The terrain had changed significantly since leaving Kaze no kuni and making their way towards the rather characteristic meteorological conditions of Taki no kuni. Placing dark garbs that blocked the sun’s avaricious rays with lighter cloaks simply for the sake of disguising oneself, the Uchiha moved in unison along one another’s side.

“I don’t trust these people enough to let you roam around generously, Ashura--- so please stay by my side.

[/color]” Words of caution for both the younger counterpart and the people who were unlucky enough to walk before his sights, Ryūsuke coed with a concerned tone. After his rather awkward and equally significant meeting with the Kazekage, the blue-haired Shinobi was met with an epiphany of sorts. Their conversation thinned with conflicting idealogy and empty threats, Ryūsuke found himself more understanding of what had come to past as opposed to growing in rancor.


Tan cloths blockading his autumn-colored kosode and hakuma, the Uchiha trekked progressively along a thin, though opulent pathway that transcended a series of smaller waterfalls and cliffs. This location wasn’t new to him for he had been here before—during their revolution; while the outcome he didn’t bother staying for, its location was embedded not only into his mind, but the world map he carried on his person at all times. A welcomed guest of sorts by its leader, Ryūsuke had planned a trip to Takigakure—his student and step-son (of sorts) a key component of his ventures.

“Also, try to keep your identity a secret--- while its unlikely to happen, I’d rather no one find out that you’re an Uchiha--- It seems we’re not the welcomed of people in the world nowadays.[/color] Rumors of mercenaries lurking to gain procession of the famed sharingan was bound to each someone to kept their ears so close to the ground as Ryūsuke, and while none posed much of a threat, no attention would always exceeded being noticed; a shadow they had to become to prolong their lives in this world.

"You worry too much, Ryu-sama!" Ashura gushed, his smile cutting his face in half from ear to ear. He hadn't bothered to change his clothes or don one of the many hats that his mentor seemed to favor. He liked the sunshine, more so that the shade of a cloudy day. It suited his demeanor far more, or so he'd been told. "If anything, they should be worried - trying to mug us would be a big mistake."

Ashura couldn't help but let his thoughts drift to the last poor soul that had tried to threaten Ryu. Originally, the former Hokage had preached a rather vehement stand against unnecessary amounts of violence. Maybe he'd just been grumpy that one day? Needless to say, the guy ended up with two broken arms and his own knife buried deep in his gut. Thankfully, a medic had been lurking nearby and managed to seal off his wounds.

Blinking back to the future, he controlled to stroll. "But, I won't stray too far. It doesn't look like there's much to do around this place, anyway." A pause. "And I'll be sure to keep my last name a secret. -_-"

Suddenly, the boy's demeanor shifted. "Oh, oh, oh~ Ryu-sama, have I shown you my new summons? I learned the snake summons while I was wandering around with Kirino! I don't think she likes them, though -- didn't seem like she was a fan of snakes."

"So, can I show you?"

“We have to be extra cautious, Ashura.

[/color]” Continuing in his trek upwards along the jagged pathway, Ryūsuke continued to exchange words of conflicting views with his student. This world had shifted so drastically in the last decade that nothing seemed as real as it was during the days the Uchiha ran Konohagakure in his youth. Vehemence plagued every corner of the planet and destruction of the purest form was the seeming conclusion if nothing was done about this. Natural disasters, internal conflict and large-scale wars destroying the very soil and water the residents of the world lived off it, it seemed earth was heading into an empty gorge--- one where the light of day will forever be but a figment of the past

Regardless, it seems Ryūsuke’s words weren’t wasted on the ignorant as Ashura caught on quick enough to the basic premise of where he was going. Their identity, their background—the legacy that rested within their eyes—it was nothing more than a signal to the covetous and desperate. Worth quite the pretty penny to many and respected enough to preserve by few, their wits had to be optimum and mistakes at a minimum for the time being, they couldn’t afford a slipup this far—this deep in.

“eh?[/color]” Summoning? Snakes? What was this boy talking about? Stopping in his tracks and turning to face the younger Uchiha, Ryūsuke’s brow perked in curiosity. Did he truly possess such a skill at such a young age?

”Sure, I guess? (pause)…. Show me.

"Wheeeeeeeeeeeee~" Ashura almost screeched, hustling forward ahead of his master. Though the boy was generally of a more stoic and professional reserve, he always derived a deep-seated, childish pleasure from acting like a child his age around the man he'd considered just as real a father as the mysterious enigma he'd been searching for the past year. It was very freeing, to not have to be a ninja all the time; he could bask in the sun with a big grin on his face, his eyes wide with admiration and potential, and completely lack the worries and fear. He was safe, with Ryu's watchful eye over him, and that's all he could truly ask for.

Now, which one should I summon? Ashura's brow lofted while his lips twisted to the side. His raised his hand to scratch his chin, tapping a habitually tapping a foot. I could. . . well, he might try to eat Ryu-sama. . . but, I don't think he will. Ryu-sama is pretty strong. Yeah, I'll summon that one.

Nicking his thumb with one of the canines, he hastily performed the short set of seals, and then pressed his palm against the earth. "Kuchiyose no Jutsu!" An explosion of smoke and wind consumed the crouching boy, fanning out in every direction on powerful, torrential gusts. It would take some time for the 'debris' to clear, but once it had, the fruit's of Ashura's labor would be visible to all who dared look upon the beast he'd beckoned.

A single, seemingly immeasurable, coil of purple and black scales sat stacked before Ryu. The tendril of muscle and power elongated itself into a monstrous crown, with striking gold eyes and fangs easily several times longer than a fully grown man. The creature hissed-- a sound that, due to his size, was more of a colossal roar --and glanced about. It wasn't until several seconds later that his eyes rose, attempting their best at gaining a visual of the small boy he knew to have beckoned him.

