SEXY AND I THINK IT!.... I should work out…
::: A boy of small stare, slightly bothered by the mention of it, and light build, Muu makes up for it in boat loads with his exceptional skill, proficiency, and psychotic behavior. He ahs the personality of all your friends doubled… possibly literally. His fair complexion and lazy green eyes are a dead ringer and if not, why not his spikey green hair, closely resembling everyones best friend broccoli!!

Next up his body, while appearing very skinny, is well built but wiry in muscle instead of bulky. His ears are a bit pointed, on his fathers side, filthy animals, and his finger nails grow redicoulsly fast and he as a habit of chewing on them and making them into rather sharp and pointy nails often painted black.

OUTFIT UNO
::: For starts, a more relaxed set of clothing usually entails the basics. A pair of slightly baggy black or gray pants for lounging about in. One must have their lazy attire ready and on hand at all times, so says the professional slackers manual. These pants will generally have pockets and a second cargo pocket for additional storage.

This outfit will also include either a light gray, black or white long sleeved shirt of a nice soft cloth material but also one that won’t rip too easily. Can’t go replacing the goods every other day now can we? This can also be substituted by a white or black under shirt that will fit, but albeit a bit loosely. Of course, as a shinobi he is normally prepared… sorta. He has on this outfit a single kunai holster around his right thigh and items in his pockets, his tanto, if he has it, will be handle pointed to the right, along his lower back. (hardly ever does he have his chain in this get up). His head band will be tied around, hanging form his belt as normal.

NORMAL ATTIRE
::: So as you may have guessed Muu is often looking like quite the fancy pantsy young man! Many would attribute his style to his partially psychotic and irrational behavior, but true artist geniuses can see the work of art that is his unique fashion sense.

His spikey hair do a common trait for this skinny fella, he wears a fitted, while not super tight, undershirt with long sleeves, and even finger holes cut out at the ends, as a base layer. A short sleeve purple and black striped button down is next, followed by a pale yellow vest and a darker colored, almost goldish mustard colored tie.

On our way down he has purple pants that end at the mid-calf and are decorated with golden dots and under this continues a green under layer. For shoes he has odd pointed boots with olden laces and a scull and cross bones buckle on each. A purple jacket with little golden scull buttons covers this all, it’s sleeves often if not nearly always rolled and buttoned up, it’s coat tail torn to shred from the much use and dangerous situations he’s been in and the high collar makes the entire appearance unforgettable.. The coats a survivor….

A black pouch is often hidden from view under the coat and a few small pockets in the inside of the coat allow storage, as do it’s front pockets. He also has a kunai holster around his right though, his tanto handle pointed to the right, and thin chain hanging, coiled up, at the back left off his belt. His head band is often hanging, tied around his belt off the right side.

Many unfortunate enough to come into prolonged contact with this sad, sad creature have some strange things to say about him. He has impulsive tendencies, can jump from one extreme to the next emotionally speaking and over react to some situations while not giving two flying flips about other, much more understandable situations. He just doesn’t make much sense. He’s generally described as a crazy mad man with violent outbursts and a bad habit of not caring about the outcome of his actions or anyone else’s.

But lets not jump to conclusions shall we… Now in honesty, Muu is, in a very broad sense, a bit mentally unstable. However he’s very intelligent, especially for his age, and his comprehension and understanding are superb… but he’s just not quite right in the ole noggin. Sometimes it’s as if he’s arguing with one or more people inside his head.. outloud as if they were as real as you or me. He can be perfectly calm, even bored and seemingly about to fall asleep and then all of a sudden be full of life and energy at the slightest hair pin turn of events.

That said he’s not ever organized, as one could tell form his train of thought alone when he speaks about what he’s thinking aloud, which he does often, and even how he views himself, by which I mean he often speaks of himself in the third person. He looks out for himself, and those he speaks to presumably, first and foremost, and if something an be made o seem to be in his best interest he will often take it as his own will. But he can be unreasonable in this regard.

He takes pleasure out of odd things as well. This only adds to his already incredibly strange characteristics. He likes cats and furry animals, regardless of how vicious or dangerous or even hostile they seem, all he cares about is “Lovin on da Fuzzies”. He enjoys sweet, like…. Really REALLY does… (keep them hidden and out of reach or he’ll go crayyyy cray.) He likes to ogle the ladies and often scolds himself as he does it, and even breaking things! He enjoys a good fight and smashing things is a favored pastime for him. It delights him even more to fix them again after he breaks them, and thus has embraced the medical skills and arts.

