Special: Consumes a certain amount of slots depending on the puppet's rank. Allows the puppet to fly.

Description: A set up gear such as wings and aerodynamic structure. In order for the puppet to fly it must have an aeriodynamic structure, such as a bird-shape, making impossible for humanoid-like puppets with wings to fly. Unlike other systems, the flying system is made for puppets whose main purpose is flying and not only an additional ability. The puppet is able to fly and carry up a certain number of people along, only the high ranks though. The puppet's speed is the same as that of a running puppet. One must install this gear's rank equal to the puppet's rank, meaning that a C rank puppet will need the C rank version of this gear in order to fly.

Sound Disruption System
Rank: D - S
Type: Puppet Gear / Self
Special: Deafens anyone within the area. It only deafens people for as long as it is on, meaning that once the device is shut off they will immediatly regain their sense without any secondary effects.

'C' - 2 slots // 2
'B' - 3 slots // 3
'A' - 4 slots // 4
'S' - 5 slots // 5

Description: By emiting a low pitched sound from an electronic device, the puppet is able to deafen everyone in range, including friends and foes (puppeter included). The sound is only able to temporary deafen people while it is on and does not posses any other offensive, harmful nor secondary effects. The system can only work for a complete turn before needed a cooling time equal to a complete turn or deal with malfunction for the rest of the thread, making it useless. Anyone within 10 meters will hear a low pitched annoying but harmless sound, anyone inside the 1-5 meters (rank) will be deaf. The vibrations caused by the device while in effect make it impossible for the puppet to move or use any electronic device.

Easy explanation:

1) Flying skill, but decided to make it a unique skill to not overuse its ability, that's the reason of the amount of slots needed, if not people may just abuse it

2) Just to make fake chakra signatures, useful to hide the puppeter's signature if inside the puppet.

3) No harm nor anything. Pretty much like the blinding flash pillar but for the hearing sense. Cannot be used to attack, the sound is not harmful, nor anything, just makes everyone impossible to hear anything.

1) Carrying capacity needs to be nerfed. D and C ranked puppets wont carry anyone anywhere due to their size. B-1, A-2, S-3

2) No way. For 1 thing, doujutsu can see the entire chakra system, not just an 'aura', so they would easily be able to tell the difference. And with only a mid amount of chakra, sensors could a fake as well. A device can't amplify the amount of chakra or create a complex illusion to fool doujutsu which have a main function of seeing through stuff like this. 1|2 denied.

3) This is intensely overpowered. You would have to like. reduce AoE by 90% in order to make it viable. You need to also explain the device more clearly, since right now it's written like a technique.

Not to contradict you or step out of line, but:

The only doujutsu that can see the whole chakra system is the Byakugan, actually. The Sharingan is only capable of picking out types of chakra and/or chakra auras, so to speak. In other words, they can tell what kind of elemental chakra something is composed of, if it's real or illusion, etc., but they can't see the actual chakra coil/network and the tenketsu; at least if we're going by canon standards.

Just thought that might be pertinent to the discussion.

2) it's not amplifying nor creating illusions or anything like that, just using the puppeter's chakra (which will cost) to create a thin layer of chakra all around the puppet (which doesn't do anything but being there, no offensive nor defensive properties). Either, if a 2.2 comes then the tech will get deleted

3) Done, decided to halve it, I know you said that 90% at least but I'm trying to using the other puppetry's gears, devices and everything like that as a base so everything gets like balanced, though if still needed I can decrease the range if another mod feels like that

1) you need to clearly define that " // 1 " etc means the number of passengers they can carry.

3) How loud is this sound? is it painful? How far away can it be heard? I'd also like to add in a provision about while this effect is being used that the puppet producing it cannot attack or utilize additonal weaponry.
