Appearance:

•     Natsumi is a lithe girl, and somewhat tall for a woman, with bone-white skin that is seemingly flawless. Her hair is blonde and styled in a jagged cut that falls to the nape of her neck, with two long strands of hair that frame her face and are sometimes braided beneath her chin to rest against her chest. Her eyes are yellow, slanted, and slit like a snake's, brevealing her Kage Hebi heritage. Her eyebrows are thin, sculpted, and more often than not set in a flat line. Her canines are unnaturally sharp, like fangs, her lips thin, her mouth almost petulant, except when spread in a wicked grin. She has a dainty, upturned nose and a small chin. Her hands are slender, her fingers impossibly long, spidery even, and stylized tattoos of snakes wind down her arms, their wedge-like heads curving just beneath her shoulders, mouths open to bite. Every inch of her flesh - save her face and arms - is covered in nearly invisible latticework scars that appear silver, or close to it, beneath certain slants of light. Her ninjato is always close, her kris kept sheathed at the small of her back. Kunai are wrapped tight against her thigh; her pouch is strapped to the opposite leg for equally easy access. Spiraling silver bracers adorn her wrists.

•     Sleeveless black jumpsuit with a hood; on either side of the hood are symbols that loosely resemble eyes of some sort. She sometimes wheres a finely carded woolen cloak for when it's cold or when traveling, and boots or sandals for when going barefoot isn't an option.

Personality:

•     Sociopathic and goofy. Violent and weird. Prideful. Manipulative. And just, when necessary, in as much as a conniving, black hearted murderess can be just. Natusmi, christened Mamushi for the pit viper native to the deep forests of Hi no Kuni, is not one for crowds or celebrations, unless its a funeral. She holds her emotions close, keeps them guarded, masking them behind an all too real guise of maliciousness and malcontent. Cruel and vicious, she's more likely to laugh at you than help you. She knows her place, however, and is aware of the value of teamwork for such a weak ninja as herself. Ironically, she despises weakness, and equates value to usefulness, be it to herself or the village. Being the pragmatic sort, she uses rules and regulations to her advantage, but is just as likely to shirk them as she is to follow them. Getting on her bad said is a surefire way to find a snake tightening about your throat in the middle of the night. Naturally solitary, much like a snake, there is still space enough in her black heart for a few special souls, should they look beyond her vile nature; there is good in her, but it is crippled, shackled, and buried deep in a barbed, booby-trapped field of fire and death and misery.

Upon activation, the note is set and begins a slow countdown burn, which eventually results in a large explosion, or can be activated instantly if Fuubaku Houjin is used. The range is 0 to 5 meters.

No more than a few inches in diameter, the radio can accept multiple frequencies, making it simple to use even in the most dire of situations. With a durable carapace, it is designed to withstand water damage and even the pressure of extreme altitudes.

   Special: When worn, the plugs negate Ototon (Sound) based chakra one rank lower than the rank of the plugs. However, in order to receive full protection, one must accept the fact they will be fully deaf while wearing them. Finally, though it takes a simple action to take them on or off, it takes a second delay before the chakra can seal the plugs across the ear in order to block out sound. Each pair of plugs take up one (1) accessory slot.
   Description: Though appearing insignificant at first, these specially modified ear plugs allow the user to block out more than just regular sound. Though it cannot fully stop chakra induced sounds, it does an excellent job of keeping most of them out!

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Kawarimi no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the user will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object - generally a block of wood, but sometimes even another person - the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosvie tags can be attached to the placement for an added surprise!
Note: Switch is near-instantaneous. This technique can only be used once per three turn. While one can switch with a variety of things it needs to be within reason, switching with a chair, log, fallen tree is acceptable, but switching with a dust particle is obviously not.

Henge no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user takes on the form of another object, whether it be an animal, plant, or inanimate object. This transformation is exactly like the genuine article, so it is impossible to tell the two apart without special methods.
Note: The user must transform themselves into an object of similar proportions and mass is conserved. This means that one cannot Henge into a Bijuu, summon, or other gigantic object. It should also be noted that while you can transform into a rock, you will not have it's hardness and while you can turn into a bird you will not necessarily understand how to fly.

