Can abosrb wind after every swing. A swing can be accumalated after preforming one C rank or above Fuuton jutsu with the Fan as a medium. No matter what rank the fuuton jutsu is, only one swing can be attained from any one jutsu.After every 5 swings, the fan will be fully charged, and can up any Fuuton jutsu by one Rank, unless it is A rank or above. If said jutsu is A rank or above, then another A rank's worth of damage will be stacked upon. Fan can hold multiple charges at a time, for a total of 5 charges, however, only one charge is applicable to any one Fuuton jutsu
Description:
A weapon that symoblizes the pride and joy of the Uchiha Clan, this weapon is usually passed down throughout the different families within the clan. The weapon always goes to the eldest son when they reach the age of 16. The fan itself is about 4 2/3 feet tall. Although large in size, the weapon is actuall very light and easy to manage. Powerful fuuton users can use this fan to intenstify their Fuuton jutsu, and even cast them with no handseals by imbuing chakra into the wind by way of their fan. The weapon also allows the user to store energy up, and release it to intensify other attacks. To preform Fuuton Jutsu without hand seals, you must charge for the approximate time it would take to preform the handseals, and then swing.

Special: User must attain 4 full charges. Creates a powerful gale capable of leveling a forest of up to 50 meters. Can only be used 1 time per thread, plus one time each time retrained. Also is able redirect Taijutsu and Ninjutsu of equal rank.
Description:
As it's name implies, Bussoukaze allows the user to create an immensely powerful gale capable of destroying whole forests. A true showcase of the Uchiwa's superiortiy, this attack not only destroys, but also blocks aswell.
Domain: Fuuton. Must use with Giant Fan.

Overall, I'm not a fan of a weapon that passively increases the damage of your techniques. I kind of enjoy the idea of the charges and releases, so clarify that effect a little bit (as Addy asked) and remove the passive D rank damage increase. Also, make sure to clarify that the fan can increase FUUTON jutsu by one rank when charged up, not just any attack, and make it say that "if an attack is A rank or above" that it adds an additional A rank, as right now it says nothing about S Rank. Make sure to state that if you build more than one charge, you still can only release one charge per technique to enhance techniques. I'm also alright with the weapon allowing you to perform Fuuton techniqued without handseals, if you place within the description that you have to gather chakra or swing the weapon, etc., as long as it would take you to perform the handseals for the technique. Overall, an interesting weapon, and we should probably price it at around 10k.

Bussoukaze: If we think back to Temari, she practically leveled a forest when she used the ability to save Shikamaru. Remember that we're dealing with Naruto-esque ninjas, not fragile normal people, and I doubt that this would kill someone who got caught in it - severely injure them maybe. Overall, this technique is S Rank, fits into all the limits prescribed of S Ranks, and has a decent drawback in the sense that you have to accumulate 4 charges on your weapon. I'm okay with it.

So, remember the two techniques we already have on the site, add in some clarification to your weapon, and we'll be just dandy.

Okie dokie, all fixed up, I think XD. And also, the Uchiha clan symbol is an uchiwa, which is jut a japanese fan. From what I've seen, fans have been a common and obviously useful weapon for Uchiha's to use, made evident by some of the most powerful Uchiha usage of it, and if you think about it, you could use it to "fan the flames", thus increasing ones Katon jutsu potency.
