Special: Range and speed of sand clump depends on the user's 'Saton Ryuuken' rank. Sand clumps measure no larger than a meter in diameter, and can only be used to defend against simple, non-ranked Taijustu strikes and projectiles.
Description: Sunamino Sousa, one of the most basic Saton techniques that embodies the simple manipulation of sand clumps with the effortless motion of a hand. The sand user simply focuses their chakra into the sand around them, using fluent hand motions to designate the path of the sand they plan to control. Then, simultaneously, the waves of sand correspond with fluid movement, either being used as a distraction for an approaching opponent or a defense against incoming punches/kicks or projectiles. The waves of sand controlled are small and cannot measure larger than a meter in length. Due to the hardness of the sand, it can be utilized to completely halt the momentum of thrown projectiles and physical assaults that lack the influence of chakra or substantial stamina.

Special: Range and speed of sand wave depends on the user's 'Saton Ryuuken' rank. The wave measures no more than five meters in diameter, and produces a knock-back effect equal to 1/10th that of the user's highest 'SR' range. Up to one wave can be created, plus one more each time retrained; however, after every fourth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one.
Description: Sunakouha, the advanced form of sand wave manipulation that allows the user to create blasts of sand that charges toward the target with incredible force. The user performs the string of handseals, then slams their foot/hand against the ground, the momentum of the thrust resonating into the surrounding sand and causing it to gather into a miniature tsunami that charges in a straight path toward the intended target. The sand wave can be used as a great diversion and can force the opponent back if uncareful.

Sunabashirano Houkai (Bursting Sand Pillar)

Special: Range and speed of the sand pillar depends on the user's 'Sand Dominion' rank. The sand pillar inflicts blunt damage and can smash through hard defenses such as stone or wood. Can be redirected through the continued strain of the user's chakra, but the final handseal must be held in order for it's flight to be changed and the user cannot move, otherwise the pillar moves in a straight path.
Description: Sunabashirano Houkai, the notorious creation of an extensive sand beam that can be used to completely overwhelm a distant opponent. After completing the handseals, the user can shoot forth a meter-wide pillar of sand that travels rapidly in a single direction, aiming to crush a target with powerful force. The user can allow the pillar to travel automatically in a single direction while the user switches toward other movements, or can hold the final handseal, remain motionless, and continue to pump chakra into the sand pillar, which then grants the user the ability to manually shift the direction of the sand pillar at a whim. This alternative manipulation allows the sand pillar to be treated as a homing missile, increasing it's lethality, but renders the user vulnerable. Upon coming into contact with another person, the sand pillar can strike with such concussive force that it can send them tumbling meters away, and is even capable of rendering them unconscious.

Sunadaiyamondo Yari (Diamond Sand Spear)

Special: Range of the sand spear depends on the user's 'Sand Dominion' rank. Due to the massive size of the spear, it can only be dropped from above it's intended target, allowing gravity to solely influence it's path and speed.
Description: Sunadaiyamondo Yari, a powerful technique with a name that showcases the impeccable strength of the weapon itself. Upon completing the handseals, the user holds out their hand, directing a massive amount of sand from the environment to vigorously gather at a point in the air, forming into a solid, razor-sharp sand spear. The airborne weapon replicates the shape of a drill, measuring seven meters in length, and is extremely sharpened at the base. Once the formation is complete, the user rotates the drill into an energetic spin as it descends onto the target. The force of gravity and the user's chakra alone causes the descent to be quite flashing, and can obliterate a weak-enough defense and surrounding targets with it's strength and waves of sand.