Bunshin no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates an intangible copy of themselves. This clone has no substance, so it is not able to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy. It is mainly used in combination with other Ninjutsu. These clones can be easily distinguished by opponents with Doujutsu, but even opponents with normals eyes can tell tell it apart from the original if they are observant, as the clone does not have a shadow and will not disrupt the area around them with their movement. As soon as this clone comes in contact with an opponent or gets attacked, it will disperse.
Note: The clone's movement speed is equal to the user's. Bunshin cannot mold Chakra to perform jutsu, nor can they physically harm an opponent.

Suimen Hokou no Waza is an Academy Ninjutsu technique, and is a variant of Kinobori no Waza. By emitting a constant stream of Chakra from the bottom of their feet and using this repelling force, the user is able to walk across the water's surface. This technique is vastly more difficult than its counterpart because the amount of Chakra that needs to be focused changes constantly, but it helps to build Chakra control in the user. After much practice, it is even possible to 'skate' across the water's surface instead of just walking or running.
Note: The user must know Kinobori no Waza in order to use this technique.

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must combine it with a distraction.
Note: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.

After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

A simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fūma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken. Then, they have to deal with the path of the lower, unnoticed shuriken. However, if the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency.

With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.
Note: By combining this technique with a Chidori enhancement, the user may cause the wire to break the Shuriken apart into multiple sharp slabs that can be directed by the user.


Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)

A powerful jutsu intended to call forth aid when in dire need. Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon a a variety of entities and items meant to assist them. From people to animals to inanimate objects, these creations come forth out of thin air near-instantly after the seals are done and into the battlefield. Keep in mind each summoning in question requires a previous contract to be filled out. Finally, signing this contract also allows said summoning to be able to reverse summon the human ninja to their own location.
Note: All summons have their own Chakra cost, which the user will need to meet in order to bring them forth. In terms of inanimate objects, the user can summon up to ten secondary weapons for a Miniscule amount of Chakra (per summoning); on the other hand they may summon up to five primary weapons for a Low amount of Chakra (per summoning). Techniques sealed using the proper scroll only require a minuscule amount of chakra to bring forth.


Soushuuha (Manipulate Advancing Blades)

Soushuuha is a Ninjutsu technique used in order to give aerial projectiles a slight edge in combat. They can then unleash a torrent of projectiles much faster than if each was thrown individually.

MASTERY

Tier 1 - Predator: Due to their unique bodies, the Kage-Hebi have an innate ability to soften the damage from blunt-force trauma by quickly making the impacted area more malleable than natural. And while they aren't able to eliminate the force entirely, they're able to substantially hinder the damage caused by the attack in question (this does not work on slicing or piercing abilities).

Tier 2 - Silent Predator: One of the most lethal aspects of a snake is the fact that you never hear them coming; you never know they're there until it's too late. Calling upon their more "primal" instincts, the Kage-Hebi can enter a state of "absolute" stealth. With this, they can silently move closer to a target (up to 3 meters) without being noticed. Due to the strain this puts on the body, it can only be used once every three turns.

Nan Kaizou is one the most essential Kage-Hebi Nintaijutsu technique, as it allows a ninja to make their body extremely malleable, much like a snake. It was originally developed for spying activities, but perfected in the hands of the Kage-Hebi and their natural snake-infused blood. When used the clan member can stretch and twist their body at any angle, allowing them to surprise their opponents, spy on situations normally out of reach, and react much like a snake would. The only drawback is that while malleable, their bodies are highly susceptible to damage in this form as their bone structure is no longer ‘normal’.
Note: The maximum distance the user may stretch their body is twenty meters.

  This technique is an add-on to the Nan-Kaizou technique all Kage-Hebi are known to possess. When a Kage-Hebi extends their limb, they are able to transform said extended limb into a large anaconda-like snake. This grants the users extended limb extra durability due to being a large snake while at the same time enhancing the extended limbs strength.
  Note: Only one limb may be transformed at a time. This technique was created by Yuri.

Snakes are one of the most venomous creatures of the animal kingdom, an important attribute for survival and dominance. In the case of the Kage-Hebi, this trait has not been overlooked. With intense training, the clan member can learn to produce a uniquely strong poison which can be added to their clan jutsu in order to leave their victims helpless.
Note: Victims struck by this specific venom will find their blood no longer clots and will thus bleed out in a total of ten posts, unless the wound is healed by a medic.

