• Apparel: Generally, when in public, Deacan runs around in a track suit with a light orange scarf that hangs around his neck. The suit is black with a white stripe down the center and is zipped from the front.
  
  
• Body Appearance: Deacan has a relatively thin body and his muscles are underdeveloped compared to some ninjas, though not grossly so. Even though he spends a good portion of time wandering around the village, he is still rather pale compared to non-kirigakure ninjas, as the mist surrounding it makes sunlight much weaker and usually the sick things he finds are inside a building or under shade, meaning that, even though he spends time outside, he spends a lot of time in the shade as well. His body is average in height for someone his age and he tends to walk upright entirely, showing off his entire height.
  His face is typical of his clan. He has a very sharp face, shaped almost triangular. His eyes set neatly inside his face and under his left eye is a small tattoo. His most distinguishing trait is his long hair. It goes clear down to his waist and is white and black, being mostly black in the back with stripes of white throughout it. If the hair were laid out flat, the black would take the shape of a crow and the white would be the slits between the wings and surrounding it, as if the crow were soaring through the clouds.
  Another key feature of Deacan are his eyes. The ring surrounding the black center is a blue circle, almost as looking through the ocean into a deep abyss that will swallow you whole. His eyes tend to get slightly jumbled when he gets excited, as if an ocean is starting to stir. He tends to get excited when something new or interesting occurs, or even when he is doing something he has done hundreds of times if it is healing. His blood type is O+.
  
• Blemishes & Scars: Scars up and down his arms and chest, from when he was practicing some medical jutsu without a test subject. The scars aren’t overly deep and have healed over wonderfully. Most of the wounds were self-healed, so the healing wasn’t perfect, leaving problems with the healing which lead to the scarring.
  

COGNITION[/u]

• Personality: Deacan is a unique child. He has always had a fascination with the human body and has looked for every opportunity to heal things, be it people or animals, to satisfy his curiosity. The more he heals, the more he learns, and the more he learns that there are endless things to learn. He isn’t really evil or “mad,” but merely curious and the best time to study someone is when they need you the most. He has become very interested in clans and bloodline limits, finding them fascinating due to their unique attributes. To most people, Deacan is a very kind and gentle individual, healing every small problem that he comes across and, usually, not asking for a fee unless he needs money to live on, though he doesn’t require much. To him, studying people or “healing” them is a primary concern above the mission, the village, and even his own team. Ironically, however, the fact that he would stop a mission in the middle or heal anyone regardless of affiliation, has led many to feel he is a saintly individual.
  
  As he enjoys studying life so much, he abhors the idea of killing solely for the sake of killing or for the sake of orders. If the orders are to kill a target, Deacan finds the orders against his own “moral code,” and will pummel the person to near death regardless of age, affiliation, etc…, but would not deal the killing blow and would, in fact, heal them and drag them to whoever sent him on the mission and tell that person to kill the target, while in a public place. If the requester is not resolved enough to end the life themselves, Deacan believes the life should be spared. He does not, however, mind torture and interrogation and in fact supports them, so long as death is not the final outcome. He also enjoys watching the various physical and mental methods of torture, so long as he is allowed to heal the wounds.

Finally, a string exists from each of the curved ends, allowing for the archer to load and pull their arrow back, creating brief tension which results in the power that thrusts the projectile forward. Special: Crows can exist as far as the eye can see, or until the user leaves the thread, and take no additional chakra for upkeep. Up to 10 are summoned initially, with 10 more each time this jutsu is re-learned for a maximum of 100 crows. Crows move almost as fast as kunai, and maintain a mental chakra connection to the user for the sake of communication.

Description: The base behind the Akegarasu is their control and use of crows in battle, displayed well with this technique. After forming a few simple seals, the crow king will call upon a murder of crows to fly around and envelop the target, causing confusion with their dark forms and quick movement. From here, either a comrade or the user can move within the flock wearing dark clothes and wielding a dark weapon almost undetected. With the target distracted by the crows, the ninja can strike more efficiently. Finally, the mass of crows can obscure any retreating ninja, as the crows are massive in numbers and composed of the user's chakra. When no longer needed, the murder of crows will simply puff away in smoke.

Description: Intended for surveillance in any form of situation, the crow king will perform a single handseal - bird - and call upon the mental connection of any available crows. Once the user's eyes are closed, they will be granted a clear, concise moving image of whatever it is that select crow is watching. Although not ideal for direct, confrontational conflict, a hidden enemy can use this to aid an attacking mate, or even if the user requires some form of tracking.

