脱兎の CHISOKU INADZUMA NO JUTSU

Special: Chisoku Inadzuma no Jutsu is an expansion of Shunshin no Jutsu. Meaning the uses correlate with Shunshin no Jutsu. One use of Chisoku Inadzuma no Jutsu takes away a usage of Shunshin no Jutsu. The user only needs to learn this once, to continue the usages of Chisoku Inadzuma no Jutsu one simply learns Shunshin no Jutsu over again.
Description: Everything is practically mimicked from Shunshin no Jutsu. However the only difference with Chisoku Inadzuma no Jutsu is raiton chakra is used to blind the victim whom is looking upon the user before the technique happens. This blinding lightning is enough to cause a simple distraction so anyone looking upon the user can’t read the Shunshin and where the user is headed. The simple blinding lightning appears automatically for the user, blinding anyone looking upon the user from 20 meters away and requires no extra timing. The potency of the flash obviously weakens the further the victim is from the user. Anyone 10 meters or less from the user is blinded for one post. Someone 11 through 20 meters away is blinded for half a post. Meaning this technique is practically the same as Shunshin no Jutsu minus the small blinding of lightning. Sadly however, this technique will surly give away the users location if they’re being stealthy.

Special: Denkou Kyuuzou is a technique exclusively known by Kumogakure no Sato shinobi. The technique allows the user to provide a sudden surge of Raiton chakra around a ten meter radius. This technique requires a quick amount of handseals and is then sudden. Additionally the user may only use this thrice within’ one thread. Each training improves the amount one may use this technique within’ a thread by one.
Description: Denkou Kyuuzou is one of the most useful techniques within’ Kumogakure no Sato. Because of its sudden attack it generally shocks the victim mentally and physically. The techniques ability is simple. When the user finishes the measly handseals a sudden surge of lightning appears wildly in a ten meter radius around the user. Any victim being shocked within’ this radius of the sudden lightning surge will be paralyzed for two seconds. Unable to properly move their body from that sudden surge or Raiton chakra coursing through their body.

メタリック METARIKKU SUMIYAKA NO JUTSU

Special: Like Kyodan Anshu no Jutsu this jutsu works on any throwing secondary weapon. Like Kunai or Senbon, some have been known to even use pencils or odd objects like ryo. Though the technique is B ranked, it is because of its difficulty in mastering it. However, the chakra cost is a 'low' worth each time the jutsu is used.
Description: Like Kyodan Anshu no Jutsu the user coats their throwing object with Raiton chakra. However the Kumogakure version is highly different. Unlike Kyodan Anshu, which focuses on the secondary weapons area of effect. Metarikku Sumiyaka no Jutsu focues on speed and overall force with the secondary object. Because of this coated Raiton chakra the secondary weapon travels thrice the normal speed of a normally thrown secondary weapon and pierces through flesh, bone, wood and stone easily. When the user is holding the secondary weapon they instinctively force a decent amount of Raiton chakra into the weapon. Giving it a vibrant blue glow which resembles Raiton chakra more than actual chakra. Once done the technique is finished and all that is needed is the user to throw the object. Once the object hits something and has pierced through it, this Raiton chakra will quickly vanish from the object.

Nukite (貫手; "Crossbeam Hand")

Special: The initial learning of this jutsu only supports the Four-Finger Nukite. Additional training is required for those who wish to attain further mastery. This jutsu can be used once (1) per thread.
Description: Following a series of hand-seals, the user will concentrate a considerable amount of lightning based chakra to their dominant hand. With their four pointer fingers extended, the charged chakra will take the form of a four pronged 'claw'; completely engulfing the users hand. Allowing an extremely powerful attack to be used fighting within the bounds of close quarters combat. The claw allows the user to chop, slash, or pierce targets with ease. Acting some what like a sword or other bladed weapon, though it present considerable force. This is to be considered a prized technique of the hidden cloud.
The initial form of this jutsu, as earlier stated it takes the form of a four pronged claw. With this, the user can penetrate defenses of B rank and lower. Piercing, and slashing anything the user swings at; can even numb an opponent's extremity on touch for 1/4th of their following post. This form can be sustained for up to 3 post maximum.
Three-Finger Nukite (三本貫手, Sanbon Nukite)
The second form of this jutsu, it takes the form of a three pronged claw. With this, the user can penetrate defenses of A rank and lower. Piercing, and slashing anything the user swings at; can even numb an opponent's extremity on touch for 1/2th of their following post. This form can be sustained for up to 2 post maximum. Requires additional A rank training.
One-Finger Nukite (一本貫手, Ippon Nukite)
The final form of this jutsu, it takes the form of a single pronged claw. With this, the user can penetrate defenses of S rank and lower. Piercing, and slashing anything the user swings at; can even numb an opponent's extremity on touch for their following post. This form can be sustained for up to 1 post maximum. Requires additional S rank training.

