Description: Katon, the birth of the flame itself. With but a mere thought, masters of the flame learn to birth their fire over large expanses. Intense training opens the door for other techniques, but they all rely on one simple core - the user's ability to birth a flame from a distance.

Description: As its name implies, the Mist Waltz is just that – a vicious mist expelled by the user through their mouth at high speeds, which, when in contact with any form of flame, will create a napalm like explosion, enhancing the fire and even creating disastrous fires which quickly spread and burn. The user must be careful however, as any Fuuton jutsu of equal or greater rank could easily blow back the mist and turn the effects on the user.

Housenka no Jutsu (Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique) ⁽⁵⁰⁾

Special: Distance of fireballs depends on the highest rank known of 'Enkou Shinka'. Up to one fireball can be made, plus one more each time retrained. However, after every fourth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one. Fireballs travel in a straight line, but can be manipulated individually if the user is still, is holding the last seal of the jutsu, and has eye contact with the fireball they wish to control.
Description: Basic yet very effective within the Katon arsenal of jutsu, this technique allows the ninja to emit a series of small fire balls after a simple set of handseals are made. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, because they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai, and only select doujutsu and bloodline abilities allow the user to see through the deception.

Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique) ⁽⁵⁰⁾

Special: Produces an intense stream of fire that can move as far as one's 'Enkou Shinka' rank, halved. Because the flames are slightly more intense than other Katon jutsu, each time this is retrained, the user can stack 'C' ranked burning damage. However, for every fourth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one. Stream can last up to a whole turn, but when using this jutsu, the user must be standing still.
Description: Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a fundamental Katon ninjutsu technique which allows the user to freely control fire itself as it leaves their body. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. During this point, they then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Special: Distance that the fireball can travel before automatically igniting depends on the user's highest 'Enkou Shinka' rank. Additionally, fireball size and explosion area will always be equal to 20% of the user's 'Enkou Shinka' size. Finally, each time retrained, an additional 'C' ranked amount of damage is added on as a bonus to the explosion. However, after every 4th training, chakra consumption will go up by one.
Description: Although basic, the fireball technique is nonetheless efficient and deadly. After forming the necessary handseals, the shinobi will expel a jet stream of fire from their mouth, which quickly forms into a large fireball. The user can fire this ball off in any direction they wish, resulting in a small explosion upon impact.

Atsui Haigara no Jutsu (Silent Flame Geyser Technique) ⁽⁵⁰⁾

Special: Heat spreads all around the user with them in the center; thus the radius of the heat depends on the user's highest 'Enkou Shinka' rank, halved. Ground cannot be moist or wet in general. Additionally, if the technique is in play and rain is brought upon the area the technique will cease. Although the user is not damaged by the heat, their heat can still set anything nearby ablaze if it's susceptible, which in turn CAN harm the user. Suiton jutsu 'B' ranked and above can automatically cancel the heat. Finally, this technique can produce a small, near invisible geyser of heat 1 meter in diameter randomly around the range of the heat, plus 1 more each time retrained. However, after every fourth retraining, chakra consumption goes up by one.
Description: Once the user performs and finishes a string of handseals, the ground the user stands upon will heat up. The heat is so extreme that anything within a specific radius will slowly melt. Due to this, any caught victim will find their movement's decrease considerably, their footwear stuck due to the fusion of heat and melted material. Even better, if the opponent isn’t wearing any footwear the technique will cause first degree burns upon the soles of their feet and grow into second degree burns if they remain atop the burning ground for too long!

Haisekishou (Burning Ash Accumulation) ⁽¹⁰⁰⁾

Special: Distance that ash can travel and size of the ash cloud depends on the user's highest 'Enkou Shinka' rank, halved. Ash is expelled through the mouth in the form of a stream. Cone measures 90 degrees at opening. Explosion resembles napalm. Each time retrained, extra 'B' ranked burning damage is stacked; however, after every third retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one. Can be trained a maximum of 4 times.
Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel an ash cloud from his mouth, tinted a dark stoic gray. This large cloud will quickly begin to envelope the area in which a foe stands and when the user clicks their teeth, the cloud will ignite in an violent, fiery napalm-like explosion.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) ⁽²⁵⁾

Special: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.