An advanced version of Senei Jashu, the Kagehebi now controls a massive amount of snakes at once in order to subdue their opponent. The user extends their hand in the direction of their target. A torrent of snakes erupt from their sleeves and fly forward quickly. Once extended the snakes can wrap around and bite into the target to hold and bind them.
Note: By default, the user can summon twelve snakes from their sleeve. The user must first know the Senei Jashu technique. Likewise, these snakes can infect a target with the Kage-Hebi’s Tier 2 poisons.

Senei Jashu is a signature Kagehebi Nintaijutsu technique which allows the clan member to manifest a bundle of quick-striking snakes that extend from the user’s sleeves. The Kage-Hebi extends their arm and shoots out snakes to attack a target, having them move at impressive speeds and strike with their fangs. Though basic, this variation has been known to subdue even the strongest of foes with a single snake bite.
Note: By default, the user can summon up to six snakes from their sleeve. Likewise, these snakes can infect a target with the Kage-Hebi’s Tier 2 poisons.

Using their snake charming abilities, the Kagehebi can extend large snakes from their sleeves by way of the Senei Jashu, enveloping the target in a flurry of snakes which will coil around the them and bind on impact instantly. The further addition of the user's murderous intent can weaken their target's resolve, and only a giant burst of chakra such as the Gates may break free of the snake's hold, which constricts onto the victim's skin as if the reptiles were comprised of pure iron; digging into the skin and biting, a most horrendous way to expire.
Note: Only one snake may be conjured per sleeve (a maximum of two).

Snakes are wonderful sensors, able to locate things within their surroundings through changes in temperature, as well as the intermingling of odors within the micro-cells in its mouth, and finally, vibrations created across the air as received by their tongues. As such, the user’s birthed with the snake blood have learned to hone this ability, able to spot disturbances in their surroundings at all times.
Note: This ability can actively track targets up to thirty meters away. However, sensing becomes severely inhibited when the user is within ten meters of considerable amounts of either Hyouton (Ice), Futton (Boil), Katon (Fire) or Youton (Lava).

Pit vipers, pythons, and some species of Boa possess the ability to “see” the radiated heat from a warm-blooded animal through special sensors located between the nostril and eyes. Like many Kage-Hebi techniques, this ability is based off of these snakes. With this, they can see heat via activating an infrared sight. This helps in tracking targets in the dark, or when they are hidden by physical objects.
Note: This heat-vision essentially replaces the user’s standard vision. This means that the Kage-Hebi will be incapable of seeing things which lack heat.

At will, the user is able to regurgitate the weapon from their mouth or summon a snake from their mouth with the weapon inside said snake. Best of all, this technique also allows the user to retrieve their weapon from any distance by transforming it into a snake and letting it slither back to its owner.
Note: Only one primary weapon may be designated to be affected by this technique at any given time. Damage to the user's body does not damage the weapon.

Doro Gaeshi is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user strikes the ground with their hands, sending a pulse of chakra into it. A wall of earth will rise in front of them to serve as a defense, although it is not perfect.
Note: Doro Gaeshi can defend against techniques C rank and below; any attack above that will destroy it, breaking through. The wall is large enough to conceal the user.

Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a single handseal, the user conceals themselves beneath the ground. Here they can lie in wait, capable of feeling the vibrations of those who walk above them. When the user chooses, they can emerge suddenly from the ground, grabbing the opponent and pulling them down into the pit where they once were buried. The opponent is buried up to their neck, robbing them of the ability to move.
Note: Concealment is near-instantaneous. User cannot move while underground, except to perform the second part of this technique. To remain underground without suffocating, the user will need to continually expend chakra.

Dochuu Eigyo is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user conceals themselves beneath the earth, much like in Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu. However, now they are capable of moving through the earth like a fish moves through water, allowing them to stage surprise attacks or escape from a potentially deadly onslaught.
Note: To learn this technique the user must know Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu. Concealment is near-instantaneous. The user cannot perform seals beneath the ground and thus cannot use jutsu, but can wield weapons. To remain underground without suffocating, the user will need to continually expend chakra.

Iwa Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates a perfect clone of themselves made of stone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Iwa Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it cannot travel very far from the original body. If the Iwa Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural rock state.
Note: Clones must be created within 5 meters of the user and cannot travel father than 50 meters from its creator. This clone has High cap of chakra. These clones are limited to Earth-based jutsu and elementary chakra channeling. This includes simple abilities like water walking and tree climbing but not more advances channeling techniques such as Hien.
