Without very many reasons to be cordial, this man has fell into the dark recesses of inhumanity. While a bit dramatic to say out loud, the reality of his situation remains the same. Love is something that he seldom experienced, as well as compassion or even happiness. The closest thing that would emerge from his own self loathing was the satisfaction of knowing that his skills were growing, and that the more that they did, the quicker he could kill- leading to the end of his suffering. Of course, this is something that is hidden behind a very prominent facade. Instead, Ibaru has grown accustomed to the customs of Kumogakure's lower class. Often vulgar, and prone to using various slang that pertains to his neighborhood. Having grown up in a very influential part of the village, it was simple for Ibaru to adapt to the way of life, and quickly slip into the inner dregs of Kumogakure society.

Saying everything that needs to be said in a way that absolutely oozes self personification and absolute cool, he loves to speak to people in a manner that shows them how he pretends to be. While it is all a front, it is very easily hidden behind the flamboyant and charismatic persona that he exudes. The use of constant slang that adds a layer of cool to all of his statements; his ease in ignoring commonly asked questions; his absolute refusal to repeat himself; Ibaru finds himself rarely in awkward situations. If he does, then he is not afraid to show whomever has offended him that he is not to be toyed with.

χ stays stunting; Constantly judging, both himself and others, Ibaru has a very keen eye. He knows that he cannot manage to think about what it is that he is doing, so when thinking about it, he recognizes all of the falters, and all of the successes. When it comes to others, the same suit follows. Constantly pointing out the flaws of his comrades and enemies, he often attempts to capitalize on them, only to hark and bait his enemy by pointing out the very flaws in which he had recognized. While this only extends to being able to entice his enemies, he can easily be confused as joking, which he capitalizes on.

χ keeps it real; Ibaru does not spare time with beating around the bush. As serious as he is direct, he does not hesitate to speak his mind, and move on to the next issue. Tying himself back with politeness, or any attempt to build solidarity with his comrades will fall short under his own will to overpower them. While not preventing him from being incredibly manipulative, it also helps him understand what his priorities are. Hardly ever going a roundabout way to do anything, he has become known for his direct and pervasive attitude. Additionally, this brave demeanor has built a wall of solitude around him, making people believe that he is actually attempting to hide his own inequities. While this is incorrect, he doesn't mind the sentiment, only to make fun of the accusatory later. [/ul]

Interactions with his fellow countrymen have fallen flat throughout the years. Having start a mute, he has eventually progressed into an over communicative man. Never being afraid to speak when spoken to, he hardly is ever not the first to speak. Because of that, his social skills have been dictated by the many verbal interactions that he has shared since coming to the village hidden in clouds. With the slums having been his primary haunt, he had instantly fallen in love, and grown to show pride in not only the heritage of the village, but of the underdogs and poorer members of society. However, the front that he has projected only hides his actual demeanor which couldn't be farther than what most people believe him to be. While this creates a bit of confusion- that is the whole point.

[/u][/b] professional; a staple of what it takes to become a great soldier, Ibaru is literally a machine driven by his work. Seeing it as an acceptable alternative to being nothing more than a killer, he has become noted to be one of the best of his division; not simply because of his skill, but because of his dedication as well. Because his professionalism has sprouted into every aspect of his existence, it also makes in an incredibly rigid person. Very difficult to get along with, he is also very simplistic, making his thinking incredible easy to understand. Instead of vibrant, flamboyant actions which would make the normal person stand out, he instead can be read by the most logical reasoning. However, once figure out, things tend to take a drastic change.

χ analytical; With eyes constantly scanning, and lips constantly pressed, Ibaru has never been one to speak before he listens. Constantly ensuring that he pays full attention to his surroundings, he never makes a move before knowing the full situation. While this may delay many of his actions, it also makes sure that he is constantly playing the safest card, and will eventually lead to him to making the right move. While incredibly observant, Ibara is hardly cautious. Never hesitating to make an appropriate move, he is an ardent believer in experimentation.

χ malignant; Aside from his strategic and analytic behavior, Ibaru is by far the most distorted ninja hailing under the flag of Kumogakure. Exerting full allegiance to the Raikage, whomever that may be, his one and only true allegiance, and the only one that will supersede his home is his reliance to medication. Due to his past, Ibara has been put onto an array of medications, most of which- self subscribed. Pills, drinks, herbs and injections, his pain knows no limitations. Eager to ensure that he can erase as many memories as possible, he is constantly caught in a web of self deceit, pursued by a need to overcome his memories, he is haunted by the images that he so readily accepted in his youth. DESCRIPTION This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log) the moment an attack hits. DESCRIPTION One of the most basic yet deadly jutsu available to ANBU, Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual in place. After a single seal is formed, the user must make be able to see the target they wish to bind; if eye contact with one another is establish, the bind is instant. Otherwise, the ANBU will struggle to take over the opponent's chakra with their own. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat.

Can be blown away (Fuuton) or evaporated by heat (Katon, Shakuton, Bakuton, Youton, Futton), by attacks one rank higher than the Kiri Nin's 'Suiton Ryuuken' rank. Each time retrained, one can add 10 meters extra to their mist range. However, after every fifth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one.
DESCRIPTION Though very basic, the Hidden Mist Technique allows for the stealthier side of combat to rule. After forming a few simple handseals, the user causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target, as they can move unseen, and if careful, unheard. The mist can be unsettled by a very strong wind based technique (for one post), though it will eventually return.

