Description: Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the medic will focus chakra to their hands, creating a distinct, colored hue of chakra. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. Developed for surgery, it has since taken a unique aspect in battle.

Description: Chakra Exhaustion is a dangerous thing for shinobi to have to face. Medical Ninja developed a way to fix that problem. By touching the center of the patient's chest with both hands, the user is capable of sending chakra directly into the patient's chakra circulatory system, allowing the system to process the chakra and receive it as if the chakra were the person's own. While the user maintains their touch on the patient's body, up to a High amount of chakra per turn may be sent to the patient.

Special: Allows the user to control their body through sheer chakra force, even if the body's nerves would normally be paralyzed or incapable of working. The technique may only be used on oneself or on other people. Keep in mind this can only be used on other people in a scenario where they already have no control over their body, and for it to work, the medic must touch the target first in order to transfer the control. Can only control one body at a time. Highest rank known establishes the length of time needed to maintain contact with target in order to transfer the control chakra, as well as the strength of their strikes (since jutsu can't actually be used on controlled bodies outside one's own).

Yuketsu no Jutsu (Blood Transfusion Technique)

Special: Massively reproduces red blood cells in a patient to deal with blood loss. Overuse of the technique can cause high blood pressure. If the technique is used for more than 3 turns, the patient's blood pressure begins to increase dramatically; more than 6 turns, the patient can suffer from burst blood vessels and internal bleeding.
Description: The user channels chakra through their hands and into the patient, a soft red light enveloping the user's hands. The chakra, once inside of the patient's body, begins to rapidly produce red blood cells, saturating and thickening the current blood to allow for quick repair of blood loss.

Special: Converts the heat of a patient's fever into chakra which produces white blood cells to assist in fighting the cause of the fever.
Description: With white hands glowing and full of medical chakra, the Medic touches the patient's forehead and begins to rapidly convert the heat of fever into chakra which enters the patient's body to mass produce white blood cells. This double-pronged assault is usually enough to overcome most common sicknesses.

Special: Causes the area effected by the technique to become gradually numb, decreasing pain from serious wounds. The numbing effect remains in place for one (1) second, plus one more each time retrained. However, after every fourth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one.
Description: With hands glowing white and full of medical chakra, the user touches the patient and numbs the targeted area. The longer the user maintains contact with the patient, the more potent the anesthesia will be, and the larger the area of effect will be. It takes three turns of constant contact to cause complete numbness, and the user can spread the numbing effect at a rate of a six inches by six inches per turn.

Kanpa no Jutsu (Cold Wave Technique)

Special: Lowers the patient's body temperature with Medical Chakra. Overuse can cause symptoms of hypothermia. The cold effect lasts for one (1) second, plus one more each time retrained. However, after every fourth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one.
Description: The opposite of Kanetsu no Gyou, this ability rapidly lowers the body temperature of the patient while the user channels chakra into the body. Temperature drops at a rate of one degree Fahrenheit per turn. If the temperature is lowered too much, there stands the chance of the patient going into hypothermic shock and being incapable of recovering unless medical action is taken.
