Special: May only be used once in a thread. Each time retrained, one more strike powered by this ability may be done, and an additional 'D' ranked worth of Ranton damage is stacked onto the hit. Upon contact with a target, the covered area will be numb and have its speed halved for one turn. Successive hits do not stack; they restart the turn counter. Can be trained a maximum of 16 times.
Description: Utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai, the user summons a coat of electrically-charged water around his or her arms and legs. The wave will stay harmless and useless to all others until the clan member says otherwise. The user may, at any time, when making a melee strike, activate the offensive nature of the ability. Upon physical contact, the user transfers the liquid onto the target in a split second, soaking and shocking an area of the target's body equal to the area of the user's appendage that was covered by the ability before.

Special: Maximum possible range depends on the user's highest 'Storm Channeling' rank. Wave emitted is 2.5 meters wide and 1 meter high. Each time retrained, max distance increases by 5 meters, width and height increase by 2.5 and 1 meter respectively, and an additional 'D' ranked worth of Ranton damage is stacked onto the jutsu. Upon contact with a target, all covered areas will be numb and have their speed halved for one turn. Successive hits do not stack; they restart the turn counter. Can be learned a maximum of 16 times.
Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai the user fires a wave of electrically-charged water in front of him or her, pushed forward by powerful winds. The wave will fire out in a cone, reaching its full size after moving 1 meter ahead. The wave moves swiftly out, and will splash onto the first target in the way, while the remaining part of the wave that had no made contact would keep moving forward. Those hit by the wave will be drenched, then painfully shocked along the areas hit.

Special: Max radius depends on the user's highest 'Storm Channeling' rank. The mist may not move, and stays oriented to the origin. Clan member must stay within the mist and pay an additional low chakra amount per turn to maintain. Upon leaving the range or dropping the maintenance, the mist will stay up for one more turn after the turn it was dropped before disappearing. Chakra-infused projectiles will not have their trajectories skewed by the winds. Will be pierced by Doujutsu, and other individuals may see at most three meters in front of them. Fuuton techniques of a higher rank will disperse the mist.
Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai the user summons an electrically-charged, swirling mist in the area around. Occasional sparks of Ranton will light small areas of the mist. Those caught in these areas will have their silhouette visible by everyone in and out of the mist for a brief second. The humid mist will perpetually spin, creating gusts of wind strong enough to skew the trajectories of projectiles thrown inside it. A constant drain is needed after activation, but no handseal is required to be held to maintain it after activation. All other individuals caught in the mist will have their whole body statically charged. Anything they come in contact with will painfully shock them.

Tenpesutotorappu [Tempest Trap]

Special: Three part jutsu. Each part able to be blocked with an effective and appropriate B Rank defensive ability. Each part takes three seconds before finishing and moving onto the next part. Range depends on highest Storm Channeling rank.
Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai the user first hits the target or targets from all directions around them with fierce, powerful winds, meant to keep them stuck in one position, and pushing them to their knees. Immediiately after, the winds become replaced with a rush of water from all sides, pounding into the target or targets with great pressure, until a prison of water was all around, still being pushed from all sides by volatile winds. Finally, when the water is all packed together, a powerful bolt of lightning strikes the water prison from above, lethally shocking all those caught inside it.
