Description: Exclusively to Sou, his own time devoted to the medical arts and his imagination, has come up with two techniques and because of it's dark nature is deemed a Kinjutsu, and not for it's actual effects. After an intensive study on cancer cells, and it's counterpart of stem cells. After extracting stem cells and because of their stability (allowing Sou to control and manipulate them easily), and Sou's knowledge of application of chakra and genetic knowledge to transdiffrentiate the cells, and causes them to divide on a mass scale. (similar to embryo stem cells) and with his use of chakra auguments, allows the speed of mitosis and finally with this control, allows Sou to gather adult stem cells as he freely wishes. It allows him to grow extra limbs, and heal only at the expense of his chakra, it is only because of his precise chakra control that allows him to do this.

Special: Two things. One, only a little amount of chakra is needed to start the actual process, but secondly unless Sou remains focused and willing, the creation's size and growth can spiral out of control, but only at will can Sou stop it's growth.
Description: Exclusively to Sou, his own time devoted to the medical arts and his imagination, has come up with two techniques. This simple techniques allow him to use the power of Hand of god to force it to replicate on a massive scale. This growth is expotential and is almost uncontrollable without Sou's skill in using the technique. The technique has various uses.

First things first: I can't accept any buying inside of customs. You need to make a shop post once the techniques you want

Hand of God is too strong without any sort of drawback - it also seems like a rip-off of one of Kabuto's techniques: Click here. I don't like the idea of a limb-regrowing technique being a selfish technique either, since it completely removes the chance of other people creating a Medical technique that is similar (and limb regrowth is the sort of thing that numerous people would be working towards).

You also don't say what Domain of Death does beyond a massive version of Hand of God.

Overall, the customs are poorly done with little explanation in the second technique. I don't like the first one being exclusive and it seems like you ramble on in the first one, jumping from cancer to stem cell research to mitosis and beyond. The grammatical structure of the paragraphs is weird and also jumps all over the place, and left me confused until I re-read the technique several times.

I'm going to go ahead and deny these. Sorry.
