Description: Utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai, the user summons a coat of electrically-charged water around his or her arms and legs. The wave will stay harmless and useless to all others until the clan member says otherwise. The user may, at any time, when making a melee strike, activate the offensive nature of the ability. Upon physical contact, the user transfers the liquid onto the target in a split second, soaking and shocking an area of the target's body equal to the area of the user's appendage that was covered by the ability before.

Upon contact with a target, all covered areas will be numb and have their speed halved for one turn. Successive hits do not stack; they restart the turn counter. Can be learned a maximum of 16 times.
Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai the user fires a wave of electrically-charged water in front of him or her, pushed forward by powerful winds. The wave will fire out in a cone, reaching its full size after moving 1 meter ahead. The wave moves swiftly out, and will splash onto the first target in the way, while the remaining part of the wave that had no made contact would keep moving forward. Those hit by the wave will be drenched, then painfully shocked along the areas hit.
