Suna Fukusei (Sand Duplication)

Special: Range of sand that can be duplicated is equal to and lower than the user's 'Sand Dominion' range; however, the user can only duplicate up to the same amount of sand that is being affected. The user must remain still while the sand is being created. Speed of the multiplication depends on the highest rank attained:

D: Whole turn (5 seconds)
C: 3/4th's of a turn (4 seconds)
B: Half of a turn (3 seconds)
A: 1/4th's of a turn (2 seconds)
S: Near Instant! (1 second)

Description: Suna Fukusei, a Ninjutsu technique centered around the manipulation and replication of sand within the vicinity. This technique is essential to Saton users when a certain technique cannot be completed without a sufficient amount of sand. Through the constant draining of the user's Saton chakra, the user can supplement the earth particles and utilize the current minerals as a catalyst for reproduction, eventually duplicating the sand into a bigger and greater volume within seconds. A staple for manipulators of the sand.

Suna Hitomane (Sand Mimicry)

Special: Range of sand appendages depends on the user's 'Sand Dominion' rank. Up to one sand appendage can be created, plus one more each time retrained; however, after every fourth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one. For each sand appendage, the user can restrict the movement of a single limb. Highest rank known in 'Sand Dominion' determines the amount of chakra/stamina required to break free from the entrapment.

Description: Suna Hitomane, a technique based on the creation of simple appendages for the user's own purpose when faced with ranged assaults. The sand limbs are usually shaped with hands for the use of grabbing and detaining opponents, and can even be used to snatch projectiles from mid-air. With this technique in one's arsenal, the mimicry can be birthed from a concise pile of sand on the ground, creating an opportunity from a great distance for catching the enemy off-guard.

Suna Douten (Sand Transition)

Special: Range of the fluxating sand depends on the user's 'Sand Dominion' rank. This technique does not discern between friend or foe, and anyone standing on the moving sand will suffer a loss of balance and extreme speed depravity, fifty-percent to be exact. The sand transition lasts a single turn, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Suna Douten, a technique that cannot be utilized as nothing more than a distraction or opening for the user. Once the handseals are formed, the user can mentally direct the sand foundation on which the target is standing to abruptly shift into multiple directions for an elongated time frame, which can potentially throw the opponent into a stumble, effectively hindering their movement. This technique is perfect against enemies that wish to shorten the distance through a barbaric charge, and upon losing their balance, the user is capable of seizing the disability for their own triumph.

Sunayari (Sand Javelin)

Special: Length of the spear is equal to 1/10th the user's maximum 'Sand Dominion' range; speed of the spear is equal to the user's 'Sand Dominion' rank, and can travel as far as the 'Sand Dominion' allows. Up to one javelin can be created, plus one more each time retrained; however, after every third retraining, chakra consumption will raise by one. With multiple spears, the user has the choice of firing them off either simultaneously, or one after another.
Description: Sunayari, an extremely favorable technique for those of the Sand Element that relish striking down foes with brutal impalement. Upon forming the handseals, sand in the environment vigorously comes together into the shape of a javelin, with the intention to use the weapon for the same purpose. The sand spear can be shot forth in a straight line or thrown into a vertical arc, and with a sharpened edge that is deadly to the touch, the javelin is definitely capable of causing multiple gruesome deaths.

Suna Kyojin (Sand Golem)

Chakra: Very High.
Special: Size and speed of the golem is equal to half of the user's maximum 'Sand Dominion' rank; strength and defense of the golem is equal to the user's maximum 'Sand Dominion' rank. Up to one golem can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained, for a maximum of three (3); however, after the second retraining, the chakra consumption will raise by one. When struck, the golem's sandy essence forces whatever attack equal or lower to their 'Sand Dominion' to stick within, buried into the constricting sand, thus binding; amount of chakra required to break free from the binding depends on the user's highest 'Sand Dominion' rank. Finally, sand golems can cast any Saton technique known by the user one rank less than the highest rank known in 'Sand Dominion', but whatever attacks they perform will still draw from the user's chakra pool.
Description: Suna Kyojin, the creation of a gargantuan titan composed of sand that causes the minuscule sand clones to appear docile and valueless. Through the string of handseals, the user is capable of heaping massive amounts of sand from the ground and environment into colossal, powerful titans. This technique is considered to be the dominant successor of the 'Sand Clone' technique, and can be utilized to overwhelm several opponents with it's strength, or can protect the user and other companions from substantial assaults. The towering creation, made entirely of sand, is normally an imperfect replication of the user or a loved one, and with a linked mental connection, the sand golem can perform Saton techniques from it's own earthen composition... undoubtedly a feared creation of the sand.

The Sand Golem can only travel as far as the user's range of Sand Dominion, nor can it manipulate sand outside of the user's range. There's no need to add that to the technique, as that is inherent to any Saton technique, but I just wanted it to be clarified, if the issue ever arises.

The only other thing I would note is a small piece of text in the Sand Mimicry technique. The technique cannot be produced out of soil, as soil is not sand. I know its common sense, but remove that just so we're all clear; sand creations require a pre-existing sand source to work with.

These customs demonstrate a good knowledge of our new custom rules, I think. Well done.
