Special: Can only deliver one small parcel at a time, with one recipient in mind, before returning to its rightful owner. Can only deliver parcels to PC's in the same country. The bird is incapable of going any further. User must be in direct contact with the bird in order to establish the minuscule chakra connection needed before designating the recipient of the message. Once the mechanical bird is sent on its expedition, it will not stop until it finds the recipient and delivers its parcel. The bird can return messages received by the recipient, but will never forget its rightful owner. This is due to the chakra connection it makes with its first order, and therefore forms a synchronized bond with.