"Petulant whelp!" he roared, "Why have you summoned me?!"

Ashura couldn't help but giggle. "Ryu-sama! Ryuuuuu-samaaaaaaaaaaaa, see?! This one's name is Manda~"

"How dare you hand my name out to such a pitiful creature? I am King Manda, and you'll do well to remember it! I should devour you, you tiny morsel, for your blatant disrespect!"

Despite the snake's threats, Ashura didn't seemed phase. He did, however, pet the beast lightly. "Manda-sama, I just wanted to show you to my sensei. There's no need to be so hostile."

"I am not some pet for your display, child." The snake seethed. "I am a god amongst you creatures. Were it not for your eyes--"

"I have no reason to use my genjutsu on you, Manda-sama," Ashura said, smiling. "But I will unless you calm down. >\"

Manda's only retaliation was a low, quaking grumble. His gaze, like a hot knife through butter, cut to Ryu.

Eat me?, The thought alone was enough to send a rather lax shiver up the Uchiha’s spine at the mention of being devoured by a snake. The sheer thought of a fully-matured man being eaten alive was enough of a testament to the creature’s size and that alone made this situation that much more obdurate and unpredictable. This child—the legacy of Kōketsu—was something else and truly with the proper training and education would be in a league of his own, entirely.

Stepping back, giving the young lad enough room to continue his endeavors, Ryūsuke watched small amounts of crimson red flow from the boy’s thumb before sliding across the ground after a series of seals. The end result being a maelstrom of smoke that dwarfed the loftier of the two and even the sky that faced directly in front of the Uchiha. Arm perched before his eyes, masking his sensory tools from the small typhoon that emerged with the boy’s summon, Ryūsuke found himself momentarily dazed by what was to come.

This kid is something else, It took some time for the smoke to settle and disperse across the land, but that time was used to reflect and prepare for what his dark hues now presently rested upon. Coils of deep purple and black outlining and a hiss as thunderous as the lightning that crackled from the heavens, Ryūsuke found himself gazing upon a mammoth of a snake and Ashura, just as easily resting upon its bearings. Shocked at the sheer size for the most part, Ryūsuke’s composure was returned by the parlance the summoner and his summon shared with one another.

Cut with a deathly gaze, Ryūsuke held his carriage, though his face was slightly perplexed. The way this creature spoke, its mannerism and seemingly infinite air of arrogance (when not faced with the threat of being hypnotized) it appeared that he was the commanding force of his particular summoning family—this couldn’t be the sage, could it?

Clearing his throat, buying time for now, Ryūsuke finally found the strength and confidence to speak to a creature that ultimately held more strength and wisdom then the two combined. “How did you tame such a family, Ashura?

[/color]” All this had been but a mystery to the Uchiha, not even knowing his student had such a summoning family under his belt. How much did the world change since he had been gone?

"I found it while Kirino and I were traveling to Tsuchi no Kuni," the boy gushed with an ear-to-ear smile. "Most of them are pretty nice, but Manda-sama is always so grumpy. He doesn't like that I can summon him, kukuku~"

Manda remained silent, grumbling as the boy spoke. The truth was, quite frankly, unbearable. Giving the snake a pat, the beast lowered.

"You can go home now, Manda-sama." With a poof of smoke, the beast vanished. Though he hadn't spoken since the threat, it was quite obvious the leviahthan was grateful. Being subjected to such degradation was unfitting for a king!

"He isn't even the sage, Ryu-sama!" Ashura said suddenly. "I saw him when I hypnotized Manda-sama for the first time. He's a massive white snake. I couldn't even count how many coils he had, sensei! He was easily ten times longer than Manda-sama is! But, I've never met him. I plan to, soon."

Many countries were different relative to how they felt about the terrain that made up their nation. Each citizen ready and able to justify a claim why their country was more glorious than the next. It was a innate pride issue that was laced deep within a soul at the conception of birth, or this is at least what Ēderuwaisu believes. The Land of Fire was known for its abundance of refreshing sun and stunning lush forestry. The Land of Lightning had breathtaking mountain ranges that gave a thrilling birdseye view of the world. The Land of Earth, a sturdy country with unique rock formations whose famous for the phenomenon 'Rock Rain'. This list can go on and on, but Ēderuwaisu  ego wouldn't allow him to concede defeat on how he felt about the beauty the Land of Waterfall had to offer. 

The Hanakora although limited in his travels considered Taki's distinctive green thicket to be second to none. Also the majestic powerful waterfalls that peppered the landscape were almost too surreal. At this juncture in time the Taki-nin was enjoying nature and devising schemes. He was currently 4 meters from the earths top layer, palmed in the timber extension of a Cherry Blossom tree, and a lightly flowing waterfall was strategically placed by mother nature to serve as the pergect complimentry backdrop. Dressed in his normal attire, which consisted of his rare cloak, black shinobi pants, footgear, and lastly his katana Autumn Crocus who awaited to bloom in the sun of conflict. The Hanakora's hair was styled its usual mess, and his violet eyes pierced the flesh of the air casually before him, as he focused on a little 'trick'.

His back was comfortably neighboring the trunk, while his right leg was bent at the knee and his left was lazily dangling in the air. His right hand was outstretched palm up, as a group of Sakura flowers spun like saw blades two inches from his derma's surface.

'...Eh, such big ambitions? Where do I start?'

We all set goals for ourselves, but real shinobi set commitments. At the moment Ēderuwaisu knew that there were others out there stronger than him and he was the type of person to let it bother him.

Little did he realize or feel that his presence was going to intersect with two travelers of unknown origins as his parallel stationing was only 3 meters off the immediate course they navigated.