Special: Crows are trained to detect fresh corpses relative to the user's mission, and can do so quite quickly. Crows can operate as far as the eye can see.

Description: Lore has tended to look down upon crows as bringers of death, omens of bad luck and messengers of ill intent. In reality, they are but scavengers of the dead- who in turn can be utilized as reliable trackers in the ninja world. With this technique, the user's summoned crows will henceforth gain the ability to track down and lead their master to dead bodies within range. Whether these bodies are underground, hidden in brush, or burned to ashes, the crows in question will use all of their senses- including their sixth- to locate the deceased corpse. They've been known to perch ominously on branches, gravestones, or any other stationary object near the carcass before cawing out to their master- part of the reason it is called, "Graveyard's Omen".

Satsujin no Nami (Murder's Wave)

Special: Crows can operate as far as the eye can see, following the same restrictions as the 'Sanzengarasu no Jutsu'. Requires at least 10 crows summoned with the 'Sanzengarasu no Jutsu'. Number of crows used determines the number of targets capable of being carried off and the number of secondary weapons that can be swept away. By using the 'Kurafutikarasu' technique, secondary items that have been swept away can be held by the crows in question and used against the opponent following the restrictions of said technique. Crows sweep target's away at 5 meters a second, until said target escapes their grip or until the user is comfortable with the distance and-or result.

Description: Often used as a counter by Akegarasu, this effective technique utilizes the user's crows to fend off projectile-weaponry and even drag away targets who may be too close for the user's comfort. Through means of their mental connection with the master, the murder will flock towards and repel whatever it has been designated to counter. Using their beaks and talons, they will amass in unison to carry off projectile-weapons thrown or pull a person backwards. Though it has been used many times in the past as a means of fending off someone or using their projectiles against them, there have quite a few cases in which the Murder's Wave truly lived up to its name- by throwing people off a cliff, for example, or driving them into a wave of fire.

Kurou Shuriken no Jutsu (Crow Shuriken Technique)

Description: A basic yet effective Akegarasu technique, the user can utilize one or more of their own crows and transform them into deadly shuriken mid-flight. Solidified and sharpened to the point of surpassing even their original counterparts, these shuriken are powered by the user's burst of chakra, resulting in a deadly bombardment of black-starred projectiles, depending on the number of crows used.

The chakra is represented by a faint glow around each of the user's hands, a perfect circle formed around the appendage, with the glow itself letting off a faint, blue hue. The higher the Medic's skill, the stronger the healing process will be. As such, master medics can use their techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible.

The longer the user maintains contact with the patient, the more potent the anesthesia will be, and the larger the area of effect will be. It takes three turns of constant contact to cause complete numbness, and the user can spread the numbing effect at a rate of a six inches by six inches per turn.

Special: Uses chakra to cause the target's heart to beat, regardless of the living condition of the body. Can be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: A tricky Medical Ninjutsu that has, nonetheless, saved many lives, Sosei no Jutsu works by channeling chakra directly to the heart of the patient, causing it to beat. This chakra disregards numbing effects, since the chakra causes the heart to beat against its' own will. Aside from that, when a person dies, their brain stays active from one to ten minutes before perishing. If the heart can be restarted, then the patient can be saved. With a two-person medical team, one Ninja may perform this technique while the other focuses upon treating the symptoms of death. If worked correctly, a patient who would otherwise be dead may be saved and, potentially, be brought back to life. If the brain has already ceased activity, then this technique will not work.

Description: Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu is a skill used by medical ninja to remove harmful poisons from a patient's body. Description: With this enhancement to Kagura Shingan, the sensor is now able to detect the difference in chakra signatures, discerning illusionary threats that have been cast upon them. While this does not automatically break an illusion, it allows the sensor the knowledge of revealing hidden traps so that they can quickly escape the situation.

Reiko:[/u] A seemingly normal girl, she is a medical nin much like myself. She has the blood of the Inuzaka running through her veins, so I expect her to be a bit brash sometimes. Other than that, she is a fine medic with good understanding of what she can do and of the fundamentals, even if she is a bit naieve and unlearned in the ways of the world. I have met her once so far, but my impressions were mixed. As of now, I have no idea how she will unfold in my eyes, but to be sure, she will.

Ekitai:[/u] This man is... interesting to say the least. Part of the infamous Hozuki clan, I have just heard his name around the village. We were on a mission together, but the ending is a bit hazy to me. He seems to be one of the people around that has a bit of an air of superority, for now.