He feels odd when he heals or fixes things.. It’s like a new kind of inner joy a feel of “Good” he doesn’t know if he likes or hates, but he can’t seem to figure it out so he tends to heal and often gets quiet trying to figure out how he feels about it. He can be reasonable mind you, and even though any doctor would probably classify him as an incurable case of crazy he has a good, albeit not sound head on his shoulders can be an invaluable asset, if you can persuade him right and keep yourself safe… and put up with him.. -Muu has a tendency to always appear bored or at least un-amused and his eyes seem lazy and tired most of the time. But this he can break in a moments notice due to his terrible bi-polar like state he is almost constantly inclined towards. This makes him more deadly in a fight because how can an enemy predict you if you can’t even predict yourself?

Aside from his tired eyes, he has a habit of chasing small or large, just any fuzzy animal regardless of it’s ferocity. “It’s merely their way of challenging you to see how badly you want to love their fuzzy!” in the words of Muu Yanagi. He’ll often take off form an important discussion or event to simply chase a fuzzy critter around.

He can often fall “In Love” with any given women he sees for any amount of time. It’s really unpredictable when he’ll fall “In Love” or out of it. This is driven form his love of the female gender.

He has a moderately quick temper, and sometimes he has no temper and theres just no way to coax him into a fight. This is due to his bi-polar nature. Like the shifting winds one might say. But normally he likes to fight, epically break things and then maybe fix them with his medical Ninjutsu. He often ahs little to no control when he fights though, easily going over board and using full force when not always necessary. He’s a crazy, unpredictable, powerful little green man.

Special: Vials are designed to hold blood, and carry a one-time use needle which springs out of the bottom and lets it be filled; once the vial is filled, the flow automatically stops and the vial and the needle detach. Each vial can hold roughly 5% of a human body's entire current blood supply. Without this, blood belonging to a Player Character can only last the thread in which the victim died before it loses its effectiveness for transplanting purposes. Chakra Reduction I

The Chakra Reduction mastery allows the user excellent control over the chakra they use, how it's molded, and ultimately, how much is used, so much so that they can lower the chakra consumption of all mastery jutsu. When first learned, the user can cast jutsu of the Mastery class for one chakra consumption tier less than normal. Each time re-acquired, cost continues to drop by one less tier each time.

The chakra is represented by a faint glow around each of the user's hands, a perfect circle formed around the appendage, with the glow itself letting off a faint, blue hue. Description: Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the medic will focus chakra to their hands, creating a distinct, colored hue of chakra. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. Developed for surgery, it has since taken a unique aspect in battle.

Changing the chakra in their hand into an odd electric-like pulse, the medic successfully mimics and creates an electric field to disrupt their targets nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, the medic uses the field to disrupt their targets ability to move. What results is commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for them to move.

It takes three turns of constant contact to cause complete numbness, and the user can spread the numbing effect at a rate of a six inches by six inches per turn.

Suji Rirakkusu (Muscle Relaxer)

As they place their palm on their opponent's body, or any chakra surface for that matter, they can proceed to withdraw the physical and spiritual energy out of them. By reducing the opponents chakra, it greatly increases their overall advantage in battle.

While some may see it as "Superhuman Strength", the art of Souin is actually a set of techniques revolving around the application of medical ninjutsu that demands excellent concentration and chakra control in conjunction with their Taijutsu. By focusing their chakra into their hands and feet using precise chakra control and releasing it with pinpoint timing, the medic greatly enhances their strength, and makes themselves a valuable, dangerous weapon in battle.

Such a style was created by the first ever Medic-Nin, the concept of this technique to intimidate enemies and keep them at bay while they healed injured ninja. The training for this technique is quite arduous due to the precision needed from the chakra, as well as the lethality behind the strikes. Despite this, the outcome of this training is incredible, giving the user enough strength to easily make gigantic craters or kill opponents outright with a single strike.

Description: Basic yet lethal, an immense amount of chakra is kneaded inside the body, and a moment later all of it it is gathered into the fist. That chakra is then released into the target, which does a great amount of damage. With the damage done dependent on the amount of chakra used, it is also possible for a skilled shinobi to amass it in their fingertip. When the ground is hit it is pulverized into minute pieces by the excess shock, which are then scattered like flower petals, giving rise to the name "Cherry Blossom Impact".

This force extends ahead, like an upwards tidal wave, causing anyone standing on the area to be sent flying into the air. Can also be used defensively, if the earth is pulled up to block most attacks. Offensively, this technique is limited, as it cannot lift opponents into the air very forcefully--most of the chakra-imbued strength is utilized to rip the earth out, and not to hurdle enemies into the air. In general, it is used as a disruption more than anything; most shinobi will be able to land safely even after being flung by the earth.

Tremor range is equal to the crater's diameter, and it extends away from the edge of the crater out.

Description: Once in the air, only the most advanced Taijutsu users can manage to use their brute strength to actually jump against the air using friction, effectively jumping again before hitting the ground.

Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it simple combines high mobility with a distraction to give off the appearance of vanishing - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be somewhat visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.
