Appearance:

Tall and lanky are the two words that would best be associated with Issouyia's appearance. Standing slightly above average height, she usually towers over other women her age, and sometimes, men as well. Whilst being tall is often seen as being an attractive trait for women, it's left her looking more like an awkward teenage boy than one of the long-legged bombshells that you sometimes see on magazine covers. Her arms are slightly disproportionate, being a little too long for her body, though apart from that, she could only but be described as average, if not a little bit too skinny.

Whilst not exactly being skeletal beneath the thick clothing that she wears, she isn't exactly the picture of health either. With pale skin, black eyes and long, straight black hair to match, this combination along with her gangly, boyish frame leaves her looking washed-out and anemic. However - one would be careful not to mistake this for weakness, as despite the fact that her spindly limbs have little muscle to boast, she does in fact have some source of hidden strength within her that she can call upon if the time comes for it.

Apparel:

Not being one to be scantily clad, Issouyia instead ops to wear more traditional, layered clothing than those of other women her age. Rendering her slightly androgynous in the way that she dresses (along with her long body), her clothing also adds insult to injury by being somewhat oversized. With a mid-weight black kimono top wrapped her torso, she fastens this with a white obi with thin burgundy rope spun around this, which brings attention to her thin waist. Along this also are sheathed her weaponry, along with any accessory-carrying packs. She also wears a pair of billowy black trousers which match the fabric of her top, which taper at the ankle, hareem-style so that she doesn't end up tripping over herself. It's very rare that she chooses to wear only this combination, and so for the most part above this wears an open white haori that brings her entire look together.

One of the most striking things about Issouyia would be her affinity to silence. She's one to feel more comfortable by herself without the company of others, and could go for days without having a single conversation. However, society demands that she speaks in order to get ahead in this life, and so only does it when it's completely necessary. Befittingly, she is a pessimist at heart, and always manages to look at life from a bleak perspective, no matter the occasion. Despite this, one would find that her self-confidence is resolute, and whilst she's always been one to doubt those around her, the times where she questions her own judgement are few and far between.

A keen reader, from childhood she's always found sanctuary from this 'Pesky' world in a good book. Due to this, over the years it's helped her mature in to a well-read and intelligent woman. But, however intelligent she may be, she has been shown on more than one occasion to lack empathy towards people during troubled tiemes and so whilst she excels academically, she's not exactly a people person. Dead behind the eyes would be something to best describe her, though, it's not because of some mary-sue event in her past which has triggered her to be this awkward, forboding figure. She has, quite honestly, always been the same even during her adolescence. Some people in this world favor the company of their own shadows, and Issouyia has clearly always been one of them.

Kaze Dangan is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. The user performs a set of handseals, ending with Tiger, and holds it. A construct of condensed wind, bullet-shaped and -sized, forms at the tip of the fingers. By aiming at the opponent as if using a gun, they can fire this streamlined pellet at high speeds.

Note: The bullet travels in a linear path after being fired. Proper aiming is required, so opponents farther away are less likely to be hit. This technique was created by Addy.

Fuusajin is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. After performing a set of handseals the user channels their chakra into their limb or weapon. When it is swung, it produces a current of wind that picks up dirt and dust, covering the surrounding area. The initial blast is capable of knocking over opponents that are hit with it, and the debris may serve to inhibit proper vision until it settles.

Kamaitachi is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user swings either their arm or a weapon, producing a blast of wind imbued with their chakra. Once an opponent is caught by this wind a tornado will raise them into the air, keeping them imprisoned with its fast gusts. It then begins to cut them with slicing currents.

Note: Only one opponent can be trapped at a time. An equal amount of force can be used to break out from the tornado.

Shinkuu Taigyoku is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. After performing the necessary handseals, the user inhales deeply and then expels a concussive bullet from their mouth. Upon making contact with a solid object, it will explode.

Note: The bullet is 1 meter in diameter. Its explosion is 8 meters in diameter. The user must know Shinkuu Gyoku in order to use this jutsu.

Kaiten Shuriken is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. After performing the required handseals, the user coats their bladed weapon in wind chakra. Once launched at an opponent the weapon will begin spinning rapidly, making it appear like a disk. So long as the user continues to maintain the coating of chakra they are capable of manipulating the direction in which the disk flies.

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must combine it with a distraction.

Note: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.

Note: This ability allows the user detonate his or her explosive notes instantly, opposed to their normal "timed" explosion. Without this technique, the user cannot automatically detonate their tags.

Note: This barrier’s maximum range is 50 meters in all directions. Hand seal must be held to maintain effect. Jutsu will end immediately upon breaking the hand seal.