Description: The final stage in mastery. With this, the user can activate the jutsu without the requirement of hand-seals. Making an already formidable technique seem unbelievable. Though the jutsu will no longer require hand-seals, one must still take the time to must the chakra needed. Each rank of this technique will still require the time used for the formation of seals, just without the actual movement it's self.

Special: Highest rank learned determines strength of lightning damage. May only travel along 20 feet of wire when first learned, plus an additional 20 feet with each rank acquired for a maximum of 100 feet.
Description: The user grabs one end of their wire and sends out a violent burst of electricity from their hand, running it along the length of the wire provided. Assuming the user trapped or tricked an opponent with the wire beforehand, the electricity will shock anything it comes in contact with. Some higher ranks of this technique have even been known to cause cardiac arrest.

Kaminari no Yubisaki (Lightning's Fingertips)

Description: Typically used as a last resort when one has been knocked down, the user can charge their fingertips with electricity and transmit the light shock through things such as thin puddles of water or even a human leg. The shock isn't lethal, but it has been known to provide enough of a painful distraction to provide the user with a speedy get away.

Raimuraitoōbu (Limelight Orbs)

Special: Up to 2 are summoned the first time, with 2 more each time this jutsu is re-learned. Orbs will may cause dizziness or numbness if passed through. Orbs can only be activated for techniques within a distance of 30 meters.
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, a set of electrically composed, lime green orbs will appear in the air- each about the size of a soccer ball. The orbs shine brightly during the night time, like flares, but are dimmed during the day time. They will remain hovering in the air motionless, always 15 meters above the ground, until the user dispels them or they are used through some form of technique. This technique is used as a set-up for others.

Special: Lightning emitted from orbs strike at the user's target of choice. Orbs utilized will disappear after use. Each is only capable of one lightning bolt.
Description: The user performs a series of hand seals and activates any number of their previously created orbs. The orbs activated will suddenly emit sharp streaks of bright white lightning, bolting the violent energy down towards the user's opponent of choice. Though the lightning is attracted to its creator's target, it gives visual and auditory giveaways before unleashing its fury, giving the opponent a chance to realize what is about to happen and react. Therefore, the more orbs used in conjunction with one another, the higher chance of success.

It can only shock objects or people who are airborne, however, as its electrical power expands horizontally. It gives a brief green flash when used, and illuminates the ground below brilliantly.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user will hold the ram seal and one of their orbs will fall down from the sky. They can control the orb as it falls down from the sky to target an enemy of their choice, and once the orb touches the ground, it will explode in a flurry of debilitating electricity. Electric damage includes light burns and slight numbness of the limbs.

Special: At B-Rank, the wave creates at 15 meters high and 20 meters wide, traveling at a speed of 10 mps. Damage includes light burns and numbing of the limbs. At A-Rank, the wave is 20 meters high and 25 meter wide, and travels at 12 mps. Damage is heightened to light paralysis, burns, and sometimes even cardiac arrest- if the opponent is hit heavily with the wave.
Description: After creating the Raimuraito; MEGA and performing the necessary hand seals, the user revs up the limelight orb and enhances it with explosive lightning chakra. The orb then crashes down to the ground directly beneath it, glowing like a miniature green sun with its chakra, and spills into a beautiful wave of lightning towards the user's target. It does not discriminate between friend or foe.

Special: Flash is very brief, and the shower only lasts a few seconds before dying out.
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user taps into their previously created mega orb and causes it to explode in the sky. The explosion is bright enough to briefly cover the battlefield in a blinding flash of light, which is then promptly followed by a shower of bright green sparks of electricity. The sparks have the capability of igniting oil and other flammable elements, and can cause substantial burn injuries to those caught in its fury. The user typically carries an umbrella or shield to protect themselves from the devastating rain, as the electricity does not discriminate between friend or foe. It has also been known to be used in conjunction with water.
