SPECIAL does not make every single movement silent. if using a loud item or making loud noises, the user will still be detected; this simply makes basic movements silent (i.e. running, jumping, walking, breathing etc.). Can only be used for one turn. Each time retrained, the user can keep the technique up for an additional turn.
DESCRIPTION After focusing one's chakra for a short period of time, the user of this technique will begin to shorten and lessen their breathing and heartbeat. Simultaneously, they will close their eyes, and begin to enhance their basic senses; allowing better hearing and smell to detect their enemy. After enhancing these senses, it will allow the user to be almost undetectable when not clearly seen. This technique can be trained to the point that even when directly behind the enemy, they will be completely undetectable, unless the opponent is using some form of chakra sensing jutsu or special genjutsu (i.e. Byakugan).

NAKIRI NO JUTSU quiet mist technique

SPECIAL Nakiri no Jutsu is an expansion of Shunshin no Jutsu. Meaning the uses correlate with Shunshin no Jutsu. One use of Nakiri no Jutsu takes away a usage of Shunshin no Jutsu. The user only needs to learn this once, to continue the usages of Nakiri no Jutsu one simply learns Shunshin no Jutsu over again.
DESCRIPTION Everything is practically mimicked from Shunshin no Jutsu. However the only difference with Nakiri no Jutsu is that Kirigakure no Jutsu is used to blind the victim before the technique happens. The incredibly thick mist is enough to hinder the enemy's vision so anyone attempting to look upon the user cant read the Shunshin and where the user is headed. Meaning this technique is practically the same as Shunshin no Jutsu minus the Kirigakure technique. Also, however, instead of a normal shunshin, this suiton version is capable of enhancing the user's range of the shunshin by 5 additional meters. However, this technique can only be used in conjunction with Kirgakure no Jutsu.