Chakra Kyuuin no Jutsu (Chakra Absorption Technique) ⁽⁵⁰⁾

Special: This ability can only be channeled through one's hand(s). The chakra absorbed by this technique, per post, is equivalent to x2 Mid. Furthermore, despite being channeled through the hand(s), the user is only capable of draining one person at a time.
Description: The root of all Akadou jutsu, Chakra Kyuuin no Jutsu is a special ninjutsu techinque used to quickly extract a victim's chakra for the purpose of using it for oneself . After activitating the technique, the user's hands will glow a neon-blue color, the sign of reverse-flow chakra. As they place their palm on their opponent's body, or any chakra surface for that matter, they can proceed to withdraw the physical and spiritual energy out of them. By reducing the opponents chakra, it greatly increases their overall advantage in battle.

Chakra Keihin no Jutsu (Chakra Gifting Technique) ⁽⁷⁵⁾

Chakra giving can take place within anyone or anything that can house, contain and use chakra. In order for gifting to succeed, contact with the victim must be established. The transfer, regardless of rank, takes one full turn.
Description: Once the Akadou learns to control the altering chakra flow of their victims, they understand the nature of reversing that flow so that it fulls their targets rather than empty them. After activating the technique, the user's hand will glow with a special chakra hue which, when their palm touches the target's body, can pass their own chakra onto whomever they wish.

Chakra Ichida no Jutsu (Chakra Paralysis Technique) ⁽⁷⁵⁾

Special: Can only be channeled through one's hand(s). Paralysis lasts as long as the user's hands are on the opponent. Highest rank known determines the amount of chakra required to break the paralysis; that is, afflicted victim must provide a chakra burst one rank higher than the one being used by the Akadou in order to break free (for example, the 'D' ranked version uses 'low' chakra on the user's part, so the victim must provide a burst of 'x2 low' or more in order to break free!).
Description: With this variation of 'Chakra Kyuuin', the Akadou finally learns to enhance the potency of their special chakra, to the point it renders their victim's useless midst leeching. Rather than just provide discomfort through absorption, the victim will now be forcefully paralyzed while being touched unless they can provide a chakra surge larger than the one overtaking them.

Chakra Shouhen no Jutsu (Chakra Poisoning Technique) ⁽⁷⁵⁾

Special: This ability can only be channeled through one's hand(s). The poison remains in system until it is defeated or until the victim is without chakra. The poison can be disrupted only by a Soldier Pill, a sudden disruption from an outside chakra source such as: a Bijuu, Hachimontonkou, the Cursed Seal, the Black Heaven and Hell seal, relics like Samehada. A d-rank, it will take the poison ten posts to deplete the victim's chakra; a c-rank it will take the poison eight posts; a b-rank it will take the poison six posts; at a-rank it will take the poison four posts; and at s-rank it will only take the poison two posts.
Description: Building on the principle of Chakra Kyuuin, the clan member learns to transfer their special chakra into the networks of their opponent's in order to infect them with a virus that causes an imbalance in their victim's chakra control. The virus will remain in the system for as long as the victim has chakra, or until they can produce a sudden, massive unexpected surge of chakra that is large enough to disrupt the poison.

✎ Yulo is the drifter type of person. His affiliations change on the regular depending on scenarios or people he is influenced by. One moment he could be on one side, the next another. He has no true allegiance other than that to the other members of his family. Of course he has faith in the leadership of the current Kage he serves under, however his mind could be persuaded to walk a different path quite easily. Just offer him two things: power and fortune.

✎ He is known to be quite a talker. He likes to get his point across to the people around him, and isn't closed-minded as to what their opinions may be. Although this may be the case, Yulo is quite secretive and personal about various close to heart issues. He prefers not telling many people of his goals in life or the things that make him tremble. He believes that revealing too much of ones character can create an opening for people to gain the upper hand on you.

✎ He understands the fact that people, not just himself, can be persuaded easily with things such as money, fame and power. Through this, he is very careful as to who he makes friends with. Becoming too close with one person, and letting his guard down, could lead them to easily back-stab him when the tides change. This works both ways though with Yulo not being afraid to cut off the connection of any liabilities within his life.

✎ Yulo is very adventurous and likes to explore. He is the type of person that becomes very eager to do missions that involve leaving the village gates, exploring new lands and coming across new cultures.

✎ Overall, Yulo can be very outgoing. He hates being betrayed, although hypocritically doesn't mind doing it to other people. When it comes to becoming a strong shinobi, Yulo aspires to become renown throughout the shinobi world and have his name spoken in high regard amongst the various hidden villages.

