Special: Requires at least C-rank Amakaze. Originally, the user may only glide for a total of five posts per thread. Each time this technique is relearned, however, that number raises by one.
Description: A technique created by the Kazekage, Etsuko Youka. The user combines a refined knowledge of the Fuuton release with the benefits of the Kyodai Sensu: namely, the ability to manipulate wind without the use of seals The fan is spread out to its fullest extent and gripped at each side. Focusing, they imbibe the weapon with their chakra. The user is then able to leap into the air, controlling the wind currents as they see fit, effectively giving them the ability to fly around for a short while. Other ninjutsu techniques may be combined with Tobitatsu to create a formidable foe. Unfortunately, if the user has not trained sufficiently with this technique they will find it hard to maintain. Once their time limit in the sky has expired they will plummet to the ground, making it a good idea to plan ahead.

Kaze no Bakuhatsu (Wind Explosive)

Special: Requires Kaze Bakudan and at least C-rank Amakaze. User must have Tobitatsu activated. The explosion can reach a maximum of 10 meters; it is more powerful closer to the detonation point and weaker the further out it goes.
Description: A technique created by the Kazekage, Etsuko Youka. The user simply focuses their chakra, envisioning it condensing until it forms a rocket- or bomb-like explosive. Like a plane dropping a missile, they would then release it upon their opponent. The explosive's path cannot be controlled. The bomb can fall 9.6 meters per second, and how long it takes to get to the ground depends on how high up the user is in the air. Upon contact with any solid surface it will detonate, releasing a torrent of wind with the same power as an exploding pouch.

Geki Tori (Fierce Bird)

Description: A technique created by the Kazekage, Etsuko Youka. While the user is in flight via their Kyodai Sensu, they lose the ability to use their hands, but a certain amount of creativity can be devastating. When a target is spotted, the user taps into their Fuuton-based chakra. It begins to form a noticeable green aura around both the user and the weapon, and quickly takes the shape of a bird. By charging at the opponent and releasing their chakra, the bird's shape will tear apart from the user, remaining the same size as the aura was. It rushes the opponent in a linear path, unable to change direction. Upon contact it will explode in a mass of condensed wind, causing great damage. Primarily used for air-borne or large targets.

Kaze Bakudan (Wind Bomb)

Special: The explosion is more powerful at the site of detonation and becomes weaker the farther the opponent is from it.
Description: The user holds up a hand after performing a short series of handseals. Their chakra is focused into this point, and a small, swirling green ball is created as wind is tightly compacted. The bomb is then thrown, and upon contacting a solid object will detonate. The explosion has roughly the same power as an Exploding Tag.

Dai Yakushin (Great Leap)

Special: Can only be used once per thread, but this number increases by one every time retrained.
Description: Fuuton has a variety of uses, primarily offensive in nature, but this technique is one of the exceptions. The user performs three handseals and focuses their chakra into their legs. When they jump, the wind itself will help them lengthen the height of their jump up to a maximum of ten meters. By using less chakra they can adjust this to a lower number, but it does require a good judge of distance and fair chakra control to perform correctly.

Kakucho Sokudo (Speed Enhancement) x5

Special: At the basic level, this technique allows the user to increase their speed for one post. Every time retrained that limit goes up by one.
Description: Two handseals are performed by the shinobi, who concentrates their chakra and releases it into the air around them. This allows them to run swiftly by decreasing air resistance, and even sprint across or run up vertical surfaces by generating a wind current behind themselves to propel them forward. Kakucho Sokudo doubles the user's speed, making them hard to follow with an untrained eye. They are, however, much slower than the average Shunshin. The advantage here is the ability to maneuver mid-run instead of having to continue in a linear path.

Kaze no Dangan (Wind Bullet)

Range: 20 meters
Special: There is a one second cool down between shots, meaning that the user can only fire three bullets per post. Able to be used with one-handed seals, so long as Tiger is held.
Description: The user performs a set of handseals, ending with Tiger, and holds it. Chakra is focused into the point at the tip of their fingers; a bullet-sized and shaped ball of green energy begins to form. By aiming at an opponent as if using a gun, they can fire this streamlined pellet. It travels the same speed as a normal bullet does thanks to a decrease in wind velocity around the bullet, and packs the same amount of power when it does hit. The drawback is that it shoots in a linear path and, like every other object, is pulled down by gravity as it travels. The farther away the target, the less likely it will be to connect.

Kushu (Air Strike)

Range: 0-5 meters
Special: The strike would be at its most powerful if the user were to hit the target directly; the further away they are, the less effective it becomes.
Description: To perform Kushu, the user runs through a series of seals and then focuses their chakra on a fist. This is generally the dominant hand for top power. A green aura takes shape, and is quickly replaced by a spherical casing of highly condensed wind. The user simply needs to throw a punch at a target and the wind will continue to travel, lengthening the range of the punch itself. Contact with this high density wind will cause cuts from a distance, but a close-range or contact punch has the ability to cause major internal damage in the afflicted area.
