REIGASHI (Soul Painter)

Special: A blade that is able to channel the chakra of a user, and preform imbued techniques corresponding to the release. There is no restriction on the releases it can harness, though users often will only be able to use certain elements due to the restrictions beings the users own releases.
Description: A flat blade, mimicking the shape of the standard ninjato. The strong difference, however, is the length of the weapon, someone similar to that of standard katanas, forcing the weapon to be equipped on the back or waist. The blade itself is ebony, with a slim silver edge that can only really be noticed from up close. Etched into the bottom of the blade's base is kanji that can be directly translated into the word, "Reigashi." The handle works with the shades provided with the blade, a black cloth being tied neatly down it's length. Not much is known about the material made, though it definitely proves to be a durable and reliable weapon.

SHOUBU CHIRU (Spirit Fall)

Type: Nin-Taijutsu.
Range: 7, 10, 15meters [relative to rank usage]
Special/Description: Shoubu Chiru (Shouchiru for short) is a skill activated upon the will of the user. Ushering chakra into the weapon, the user slashes, forcing a wake of chakra to follow behind the blade. A full swing will summon forth a blade of chakra that will rest in air, acting as a shrapnel bomb that can apply release effects dependent on the release. Wind will release invisible shards of pressurized air that will pierce through armor, and deliver shallow wounds to a victim. Water will expel a powerful burst of water able to push targets off balance. Using Ice will throw out shards of ice that can stack and slow opponents in large amounts. It will deliver shallow cuts as well. The rank of use corresponds with the highest level of skill in the users release area (ie: rank a wave directly reflects off of ice dominion rank). The higher the rank, the more powerful the explosion. The wave rests in air for 1 turn, and will erupt on enemy contact or user activation. The ability has a one post cooldown.

KONTON HARETSU (Soul Explosion)

Type: Nin-Taijutsu.
Range: 5, 7, 10, 15, 25meters [relative to rank usage]
Special/Description: This skill is dependent on the charged chakra in the blade. A charge requires one turn of no ninjutsu skill activation, and indication of charge. A charged blade will glow, relative to release charged (ice: light blue, wind: green, and water: blue). The wielder can expel the chakra with explosive force in a given direction. The explosion of power has effects relative to the chakra used; in addition, its power reflects the amount of chakra stored. The amount chosen to be stored reflects the rank of the technique, and often times relevant to the size of the aura of the weapon. (Charge can be secret, though it will require a witness or documentation of the charge rank. Charge ranks reflective ninjutsu of similar level). The explosion is able to be aimed, dependent on the manner the weapon is swung when expelling the power. If a thrust, a cone of chakra will fire out. If swung horizontally, the explosion will be wider with less power, and a larger radial area of effect. A vertical swing will replicate thrust, though encompassing a larger ranger from top to bottom of the swing, with less power behind the attack. If the weapon is forced to expel with no swing, it will suffer repercussions to the user, as the force will blow from all sides of the blade. All stored chakra is expelled when this ability is used. In addition, a charged blade can only be charged for one turn before it self-erupts. Chakra consumption is relative to charge rank, and reflects a normal ninjutsu skill. This ability is on cooldown for two following posts.

Sorry for the wait!

Considering blades like Samehada have chakra leeching skills at minimal levels, this weapon will have to be definitely bumped to 'S" rank, and carry better explanation why something so strong is unique to a random genin.

This reminds me I need to post that custom's guide up asap...

Naw, the S was for the first sword that I had, I remade the whole thing, so Idk where it belongs in terms of ranking. Added domain.

The Domain for the techniques should be the name of the sword, Reigashi. Also, in both of the technique descriptions you only list Wind, Water, and Ice; are those the only three releases that can be utilized by the sword, or can any release be utilized? You should clarify on that so as to avoid confusion.

You should also probably make a maximum and minimum area of effect for Shouchiro and go into further detail regarding how to determine the maximum rank of Konton Haretsu. For Shouchiro, the rank of the technique should not automatically be the strength of other abilities. It needs its own ranking and people need to spend their exp in order to make the technique gain in strength, not automatically A rank because you know a certain other ability that's A Rank.

What do you do in order to activate Shouchiro?

Well, I didn't think the skills required exp cost, since it was just improved mastery and a larger pool of one's own chakra, not learning a new skill. Just simply dumping more chakra into the attack, but whatever, I changed it. Other changes have been made appropriately as well.

Oh, I listed it in the actual description of the sword's specialty. I said that it was restricted to the releases of the user, though it can be imbued with all releases.
