Water Release; Bubble Flight Technique

Type: Supplementary / Suiton Ninjutsu
Range: Self
Handseals: Yes
Chakra: Low + Low upkeep for flight [upkeep is optional]
Special: Size, strength of bubbles, as well as distance the user can cover, depends on user's highest Water Dominion rank. Cannot perform any other chakra related jutsu while in the bubble save for ones that would take place outside of the bubble. Though the bubble allows for an off version of flying they may only be held for up to only one turn; however, one more turn of flight is gained each time retrained. Also the user can create 1 extra bubble per retraining. Also to fly properly and not just follow a wind current, user must pay additional chakra. Does not require a water source.
Description: A Suiton technique that was created shortly after the "Water Release; Air Bubble" technique. After forming the required hand seals the user will expel a bubble or bubbles to consume them and or others. In doing this they are able to seemingly fly. Though through feeding the bubble they are able to fly correctly and efficiently rather than "floating".

Mizuame Nabara (Starch Syrup Capture Field)

Type: Supplementary / Suiton Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 10 meters
Handseals: Yes.
Chakra: Mid
Special: Glue freezes opponent in place for 1/2 a turn, plus 1/2 more each time retrained. Victims can only break free by providing a chakra burst equal to double that of the syrup cost, including retraining for extra turns. If the user does not coat their feet in special chakra, they can be stuck by this as well.
Description: Mizuame Nabara is a ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will quickly expel a sticky liquid from their mouths. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the user focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows the caster or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well, as long as they keep the chakra to their feet steady.

Mizu no Muchi (Whip of Water)

Chakra: Mid
Special: Whip is formed around the user's desired appendage, and is delivered with a simple flick of the wrist due to its weightless nature. Range of whip is equal to 1/5th the user's maximum 'Suiton Ryuuken' range; speed of whip delivery is equal to the 'Water Dominion' control speed. If the user possesses the Raiton release, they can send a current through the whip with a simple thought, equal in rank and chakra cost to their maximum 'Karai Shin' rank, able to shock, stun and paralyze opponent’s should they be caught/ensnared by the whip. If a single 'C' ranked snare of the whip is worth 'Mid' chakra to cast, then those caught by it will have to pay the same chakra around in order to break free. As such, by retraining this jutsu, one makes their whip stronger by making it harder for the victim to break free; each retraining stacks 'C' ranked snaring damage. However, after every fourth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one.
