[spoiler=EFFICIENT SEALING I1000]With enough time and practice, the ninja learns to master the art of Efficient Sealing - that is, requiring less hand seals for techniques. Because this Mastery level is multi-leveled, each one attained makes a jutsu hand count one rank less than it would be - i.e. 2 masteries of this in one Release, say Fire, means an 'A' ranked Fire jutsu has a 'C' ranked handseal count.
Jisshitsu Shinen (Essence of Thought) [625]

Special: Rather than replacing sealing, this simply replaces the need for physical handseals for Raiton related techniques. Instead of handseals, there is a small 'charging time', a pause equal to the amount of seals needed to make in order to prepare the technique. As such, the 'Efficient Sealing' mastery still applies. Finally, highest rank determines the rank of Raiton jutsu that can be used without seals.
Description: The final stage in mastery. With this, the user can activate the jutsu without the requirement of hand-seals. Making an already formidable technique seem unbelievable. Though the jutsu will no longer require hand-seals, one must still take the time to must the chakra needed. Each rank of this technique will still require the time used for the formation of seals, just without the actual movement it's self.

Special: Highest rank learned determines strength of lightning sphere.Though no handseals have to be held once the sphere is complete, no other jutsu may be cast while plasma is active. Can be held as long as the user's chakra reserves allow it. Highest rank known determines strength of sphere. Area of sphere is determine by the user's highest 'Karai Shin' range, halved.
Description: A highly strategic raiton jutsu, the Plasma Ball allows the user to create a thick sphere of Raiton around their body, able to shock anyone that comes in contact with it immediately.

Type: Offensive / Raiton Ninjutsu / Kumogakure Secret Technique
Range: 0 - 10 meters

Special: Allows the user to provide a sudden surge of Raiton chakra around a ten meter radius. Does not discern between friend or foe, and if hit, paralysis sets in for half of a turn (2 - 3 seconds). Each time retrained, additional 'C' ranked shocking damage is added on, but for every fourth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one.
Description: Denkou Kyuuzou is one of the most useful techniques within’ Kumogakure no Sato. Because of its sudden attack it generally shocks the victim mentally and physically. The techniques ability is simple. When the user finishes the measly handseals a sudden surge of lightning appears wildly in a ten meter radius around the user. Any victim being shocked within’ this radius of the sudden lightning surge will be paralyzed for two seconds. Unable to properly move their body from that sudden surge or Raiton chakra coursing through their body.

Special: 'Chisoku Inadzuma no Jutsu' is an add-on to 'Shunshin', meaning the uses correlate with the amount of Body Flicker charges one knows; the amount of Shunshin one knows determines the amount of 'Chisoku' one can perform. Blinding flash extends 5 meters in every direction from the user, plus 1 more extra each time retrained. However, after every fourth retraining, consumption will go up by one. If in range of flash, blinding will last a single turn; unstackable.
Description: Everything is practically mimicked from Shunshin no Jutsu. However the only difference with Chisoku Inadzuma no Jutsu is raiton chakra is used to blind the victim whom is looking upon the user before the technique happens. This blinding lightning is enough to cause a simple distraction so anyone looking upon the user can’t read the Shunshin and where the user is headed. The simple blinding lightning appears automatically for the user, blinding anyone looking upon the user and requires no extra timing. The potency of the flash obviously weakens the further the victim is from the user. Sadly, this technique will surely give away the users location if they’re being stealthy.
