Water Release: Hiding In Water Technique

Special: Can only be spotted by chakra sensing abilities of equal rank. By default, this can be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. No other jutsu may be used while invisible, and chakra costs still apply per turn. Though new jutsu may be prepped while hiding.
Description: A Suiton Ninjutsu user's version of the Earth Release: Hiding in Rock Technique, leaves it initially the same. Taking to using their element on a whole new level, the user will merge with their water, even small puddles. Blending in perfectly it allows the user to set up traps, ambushes, and the like without the risk of detection of all, but Sensor shinobi, who even have a hard time telling the difference between the water and the user as the water shares the same chakra as the user in most cases [if the water is made from one of the user's own jutsu].
Domain: Suiton. Must have at least 2000exp in Suiton.
Water Lord's Raging Attack; Sanbi's Trident

Special: Each time retrained, trident gains an "A-rank" amount of damage out put and able to withstand another "A-rank" amount of damage. Is also capable of putting a target in a "A-Rank+" binding depending on retrains, though one is not able to bind and strike their foe with the trident at the same time. If bound, target must release a higher amount of chakra, such as a burst of chakra via the Celestial Gates or of a Jinchuuriki. If used without a water source cost goes up by one tier.
Description: A fabled technique said to have been created by the Three Tailed Demon Turtle's first host. By manipulating a mass of water the user is able to forge a trident composed of chakra and water, the chakra keeping the trident encased in a "shell" to hold the water together. And while it's piercing qualities are no more than your average trident, it being composed of water and chakra it can do many different things. Such as contort and bind an enemy should the user wish so.

Special: First rank allows the user to stay submerged with enough oxygen to supply underwater voyage for one post. Each time retrained air bubble allows the user to stay breath underwater for another turn. Does not require a water source.
Description: A Suiton technique created for the lack of ability to breathe underwater in which the user forms hand seals to expel a large bubble, smaller bubbles around it at times, in which covers the lower portion of their face own to their chest. In doing this the user has a stored amount of air to allow free roaming of the waters around the world. Though they'd be careful to avoid the bubble being popped.

Special: Initially the user can create 5 bubbles, but with each retraining they can create 5 more up to a max of 30 bubbles. Each time retrained bubbles can spread over an area by 5 extra meters up to a max of 30 meters. Bubbles can be popped by a C-rank weapon or jutsu, as well as a higher burst of chakra [i.e; gates, jinchuuriki].
Description: A Suiton technique that was created shortly after the "Water Release; Air Bubble" technique. After forming the required hand seals the user will expel several bubbles larger than a basket ball which will encompass a certain amount of area as they float about. Yet, the trick is once they come in contact with anything living they aim to wrap themselves around their head and once that is done they forcefully begin to flood water into the user's mouth and then into their lungs aiming to drown them.

After forming the required hand seals the user will create a large bubble and expel it from their gullet to which will instantly grow larger and surround the user by three meters all around.

Cannot perform any other chakra related jutsu while in the bubble save for ones that would take place outside of the bubble. Though the bubble allows for an off version of flying they may only be held for up to only one turn; however, one more turn of flight is gained each time retrained. Also the user can create 1 extra bubble per retraining. Also to fly properly and not just follow a wind current, user must pay additional chakra. Does not require a water source.

Description: Perhaps the most feared Suiton technique known to the Shinobi World, knowledge of this means the user has succeeded in becoming a water master. After doing a long string of handseals, the user brings forth a insanely large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water usually appears all-around the user though it came be birthed any way they prefer, and amongst other things, it can then be directed at the user’s target with insane speeds, allowing the user with his hands to send forth thousands of gallons of water into their targets at the speed of tsunami, if not more. This particular jutsu is said to have been crafted by a Kage whose name was long lost to the history books. His prowess with Suiton allowed him to summon forth the element from the thin air, and his most prized creation was this grotesque sudden surge of water.
