Everyone's A Little Bit Racist! [Family Proposal]

I want to make a family based off elitism among "evolved" individuals. Such an organization would have only members with access to KT, KG involving KTs and certain other KG.
(KGs involving animalistic or primal relations like the shark clan or spider clan etc would be considered grotesque and labeled as a lower form of life.
Things deemed as a clear evolution would be stuff like Uchiha, Hyuuga, Soushi etc.)
Member allegiance would be bound primarily to the house, second to none - including village ties. (Village ties are to be politely observed however (out of respect to the other family members) as the established house would strictly be a non-combat area among members.)
What this boils down to is a family first motif to prevent internal conflict.
As far as the organization's goals and what not, it would mostly be a laissez faire style approach. They don't serve to reach any real IC goal, its mostly a conglomeration of naturally gifted individuals w/ the same mind set who come together to benefit one another in a mutual harmony. (Think of it more so as a community than an organization.)
(I do plan on having some unique IC driven perks on my own end but I'm not going to specify.)
I don't need to mention that leaving the family/betraying them would result in severe consequences due to the collection of strong/blessed family members right?
As far as leadership goes, it would be run by a single individual primarily by name. They wouldn't actually have power to do anything aside stop fighting among family members (one of the few limitations on member free will would be with regards to keeping the peace and hunting traitors) , order execution of rogues or w/e. The leader would serve mostly as an accountant for family affairs (house maintenance, collection of monthly fees (yes, I will be charging X amount taken directly from your salary every time (and no it won't be a huge chunk)), upgrading of facilities etc.
Anyhow, just tossing this out there to get a feel for things. How many people would be interested/have a character that would be ok w/ joining IC/are applicable to join?