✎ Yulo takes much pride when it comes to the types of clothes he wears on a day-to-day basis. His outfit regularly stays the same throughout the week, only opting to change certain areas if one accessory became dirtied, torn, etc. He likes to stick out from the regular folk of the Hidden Sand, thus has styled his clothes around this fact in order to become a unique member of the village.

✎ Covering his torso is a baggy singlet, made from a light cotton material. The singlet hangs low around his neck, providing quite a view of his neck area, collarbones and upper pectorals. It falls down onto the lower area of his hips, just above the upper half of his thighs. Covering the waist area, the singlet conceals any items or pouches on the waistband of Yulo. The singlet is maroon in colour.

✎ Sitting over the singlet, also on his torso, Yulo wears a light leather jacket. The jacket is black in colour and in contrast to the singlet beneath it, it fits firmly on his upper body. The jacket reaches down to the wrists on either arm of Yulo, as well as extending down to his waist. The jacket has a fur collar with deep grey fur sitting high up onto the back of his neck and around the sides. His jacket is practically always worn open, meaning that only the front of his neck can be visible due to not being concealed by the grey fur upon the collar.

✎ On his left shoulder is the metallic forehead protector with the symbol of the Hidden Sand upon it. He has it strapped firmly around the leather jacket, ensuring minimal movement of it especially when he is moving around. The cloth that the forehead protector is attached to is black, matching the colour of the jacket and blending in nicely.

✎ Covering his legs are long coffee coloured pants. These pants are made from chino cloth and are very comfortable. They fit firmly on his legs and extend 3/4 the way down his leg, stopping just above the shin area. From here, the rest of the leg is covered with white cloth wrapped around the lower shin, ankle and half of the foot for support of either ankle.

✎ His feet are covered with black standard shinobi sandals. They cover most aspects of his foot aside from the toes on both feet.

❀ THE REUNION

Cousins. That's who the Tenzo were. Yulo knew that he recognised the name somewhere, yet it was only until Masuyo revealed who they were that he had realised. Yulo wondered whether the Tenzo also aimed for the reformation of the Hidden Rain. What was the man doing out here? Were the Tenzo scattered across the ninja world like the Kekkai were? More questions filled his mind. Yet even more of them would remain unanswered, for now.

Yulo listened intently on the words of the man outside. He spoke of betrayal, however from a different stance to Masuyo. The idea that the Kekkai family were the true traitors was brought up. Whether Yulo could believe it or not was an entirely different story. Was this man simply talking out of his ass in an attempt to gain access inside, or was there simply a deeper story that Yulo had not yet discovered yet. Nonetheless, Masuyo seemed concerned.

Yulo then proceeded to turn his head to the bookworm that was now engaging into the conversation, juxtaposing his previous persona of remaining quiet and attempting to avoid chat. He was right. This was the Kekkai family manor. Yet, the Tenzo were technically also family. Yulo decided not to make any decisions on behalf of the pair of them. After all, Masuyo seemed to be a lot older and stronger than he was. He also didn't want to get on anybody's bad side.

"Do whatever you feel is right, Masuyo," Yulo mumbled quietly to the one that stood at the door. He himself wasn't too phased by the presence of the Tenzo at their door. Yulo wasn't in the Hidden Rain at the time of its destruction, and was already fighting under a new banner: the Sand. Nevertheless, the people with him were his family. If they felt uncomfortable with the presence of the Tenzo here, then it would rub off on him.

He also wanted time to bond with Masuyo, perhaps learn a few things about his past. He didn't know either of the two that were with him in the room. They called each other 'family', but they weren't that at the moment. They were simply strangers to one another. The only reason as to why they possibly had not gone for each others throats was because they did indeed bear the same last name. Yulo wondered what meeting Masuyo would have been like if his last name was something different.

Yulo tip-toed into the Kazekage Administration building. Casually, he dropped a slip containing the details of the mission he had just completed onto the appropriate desk. After receiving his rewards for completing the mission, he would disappear out the door and off into the village streets.

As he continued to walk, Yulo wondered how much water she actually needed. Well, how much water could an old woman drink? It would only need to last her a few days. He wondered whether she was the camel-type, consuming her water in small doses and conserving it for future use, or perhaps she was like a whale and just guzzled it down as if it were a second nature. Shit. Maybe he should have asked her before he left her home? It was too late to turn back and go back. He was already on route.

