter while with his family members in respect for them.
  
  Battle Fang tends to rush into things when he doesn’t think over the situation, easily getting into mistaken fights. This habit from his Inuzuka blood has made him an extremely fast brawler, and very effective area fighter. If enraged or backed into a corner, Fang will rely primarily on taijutsu and high power/area ninjutsu, his main goal while in this mind set is simply to destroy his target with the strongest possible blow or tearing them to shreds with Rey his wolf partner.

Personality: :Shy: Due to Rey's past of being held-up and only having human contact in training, he has grown very skittish and reserved when it comes to meeting people. Rey had only become close to his Inuzuka trainer and was very quiet when he interacted with him and was still very reluctant to hurt the people he was made to train against.

:Playful: Despite Rey's shyness he is incredibly playful just like his little wolf self should be at this young age. Rey's habit of playfulness lead to his training of the Inuzuka fang attacks while his trainer used protective jutsu and Rey could follow after him and brush against him without actually hurting his training partners.

Description: :Unique: Rey was taken into the training program mainly because of his unique markings and fur color. While half of his coat was the same snow white as his parents the other parts had strange whitish-green markings and patterns along his fur very similar to tribal wolves of various legends and folklore from before the five great nations. Among these markings the most prominent is perhaps the swirling diamond like shape on his forehead.

:Survivor: During the raid on the training facility Rey's trainer used the wind blade technique to cut the chain that kept Rey secured in his kennel and told him to run away from the building. The chain and cuff that still hangs form his front left ankle is carbon-reinforced steel that can't be broken by most normal means. Although the cuff is snug against Rey's fur and skin it doesn't hurt or hinder him seemingly because of chakra runes etched onto the cuff which makes it grow with Rey's body and prevent it from cutting him and causing him discomfort.
