Special: Allows the user to perform any Ototon jutsu in conjunction with the fan without the need of seals. Range of jutsu depends on the user's highest 'Ototon Ryouuken' rank. Which jutsu can be performed without seals must correspond to the rank of Oto Shuuken learned. Keep in mind that although no seal are needed, the handseal speed/time is translated into "charge time" the amplifier needs in order to deliver its sound bursts (for example, a 'D' ranked amplifier jutsu requires a charge time equal to the amount of handseals it would take them to make a 'D' ranked jutsu, plus or minus bonuses).
Description: Oto Shuuken is a specialized ninjutsu technique utilized in conjunction with the Sound Wave Amplifier. By gaining an understanding of the unique weapon, the user learns to cast Ototon jutsu on a whim without the need of handseals, as long as the fan is used as a medium alongside some sort of sound creation by the user - like the tap of a finger, for example...

Special: Induces extreme visual-altering dizziness, loss of balance that bans any movement outside of walking, and a sense of nausea - all of this results in the victim's paralysis. Affects enemies as well as allies equally. Highest rank known determines the severity of the above effects. Effects do not stack.

Description: Kyoumeisen is a specialized ninjutsu technique which uses sound waves created by the Sound Wave Amplifier to disrupt a persons inner ear. After the amplifier releases sound waves either through movement or after it has been struck, the user manipulates their chakra to move the waves directly into the inner ear of their opponent, surpassing the limits of human tolerance greatly. By disrupting it in this manner, the victim loses their sense of balance and will likely vomit. Even if the opponent has their ears plugged, the user can direct the sound through their body - because the body is 70% water, it conducts the sound just as well. This allows the sound waves to still reach the inner ear, regardless of obstruction.