The water storage facility was quite an interesting place. Yulo never went there unless he really had to. It was more high-tech than the other buildings of his village. The village feel was more accustomed to the aged sandstone type of structures. This place was different. It was new and amazing. Yulo guessed that the villagers were sick of using the town well, and wanting some more consistency to their filtered water. Thus, the plant was built in order to fulfill their wants and needs.

Upon reaching the plant, Yulo moved through the doors toward a counter and was greeted by a young, attractive receptionist. "Is there anything I can help you with today?" She announced to Yulo upon his arrival with a pretty smile across her face. He wasn't sure if this was just a one-off for him, or if she did this to everyone that walked in. Nevertheless, Yulo blushed momentarily before announcing a statement of his own. "Uh... yeah. I'm here for important shinobi business. I'll need to take some water today for the... Kazekage."

Perfect. Now she'd completely fall for him after finding out he was a ninja sent on an important task on behalf of the Hidden Sand, and the Kazekage. He congratulated himself within his own thoughts. Damn he was a sweet-talker. He prepared himself for her response. Perhaps she'd invite him back after he was done on his mission? There could possibly be a one-on-one date if everything else went according to plan. As she began to speak, Yulo listened intently.

"Ah yes! The Kazekage's Assistant sent a message ahead of your arrival. You'll be delivering two drums of water to a Ms. Kato right? It's very sweet of you to do something nice for an old lady. I wish my boyfriend was more like you. He's so rough though," she finished off with a giggle. What? Boyfriend? Dammit. Why did he have to be the nice guy? Yulo wanted to be the rough bad-boy that the ladies loved. The bloody Kazekage Assistant ruined his chances with her. Annoyed, he nodded his head to her in acceptance of her words.

She buzzed open a set of doors in which a man wheeled in a set of two water drums. They were average in size. He could carry the both of them back to the old woman's house without much trouble. Yulo picked up one as the man lifted another, and proceeded to place it on top of the one Yulo was already holding. With his water drums ready to go, he took one last look at the receptionist behind the counter. She was busily playing with her hair, possibly already forgetting she had ever met Yulo. Sighing to himself, he simply walked back out the door of the building. Off he went, back to the house of dear Ms. Kato.

The orange-headed lad stammered in his response. Perhaps he found the pair of them awkward to talk to. It seemed as if the boy thought he was in some sort of trouble. Yulo watched as the boy's eyes exchanged glances between both him and Masuyo repeatedly. Perhaps he was just nervous meeting the pair of them? Today seemed as if it would be one big family reunion. Yulo was completely unaware that this place was actually inhabited by members of his own family. Maybe he was even more closely related to some of them even more than just sharing the last name. He did not know.

The awaited response finally came. It was another member of the family after all. Where were they all coming from? Had Yulo missed more of them inside? Yulo continued to watch the boy as his eyes moved from Masuyo back across to him, examining the Hidden Sand forehead protector he had placed on his left arm. He attempted to decipher any facial expression that the boy had from realising that Yulo was a ninja of the Sand, but failed doing so. He wondered if Masuyo had seen it yet, and whether or not he would feel discomforted by it.

With the destruction of their homeland, many shinobi of the Rain abandoned their home to join the cause of other hidden villages. However, Yulo was still was still aware of many Rain shinobi holding on to their allegiance to their past land even if they were living in other nations now.

An awkward silence dwindled over the trio after Shurin had introduced himself. Yulo looked across to Masuyo, and then back to Shurin. Yulo focused his eyes as he planned on asking Masuyo some questions concerning the family. However that idea was soon interrupted by a rather loud voice from outside the doors of the compound. It seemed Masuyo had locked the doors upon entry and no more visitors could get in. What was it now? More distant family members? This was going to be a family reunion after all.

Yulo decided to take it upon himself to investigate. He paced to the door casually and unlocked it with a twist of his hand on the key. Upon opening the door, Yulo noticed a single man standing out there finishing off his plea. It was difficult to tell how old the man was just by looking at him, but Yulo assumed that he was roughly the same age as himself. "Can I help you? Mr..." his voice trailed off as he attempted to learn the man's name. Perhaps he was a friend of Masuyo's? Something was for sure though. He couldn't have been a member of the Kekkai family. His hair... it was jet black.
