Pain leads to many paths of life.
Ikari is a member born of the Three Storms, a clan full of talented ninjas of all kinds. His talent for ninjutsu wouldn't be realized until he was registered for the shinobi academy and only then did the Three Storms clan start teaching him about their innate abilities.
His talent as a shinobi would be noticed as his ability to control chakra was great. He was no prodigy though, as his skills in various other arts lacked and so he was never given the chance to graduate early. Nevertheless the clan praised his talents, which were above average yet not excellenet for someone his age and so his parents worked day and night to help him control his bloodline traits. He was above average in both the clan and the academy, and as the years went on, his promotion to genin was assured. He graduated with good scores.
While he wasn't doing missions Ikari was at home creating new ways to control his skills. Every morning he would wake up early and do a exercise and every night he would make a attempt at honing new skills. During lunch breaks he would practice manipulating the three elements. All of these enhanced his eye of detail as well as his knowledge of the physical attributes of his clans ability. These were all things that his mother taught him and they became a valuable asset. His father was a Three Storms clan member who used his abilities for engineering, and so when Ikari had free time he would teach him all about engineering, the properties of buildings, proper layouts of the outside and inside of buildings as well as different things about materials that were used to build them and form the foundation for the land. During the summer Ikari would take breaks from his genin team and would be sent off to other villages to learn various things.
As Ikari grows up what new teachings will he find and how will his life effect the world he has yet to understand.

- Clan, BL, or Kekkei Touta? : Sansutsomu (Bringers of the Final Storm) When active, the Sansutomu's kekkei genkai allow the clan members to see the raw elemental natures of Wind, Water, and Lightning, including chakra, as thin ribbons and strings of light, to the point they can create Ranton at a higher degree than any other human being. Clan members can also recognize the presence of all three elemental in nature and know their locations. For example, they could see the flow of water in an underground spring, the presence of electricity in the sky, and others as long as the range of vision isn't compromised.

Eventually, all Genin are expected to take and pass the notoriously challenging Chuunin exams in order to become a more able member of the ninja society.

Taijutsu Secondary - the Taijutsu Secondary devotes only a fraction of their time from the user's Primary, allowing themselves to be proficient in perhaps a singular stance of martial arts, but never dreaming to break the realms of reality through sheer physical strength or speed.
PHYSICALITY[/u]

- Apparel: Ikari wears a a very basic style, short greyish black pants that cut off right at the tops of his foot wear. Then his top is a greyish black shirt with a partial open exposed chest that shows him wearing a fish net like cloth underneath it. His head band is located around his left leg.
- Body Appearance: Ikari stands at around 5'3 and has thin muscular build making him quite agile, since he is quite thin he can move rather fast and attack with strong, nimble strikes. He can also run faster than most Genin and has plenty of stamina, he is very acrobatic and will often avoid his opponents attacks instead of taking them head on with a sword. His hair sticks up slightly and is a bright blond color, it is easily the most striking feature about him and it usually maintains the shape.
His face is thin and slightly pointy he has pale skin despite the many missions he goes out on, and his eye seem empty and black. Though his right eye (if you were looking straight at him) is covered by his hair, making him appear rather mysterious to most people though looks can be deceiving. - Blemishes & Scars: N/A
COGNITION[/u]
- Personality : Ikari is completely devoted to the shinobi cause and to the cause of his clan. He has experienced the hardships of the shinobi world and has done things that most people would shun him for in order to get the mission completed and he has done so all in the name of duty. He has a deep love for the village and would do anything to prevent conflict between it and the other villages and nations. Ikari is also very devoted to the clan, even though they serve no political purpose when it comes to the village itself. Ikari has become enveloped in the world of the shinobi and has become very good in the art of lying and deceiving in order to reach his goals. He can tell a lie and keep it going for years on end without even giving hints as to his true intentions. Because of this Ikari's heart is split in two when it comes to personal relationships. He has no trouble holding onto them, but finds that he is betraying the other due to his various lies. At nights he often cries to himself due to the stress, but as soon as others are around, his mask is back on and there appears to be no sign of his distraught nature.
Ikari finds it easy to harden his heart in order to complete the mission, even if it meant killing his best friend which he has had to do. While in the moment he will feel no pain, the stress from committing such a sin will weigh on him in the long run. He has a hard time trusting people, as in the world of shinobi every single one of their lives are lived by deceiving others. His love for his family and village is not blinded by his knowledge of the darker side of the cloud, so to speak. Ikari's aptitude at his clan's abilities have given him a name for himself, but he doesn't pay attention to small things such as titles. However his abilities have had him being dragged along various missions by the village, separating him from the clan often and having his allegiance to each one questioned. - Alignment: Neutral,Good

