Description: Delivers a powerful open palmed strike to either the Humerus, Radius, or the Celiac Plexus. The result of the high powered strike will jar the network of nerve endings within the body, causing disorientation and confusion lasting 3 turns, unless aimed at the Humerus or Radius. If aimed at them, then it can cause slight fracturing of either of them depending upon the force put behind the blow.

Description: A incredibly fast roundhouse kick to any location upon the opposing foe's body. The power of the strike depends upon the way it was initiated. At longer range, the attack deals less damage, while at closer range, it deals more. Depending on the range of the attack and the location struck, the force of the blow can cause serious injury, and if the opponent is within a foot of the user, can fracture bones.

Range: Target must be within 3 feet of the user.
Special: Requires chakra control, and great strength.
Description: The user builds up chakra within their feet, preparing to use the chakra to enhance a push-off from the ground. Crouching down into a stance of one knee upon the ground, the other stretched to the side, the body begins to utilize the chakra build up, as the enemy gets within three feet of the user, the user of Saierntodoragon can push off the ground at an angle facing the opponent and attempt to slice through the opponent, or whatever the opponent chose to block with. This technique is a last ditch move, due to the stress of the strike and the amount of chakra needed. Passing out after performing the technique is normally followed. The weapon used is often shattered by the force of the strike. The ability can cut through techniques of the same rank or lower as it.

...whats the difference between this and atsuryoku yashi?... if you can explain this without confusing yourself i'll consider it. Tai primary only please. A rank or S rank for the technique because of the "lightning fast strike."

The blade then becomes white hot from the amount of chakra built up within it, crouching down into a stance of one knee upon the ground, the other stretched to the side, the body begins to utilize the chakra build up, as the enemy gets within a foot of them, the user of Saierntodoragon can push off the ground at an angle facing the opponent and slice through them / whatever they choose to block it. It's a last ditch move, due to the stress of the amount of chakra needed. Passing out is normally followed. And often shatters whatever is used to preform it.

... Did you really as what the difference between the first two techniques are? One's an open-handed strike and the other is a roundhouse kick. One is delivered specifically to the solar plexus and the other can be delivered to any point.

I agree, however, that both should be considered Tai Primary only, Universal Taijutsu in the domain. As for Akuma Senpu, who decides what happens between a broken bone and being knocked back? Overall, it'd make more sense if you'd just choose one of the effects and stick with it instead of listing two possible ones. If your aim IS fractured bones, I'd like it to be A Rank. I'd also prefer the technique's wording to be "very fast", or maybe even "incredibly fast" instead of "lightning fast", due to wording on a Naruto site having to be literal. The only way to get a kick that quick would be within the final levels of the Gates, if then.

I can't allow Silent Dragon for the sheer fact that, without some sort of elemental manipulation, chakra in and of itself cannot produce heat. If you modified the technique to include the use of Katon in the technique, this would be more acceptable but you would need to find some way to protect your hand from the heat. Also, the wording of the technique should be stated that it can slice through attacks of the same rank or lower than it, as right now it could pierce through S Rank stuff, which we won't allow with an A Rank attack.