DESCRIPTION A Suiton technique created for the lack of ability to breathe underwater in which the user forms hand seals to expel a large bubble, smaller bubbles around it at times, in which covers the lower portion of their face own to their chest. In doing this the user has a stored amount of air to allow free roaming of the waters around the world. Though they'd be careful to avoid the bubble being popped.

DESCRIPTION A Suiton technique that was created shortly after the "Water Release; Air Bubble" technique. After forming the required hand seals the user will expel several bubbles larger than a basket ball which will encompass a certain amount of area as they float about. Yet, the trick is once they come in contact with anything living they aim to wrap themselves around their head and once that is done they forcefully begin to flood water into the user's mouth and then into their lungs aiming to drown them.

SPECIAL Nakiri no Jutsu is an expansion of Shunshin no Jutsu. Meaning the uses correlate with Shunshin no Jutsu. One use of Nakiri no Jutsu takes away a usage of Shunshin no Jutsu. The user only needs to learn this once, to continue the usages of Nakiri no Jutsu one simply learns Shunshin no Jutsu over again.
DESCRIPTION Everything is practically mimicked from Shunshin no Jutsu. However the only difference with Nakiri no Jutsu is that Kirigakure no Jutsu is used to blind the victim before the technique happens. The incredibly thick mist is enough to hinder the enemy's vision so anyone attempting to look upon the user cant read the Shunshin and where the user is headed. Meaning this technique is practically the same as Shunshin no Jutsu minus the Kirigakure technique. Also, however, instead of a normal shunshin, this suiton version is capable of enhancing the user's range of the shunshin by 5 additional meters. However, this technique can only be used in conjunction with Kirgakure no Jutsu.

DESCRIPTION Mizuame Nabara is a ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will quickly expel a sticky liquid from their mouths. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the user focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows the caster or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well, as long as they keep the chakra to their feet steady.

Those ensnared by the whip can break the whip with a burst of chakra (x2 Mid).
DESCRIPTION Mizu no Muchi is a ninjutsu technique that utilizes nearby water to create a whip that will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip their targets, ensnare them, or defend against weapons. As a bonus, the ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent, should they possess the Raiton release of course.

As elemental clones, they cannot exist outside the user's 'Suiton Ryuuken' range in terms of distance away from their creator, and as such, can never exit the thread they were made in nor travel unless by their creator's side. Due to their watery nature, water clones can absorb attacks one rank lower than their maximum 'Suiton Ryuuken' rank mainly by altering the density of their water; any attack above that will instantly burst them. When defeated, clone explodes in a mist of water. Finally, because they are mentally linked their creator, water clones can use any c-rank or lower suiton based jutsu their creator knows.
DESCRIPTION With this technique, the Suiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of water, this clone retains the user movement speed and strength. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, the water clone is capable of using a hefty amount of the original user's suiton-based techniques either for defensive means or offensive.

DESCRIPTION Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. After the shinobi forms the necessary hand seals, the water around the victim comes together in order to form a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby, or even have the bunshin be the one’s holding the target hostage.

Forming the hand-seals the user will quickly launch the jet like mass of water from their gullet at their target, leaving it's sibling to look like the flow of a creek compared to a raging river. It's name comes from the fact that the user holds their hand in front of their mouth as if they were playing the [trumpet] instrument.

DESCRIPTION Mizu Kamikiri is a dangerous ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the necessary handseals, the user will then slam their foot hard onto to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet, moving at frightening speeds. This jet cuts through the surface and can pierce through stone, resulting in quick death unless the opponent can predict or foresee the water and move out of the way in time.

DESCRIPTION Suigadan is a ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. First, the user does a string of hand seals, making sure to keep eye contact with their target as they float over water. Then, when the sequence is complete, the user causes a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill from underneath the user, forming a rapid moving threat that could easily tear opponent’s to shred.

SPECIAL Due to the nature of the attack, the dragon can strike available aerial targets as well, as long as they are within their 'Suiton Ryuuken' range. If the dragon’s head is severed from its body, the lost appendage reverts to its natural water state and the remaining severed stub attached to the water source can re-grow once more. Only focusing a strong attack 'A' ranked or higher on the head will defeat it for sure. Up to one dragon can be made per use, plus one more each time retrained. However, after every third retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one.
DESCRIPTION Suiryuudan no Jutsu is one of Suiton’s strongest ninjutsu, mainly because of its impact force and its ability to attack enemies in the air and on the ground. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike at their target. Upon striking its target and ensnaring it in its aquatic maw, the dragon explodes with great force, flooding all nearby and providing an ample amount of water for more Suiton techs, should any enemies remain standing…

SPECIAL does not make every single movement silent. if using a loud item or making loud noises, the user will still be detected; this simply makes basic movements silent (i.e. running, jumping, walking, breathing etc.). Can only be used for one turn. Each time retrained, the user can keep the technique up for an additional turn.
DESCRIPTION After focusing one's chakra for a short period of time, the user of this technique will begin to shorten and lessen their breathing and heartbeat. Simultaneously, they will close their eyes, and begin to enhance their basic senses; allowing better hearing and smell to detect their enemy. After enhancing these senses, it will allow the user to be almost undetectable when not clearly seen. This technique can be trained to the point that even when directly behind the enemy, they will be completely undetectable, unless the opponent is using some form of chakra sensing jutsu or special genjutsu (i.e. Byakugan).
