Special: Allows the storage of elemental chakra equal to highest rank known. Unsealing elemental jutsu costs one rank less than what the jutsu is worth.
Description: This jutsu allows the user to seal any release chakra, basic or advanced, into a scroll. The user first places the seal on a scroll and then performs the required hand seals. This causes a countering elemental creation to appear from the scroll, enveloping the release chakra one wishes to acquire and sealing it on the scroll. in the end, the result is the scroll possessing the kanji for seal (·â).
Domain: Universal Juuinjutsu. Must know 'Storage Sealing Technique'.

Special: Oil automatically raises offensive Katon and Raiton jutsu by a single rank. Highly combustible, it rains down upon the general area of the target, making it easy to create large fires.
Description: One of the many advantages of Suiton is its ability to assist other elements in their power. In this case, the user summons forth flammable oil so that they can use this in conjunction with other jutsu. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the user’s body and will rise into the sky. In the next turn, black clouds will form, releasing an intense, heavy flammable rain of oil onto one’s targets.

Hyper Sealing I, II, III, IV, V - Sealing Jutsu
With enough time and practice, the ninja learns to master the art of Hyper Sealing - that is, creating and shaping handseals for jutsu at much less the the time it takes normal shinobi. Because this Mastery level is multi-leveled, each one attained makes a jutsu hand count one rank less than it would be - i.e. 2 masteries of this in one Release, say Fire, means an 'A' ranked Fire jutsu has a 'C' ranked handseal casting time