Special: Strength and range of burst depends on the user's highest 'Storm Channeling' rank. Globe measures 1 foot all around, and is capable of moving at a fast speed, but only in a straight line. Each time retrained, an additional 'D' ranked worth of Ranton damage is stacked onto the jutsu. Finally, once launched, if the clan member holds a special seal and establishes eye contact with their target, the orb will go there until the seal and visual contact is broken.
Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai, the clan member forms a sphere of electrically charged water in their hands. Morphed quickly into Storm power, the user can either thrust or throw the orb to its intended target. Once reaching the target, or once impeded, the orb will explode with a small amount of concussive force and a minor electrical burst.

Description: Upon refining their chakra molding skills, the Ranton user is able to send out electrical bursts of light which can bend towards their opponent and deliver an explosive charge. First a halo of bright energy spreads around the user's hands as this technique is activated, which quick prompts bright beams to be shot out towards the enemy. Best of all, the user is able to alter the beam's direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity. The user can increase the number of beams to a great amount to pin down an enemy.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Techqniue)

Special: Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained, for a maximum of five (5). As elemental clones, they cannot exist outside the user's 'Suiton Ryuuken' range in terms of distance away from their creator, and as such, can never exit the thread they were made in nor travel unless by their creator's side. Due to their watery nature, water clones can absorb attacks one rank lower than their maximum 'Suiton Ryuuken' rank mainly by altering the density of their water; any attack above that will instantly burst them. When defeated, clone explodes in a mist of water. Finally, because they are mentally linked their creator, water clones can use any c-rank or lower suiton based jutsu their creator knows.
Description: With this technique, the Suiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of water, this clone retains the user movement speed and strength. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, the water clone is capable of using a hefty amount of the original user's suiton-based techniques either for defensive means or offensive.

Description: Named after the fabled imaginary leader of the sky and thunder, this technique allows the user to feel like Zeus himself as they summon a tight bolt of electricity in their hand, similar to a javelin, so that they could throw it with appeasing accuracy. The bolt will move through the sky quite fast, and carries deadly accuracy in the right hands. Upon making contact with the target, it immediately bursts into a vertical cylinder storm that surrounds the victim and delivers a plethora of constant shock damage.

Description: With the user’s weapon in hand or their limb extended, they will channel chakra across it so that when the weapon or limb is swung, a strong wind current comes forth. This current, although not heavy enough to do any threatening damage, can in fact knock opponents over, as well as severe loose sediment across the ground, bring up dust and whatever else lies on the floor. Useful for creating vision inhibiting storms, knocking people off balance, covering one’s tracks, escaping, and many, many more!

Special: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.

The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Description: Kekkai • Tengai Houjin is a Ninjutsu technique named a barrier jutsu due to the field of chakra that it disperses around. After having their hands come together, the user can extend a sensory barrier to detect the movements of a hidden foe. Should the field touch their opponent, the user will know their position immediately.

Description: Mizurappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a strong jet of water at their opponent from their mouths. This stream moves frighteningly fast, and carried enough force to knock over even strong boulders.
