[/b][/font] Only allowed on individuals of which already know Puppetry.Never before has such a strange, otherworldly technique been bestowed upon this world- Its qualities unlike other kinjutsu that may be based on techniques, for this is not a mere trick that allows you to do things by summoning great amounts of chakra, but it is something that is etched in to the skin, something so different and rare that it is usually looked down upon when requested, something that defiles the very flesh in such a way that cannot be undone once the process is over- For the world has no place for a puppet who bears the body of a man.
An item, an object formed from the corpses of the deceased is something that only the darkest of shinobi may seek to have. To manipulate the abilities they once had and process them in to human puppets for battle is something that although can be done, is such a controversial topic that long ago it wasn’t too rare that puppeteers who dared to learn such an art were lynched by members of their village and casted out from society as they lived afraid of what the person could do- Perhaps kill a family member and use them? These people didn’t fit in, and the communities lingered about, watching every move that they made. Over time as the people who were able to use this technique soon died out, the fear lessened, and life returned back to normal, but elders could still remember the days when children and adults alike bearing unique abilities would be snatched off the streets in pure daylight to be used for whatever sick and twisted experiments that these puppeteers had in mind.
With careful handiwork and after being taught the user can learn how to use the bodies of the deceased as powerful weapons- More convincing than your usual human-like puppet, these can allow the user to harness unimaginable power once they’ve gotten their hands on a suitable body- But at a price. This process takes long and requires a large chakra source- Only the most skilled of puppeteers and the most patient can go through with this, as each nip, cut and edit to the original bodies is crucial and can be the difference between a fully functional human puppet and a complete failure. However- the real cost? Morality. Dabbling with the bodies of the dead is something that not many can do. To slice the very tissue on the corpses is something not for the weak of stomach and to acknowledge that you are cutting up and turning someone’s mother, father, brother or sister up for your own selfish gain is a burden that not many people can take, however those who do usually tend to be the ones who profit from such a disturbing technique as this.
But why would one go ahead to do such a thing? Puppets may be all well and good, but they lack the lifelike qualities that only the bodies of the dead can provide. Surely with no life in them this isn’t all that good in that sense, but with excellent training the user of the technique can learn how to access the abilities that they had in a past life, utilizing them so that they could be used in battle. Even the when the most feared of kekkei genkai users drop dead, their power can still be used in the afterlife by the channellers of sin that are these puppeteers who choose so judiciously to dabble between life and death- For these puppets aren’t alive and they all bear skin drained of blood and any warm expressions- They are cold, mindless killing machines born but to do the will of the person who created them. They aren't people any more.
